We had a bad experience with one of the receptionists. He was quite rude and angry with us over a minor issue, and unfortunately, this affected our experience throughout the whole stay. This was disappointing, especially since we had previously met a very lovely receptionist who was helpful and welcoming.

Really enjoyed our stay, the man on reception was so friendly and helpful (we got chocolate on checkout!) Location is great, rooms clean and great price, couldn’t want any more when visiting London! Would definitely stay again.
