T&M Luxury Hotel Hanoi

Excellent for the price. At first entrance looks a little sketchy, but perfectly safe. I stayed for 12 night.

Fantastic value for money. Don't expect perfection for this price but everything above expectation in this price range. No complaints!!

There are a some old parts, but the room is large enough. Employees are friendly, and morning buffet tastes good, so this is a good hotel as a whole.

Pro: walking distance to bus station, Highland coffee shop and plaza. Room is clean and no tobacco smell. We had been placed in rooms at different hotels with heavy tobacco smell that we had to walk out before. Friendly staffs. We checked in at 4 am, asked the staff if we could check out a little bit late at 2 pm on the same day, they accommodated us without asking for more money. Con: not too convenient to rent a motorbike nearby.

It is a great hotel for the price. The most impressive thing is the friendly staff. I was very impressed by her friendly and attentive service in the breakfast restaurant. This is a hotel I would like to visit again when I go to Hanoi
