Great bed. Nice pillows. I liked how the bed area was carpeted and the bathroom/ entrance area was hard wood or a tile like floor. I appreciated the AC because Phoenix is super hot! The pool was great with swim towels available at the pool. The free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the food was better than most places I have stayed at. The front desk people were excellent helpful because I had a messed up reservation. Would stay there again for sure!

We were looking for a place with a nice pool and hot tub. This place filled the bill, though the pool could have used a good skimming each day…bugs, pool noodle debris, leaves, etc. Great breakfast, good parking, comfortable room. Would have appreciated a full-length mirror.

Bed had hair on it and under the sheet. Bathroom counter had short trimmed hair Shower had hair in it and on shelf/ soap dispenser Shower very dirty. Overall terrible cleaning job before check in.

I stayed over a weekend here. It's a really nice place. Super clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk workers were very nice. I travel a lot, and this is hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed. I definitely recommend. Didn't get to use the pool, but it was a nice spot. Restaurants and supermarkets a short drive from hotel.

Had a nice visit. Only issues were the pool was dirty. Also, our drapes were very dirty but the rest of the room appeared very clean. We were on the 1st floor and couldn’t hear anyone else. Breakfast was really good also. Staff was super friendly. Bed was very soft.

The Holiday Inn Express Suites are spacious. They have a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is well lit. The shower has good water pressure. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is soft and plush. The Gilbert AZ location is very convenient. There's a Fry's market and several fast food restaurants within a block. I highly recommend the hotel.!!

My fiancé and I stayed for a business event. Our room was just okay. There were bright red stains all over the carpet in the entire living area. There was also no full length mirror, which made it a little difficult to get ready for my event. We also requested a room with a nice view, and unfortunately were facing the pool and felt other guests could see directly into our room, hence why we kept the shades closed most of the time, which was disappointing. The tea selection which is usually pretty robust with Holiday Inn, was also lacking, but that was a minor issue. Overall, we'll stay with Holiday Inn Express again, just wasn't pleased with this particular location. All staff were very nice and accommodating though, no issues there. And we were accommodated with a late check out due to my event, staff was very helpful.

Excellent! Super! Stupendous!! Absolutely love this hotel! Very clean, lots of plugs! Ex Large TV. Great lighting throughout! Especially love the best room darkening shades I had ever seen. If you wanted to take an early nap no problem in these rooms. You won’t be disappointed booking a room here! I will stay at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites again.

I booked a room for my family of 5 on Expedia. It was suppose to be a 2 queen bed and sleeper sofa (to sleep 6) but when i showed up the staff only had a room that slept 4 on file for us. Even though it was probably more of Expedia's fault, the hotel staff quickly went to work as they didnt have any bigger rooms available. They called over to the Staybridge (their sister hotel which is connecting next door) to see if they had openings. So in the end they went above and beyond and accomodated my family of 5. They upgraded us the hotel nexr door into a 2 bedroom with 3 total beds and everything was free of charge. I really appreciated the no hassle fix. Love when businesses handle "mishaps" like this.

This was one of our best experiences. We appreciated the staff being so accommodating. We had a crying, cranky 1 year old that needed to get out of the car and relax. The staff was very helpful in getting us quickly into our room.

We often visit Gilbert but this was our first time at Holiday Inn Express. Our room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was better than your average free hotel breakfast, and was busy every morning. The location was very good; you could get to wherever you need to be quite quickly. We'll be back.

What i didnt like the pool was dirty i didnt see anyone cleaning the pool. Also no TV Channel in Spanish and we were disappointed we didn't get to see some programs in Spanish that we like. Breadfast was good but they should have more variety like bacon and potatoes, or ham and rosted vegetables & potatoes. Pan cakes were raw, machine didnt work it was like shewing rubber. Cinnamon cakes were real good. Not enough coffee cream& no sugar free available. The rooms were big , comfortable and clean. Pillows were to soft and got flat. The cleaning crew were good and helpfull. Parking was convenient . Ice machine was nice to have. Tv in the breadfast room was nice. Elevators were spacious. Location was very good and lots of restaurants and malls and local stores like Home Depot and Lows, and others. Every one vacationing were quiet, freindly and respectful. Overall we would like to stay there again. Everyone at the front office were very nice and helpfull. Thank you so much

I stayed here for four days and it was great. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast selection was phenomenal. I wish they had had bacon every day, but having it one day was a treat. Pool area is private and shaded. Front desk staff at check in could be friendlier. Will stay here again.

We loved the close proximity to stores, etc. The negative would be that the coffee was not good…we love our coffee so had to go elsewhere to get a good cup. In most places we don’t drink the coffee in our rooms..but the coffee in the lobby was just as bad.

We found this property to be clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was well stocked, clean, organized and convenient. The food wasn't anything super special but the little things made it wonderful - baggies to put things in, trays, chilled butter, options for drinks. It was really well put together. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
