This hotel is one of a kind. Everything was great except the beds. Our bed was so hard and uncomfortable it gave us horrible back pain. We couldn’t sleep at night which ruined our entire trip . After a long day of walking and sight seeing we look forward to relaxing. NOPE. We had to buy back pain medics to even get a few hours of sleep. It did not seem worth the money for horrible sleep. Contemplated switching hotels half way through . Please fix your beds

We had a perfect stay at the downtown hotel. It was an escape from the happy chaos of the Centro during the World Cup. This hotel fills so many needs. It is a historic building filled with important art pieces, it has great restaurants, an incredible atmosphere and a friendly staff. Highly recommmeded!

All the staff are helpful and friendly. The experience probably depends on which room you are allocated. I booked a queen room. It turned out to have no window, very dark, and the high ceiling gives a creepy feeling. I acknowledge this may be a personal taste.
