The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, gracious, and consistently attentive throughout my stay. My main issue, however, was being charged extra for a Burj Khalifa view when the window was extremely dirty. The condition of the window made it impossible to fully enjoy the view, which was disappointing given the additional cost. Charging a premium for a view without ensuring the window is properly cleaned is unacceptable. What ultimately made the stay pleasant was the exceptional staff, the clean room, and the amenities. However, the dirty window significantly detracted from the experience, and I honestly felt a partial refund would have been appropriate.

room floor carpet was dirty. my room was on the road side and it was too noisy because windows cannot stop the noise. and rain dropped from windows to the room. and they did not change the bed for five days.
