It was good. The area had security. But the neighborhood was not the best. Felt safe in the hotel. Security patrolled the CrossPlex area and was visible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.

The staff was very friendly, and most helpful. The breakfast choices were tasty. Surprised that there is no pool, or did I just miss it somewhere? Sleep was at a premium due to the fact that they don't have curtains in the room that close, at all. Just a thin inner curtain that doesn't cut out any light. That was really kind of odd. Is this a new trend in hospitality? I can' sleep unless it is dark, so there was that.

When we arrived into the room, we saw stains on the curtains stains on the pillowcases and a comforter on the next day there was a giant roach that ran into the bathroom and they never cleaned our room for two days until we said something. In addition, even though it was a non-smoking hotel, you could literally smell the weed smoke in the elevator and the hallways, and sometimes our room. overall the lobby staff was friendly

Our first room had a bed bug.. I went down to the front desk, where the girl was on the phone(must have been a manager). She asked what was wrong. I said I found a bedbug(which I had in a napkin). She proceeded to tell whoever was on the phone that”I haven’t had one complaint all night”. She got off the phone and apologized, looked at the bug. And gave us another room, where I seen no bed bugs when looking, but there was bedbugs in the room before, because I found a bunch on black stuff they leak. There was also nasty chips and drinks spilled on furniture. Nice hotel don’t get me wrong but they need to start changing the bed skirts, and cleaning everything good.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was good. I had only two issues with my stay - first, the elevators smelled like weed. Second, the HVAC unit in room 331 is extremely loud. Kept me awake all night.

Stop with friends in the way to Tennessee. Facility looked very clean and the staff was nice. It was the bugs crawling around in the room that made for a very disappointing stay.

Uncomfortable bed; found hairs on sheets that were not mine. Phone charger outlets by bed didn't work...didn't realize that until middle of night when my phone was drained. Toiletries were below average, and breakfast was stale.

Several outlets in our room did not work. We found this out after none of the lamps in the room turned on. The shower leaked heavily caused the floor to be soaked every time we showered. Really glad we only booked one night.

Room was clean, and comfortable. The only issue was rhe shower head would not stay turned straiggt and was spraying the back wall of the shower so you had to take it out and wet yourself then soap yourself and take it out to rinse yourself.

The guest should be allowed to open or close the curtains. For room # 412 it was like looking at a pair of headlights while trying to sleep. Everything other than that was extremely nice.

Everything was great except the walls are very thin. Other guests arent considerate and let their doors slam so you hear slamming doors all night long. Whoever had the room next to me last night was in & out of their room all night & sounded like a cattle stampede when they WERE in their room. Now i have to drive home exhausted from my business trip. I wish they would specify who is there for business & not. Maybe group the business travelers in an area together to avoid people who can & will be up all night keeping their neighbor awake with them.

I stayed here last year and it was a great experience, the ladies at the front desk are amazing, so when I had to come back, I came right back here. They have great customer service and always pleasant, and when I had to stay two extra days due to the weather, one of the ladies took care of it with no problems. Breakfast was good and room was always clean so overall great experience and great stay. If I ever have to come back again, this is where I’m coming 🤗

Traveled with my mom to a gospel show! When we got there we had a bit of issue with check in. The hotel staff were very pleasant though & the rooms were clean for the most part. There was a spot of the doorframe to the bathroom where we could not differentiate between it being old dried blood or just wasted food that may have been dropped and splashed onto the wall. Also, the hotel is in a little secluded area and it’s secure with locked doors all the way around so that’s a plus. But the areas across the street & only a few blocks down were very sketchy & it was not safe at all. They were people hanging out outside of the restaurants around the hotel when trying to get something to eat so we left! And upon check out the guy at the fromt desk told us he would reimburse us for the half cleaned room but he was supposed to be in contact with us because we paid with cash! He never followed up or gave us our money back! Other than that It was a decent hotel stay for 1 night! I would revisit just next time check my room before I put my stuff down and pay where I can be reimbursed immediately should I have any issues.

Found this place on hotels.com at the last minute while traveling with our family. So glad we did! Super comfy beds, yummy free breakfast, clean and friendly. I only wish breakfast went till 9:30 am instead of 9. We got in around midnight and could have used a bit more sleep.

The room was nice and cool. Comes with microwave and min refrigerator. Stay was comfortable. Breakfast is included every morning. The nice lady thats over it kept it nice and clean and everything out and stocked each morning. Enjoyed my stay and we will stay again. Convenient place and nice price as well. The staff was all so nice, friendly and acted swiftly which made it even better.
