La atencion excelente, las habitaciones limpias y las camas confortables, cuentan con frigobar. La piscina es muy bonita en el roof. Tiene estacionamiento lo cual hace que no batalles para estacionarte. Esta cerca del super selecto y en la avenida que da a las playas. La calle de acceso al hotel no esta buena, cuando llueve es lodazal pero eso ya es cosa del municipio.

The pool was gross, water was green don’t think it was ever clean. It had a scum on it. Wifi was very weak. It says free breakfast first day they had nothing to cook us second day we got fruit and the third day we finally got eggs and toast and coffee hot water was hit and miss in shower. The only good thing was the beds we’re comfortable and ac worked. I would not recommend the Zendero

I booked it for the general Location and it had a rooftop pool. The pool was so very dirty It was absolutely disgusting. Staff saw us up there so they skimmed the pool water to try to clean it. It was filthy throughout that took photos as it was so bad. The front desk staff was courteous. The breakfast staff was not very helpful and the first day they said they ran out of food even through we were up at 7:30 am. We saw others served a little later so we were very confused? The patio area in the room faced a cement wall. They were approximately 3’x6’ in size Hardly anyone was in the hotel, why didn’t they give us a patio room? We didn’t bother asking because we were just so disappointed. Staff kept parking bicycles right in front of our room area at the door in the hallway so we had to keep moving them and asking them not to do that as we would bump into them going in or out of our room. They kept parking them there. I felt like we were staying in the closet/storage area?

Convenient location near main road and restaurants. Very compact room with all facilities. Pool on the roof! Bed linen and towels could do with an upgrade but overall excellent value for money. Great breakfast.

la habitación es sencilla pero cómoda tiene todo lo necesario para un par de noches, el desayuno cumple con lo necesario. Lo que no me gustó fue la piscina ya que el agua estaba muy turbia, se ve que tenía varios días que no la limpiaban y es una pena ya que esa área está muy linda

Muy bonito el hotel, buena atención y bonitas habitaciones. Buena cama y baño. El area común esta bonita con su piscina. Tienen que revisar el desayuno, ofrecer solo jugo y café con dos tostadas mejor no incluir. Si pides huevos a la carta te cobran $150 mexicanos. Demasiado!!!! Las habitaciones no las limpian a menos que lo solicites, tomar en cuenta.

Tuve un buen descanso, el lugar es muy acogedor y cómodo, es muy accesible llegar. Lo único es que por las lluvias la calle estaba muy inundada y con charcos. La habitación estaba limpia y fresca, el único detalle fue que cuando llegue mi habitación estaba ocupada, así que me asignaron una nueva pero el AC tenía una fuga de agua y no dejo de gotear toda la noche. Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación. El baño muy limpio pero la regadera de las dos habitaciones que me asignaron estaban tapadas, requieren mantenimiento. Sin duda recomiendo el lugar, sólo sugiero tener más atención con el mantenimiento de infraestructura.

La habitación no tenia una mesa, es necesaria. Y al ser para 3m personas se esperaba un poco mas grande. La terraza hermosa y comoda. La atencion muy buena de todos, en especial de Ivette.

Según la descripción del hotel, la habitación venía con frigobar y secador de pelo que no lo tenían disponible para mi habitación porque estaban ocupados en otras. El último día de mi estancia nos enteramos que regalaban 2 aguas por día y a nosotras jamás nos las entregaron, hasta que nos enteramos por otro huésped y lo solicitamos (pero ya era nuestro último día). En general, las instalaciones bien.
Según la descripción del hotel, la habitación venía con frigobar y secador de pelo que no lo tenían disponible para mi habitación porque estaban ocupados en otras. El último día de mi estancia nos enteramos que regalaban 2 aguas por día y a nosotras jamás nos las entregaron, hasta que nos enteramos por otro huésped y lo solicitamos (pero ya era nuestro último día). En general, las instalaciones bien.

El lugar está bien ubicado, la habitación muy cómoda. Lugar tranquilo, no hay ruido exterior. El personal fue muy amable. Hay tiendas y farmacia cerca, el colectivo queda muy cerca también.

Avoid at all costs!!! We did late check-in and our room wouldn't lock at all. The hotel refused to fix it right away, refused to switch our rooms or provide a refund. As 2 female travelers, we were super concerned for our safety since the lobby was not secure and there were alot of random men outside. Because it was late, and we had nowhere to go, we stayed the night with our luggage and furniture propped against the door. The room had a broken AC unit that was dripping water all over the floor, we had no towels, the bar was not operational upstairs, and the only breakfast served the next morning was toast and coffee. I had to fight to cancel our reservation and the staff was super rude about the whole situation. My advice is to take your money elsewhere - there are so many other better places.

Zum Glück hatten wir die Junior Suite gebucht. Die war gut. Und auch die Dachterrasse fanden wir angenehm, wenn auch manchmal überfüllt ( da nicht sehr groß). Allerdings muss man beim Einchecken und auch sonst im Hotel sehr aufpassen!!! Man wollte bei uns viele Kosten (erneut) abkassieren und versuchte uns in ein Standardzimmer (nicht zu empfehlen!) unter zu bringen (obwohl Junior Suite gebucht). Für jede KLEINE Flasche Wasser verlangte man 1 US$, obwohl laut Buchung Wasser inklusive ist. Das Einchecken dauerte von 15:00 bis 18:00 - unglaublich. SCHADE!
Zum Glück hatten wir die Junior Suite gebucht. Die war gut. Und auch die Dachterrasse fanden wir angenehm, wenn auch manchmal überfüllt ( da nicht sehr groß). Allerdings muss man beim Einchecken und auch sonst im Hotel sehr aufpassen!!! La atencion excelente, las habitaciones limpias y las camas confortables, cuentan con frigobar. La piscina es muy bonita en el roof. Tiene estacionamiento lo cual hace que no batalles para estacionarte. Esta cerca del super selecto y en la avenida que da a las playas. La calle de acceso al hotel no esta buena, cuando llueve es lodazal pero eso ya es cosa del municipio.

Un hotel muy céntrico cerca de la playa y de las atracciones turísticas. El único pero es que los desayunos incluidos son muy escasos y hubiera estado genial que los cuartos incluyeran un microondas. Por todo lo demás muy recomendable.

The pool was gross, water was green don’t think it was ever clean. It had a scum on it. Wifi was very weak. It says free breakfast first day they had nothing to cook us second day we got fruit and the third day we finally got eggs and toast and coffee hot water was hit and miss in shower. The only good thing was the beds we’re comfortable and ac worked. I would not recommend the Zendero

Muy bonito el hotel, buena atención y bonitas habitaciones. Buena cama y baño. El area común esta bonita con su piscina. Tienen que revisar el desayuno, ofrecer solo jugo y café con dos tostadas mejor no incluir. Si pides huevos a la carta te cobran $150 mexicanos. Demasiado!!!! Las habitaciones no las limpian a menos que lo solicites, tomar en cuenta.

I booked it for the general Location and it had a rooftop pool. The pool was so very dirty It was absolutely disgusting. Staff saw us up there so they skimmed the pool water to try to clean it. It was filthy throughout that took photos as it was so bad. The front desk staff was courteous. The breakfast staff was not very helpful and the first day they said they ran out of food even through we were up at 7:30 am. We saw others served a little later so we were very confused? The patio area in the room faced a cement wall. They were approximately 3’x6’ in size Hardly anyone was in the hotel, why didn’t they give us a patio room? We didn’t bother asking because we were just so disappointed. Staff kept parking bicycles right in front of our room area at the door in the hallway so we had to keep moving them and asking them not to do that as we would bump into them going in or out of our room. They kept parking them there. I felt like we were staying in the closet/storage area?
