The details about the airport shuttle pick up on the website are incorrect so we stood waiting for 40 min before someone told us we had to call for the shuttle. This is difficult as we live in Canada, only passing through and so did not have data to make the call. Also the evening shuttle driver was excellent but the morning driver was extremely rude and on his phone during the drive. The hotel experience it self was very good.

We did not get a clear instruction on how we should check out with the room card at the parking gate. We returned the room cards as normal and when we were exiting the parking gate, we were asked to pay. So we paid at the spot, then, the hotel also charged us for parking. That’s so confusing. Were we supposed to get the car out before returning the room cards back? I just called to the hotel front desk, Angie did not have a great attitude towards customers. My experience there were overall fine, but I am not too happy with the repeatedly parking charges.

We had a long layover (11 hrs) on a last min flight cancellation. I booked the hotel based on the reviews and its location. It was very clean & close. We were able to use their free airport shuttle in the morning at 6:30 to return to the airport & that was helpful.

The only thing my family liked was the shuttle service and spacious room. Our stay was over $3000 for 4 nights. There is no continental breakfast, no smart tvs, $30 a day for parking when there is plenty of room to park, no swimming pool. The restaurant was nice. But way overpriced for the portions you receive. We plan on coming back to Chicago the next two years. But we will not be staying at this property.

The only downfall is the $30 a night parking fee in order for you car to be safe. Parking with the hotel is not always guaranteed because the lott fills up pretty quickly at night.

Aesthetically the hotel is gorgeous but the gentleman answering phones for shuttle is so out of pocket definitely shouldn’t be in hospitality if you can’t even be nice. My flight was cancelled it’s a Sold out weekend in Chicago I was lucky enough to settle for the accommodations I took the shuttle because it was 6 mins to airport and worked to not have to Uber. I walked to shuttle area and noticed it wasn’t there I called they said you have to call to be picked up. I did I was told 2E by jet blue and that shuttle was already on the way will be a minute or so, then I standing where told shuttle just drives by NO STOPPING AT E2… I cloning flabbergasted called guy says well where am I standing I explained I can see terminal 3 and Hilton side and looking at door for E2 2 different drivers both come a gentleman also waiting 45 mins no shuttle we had to walk to 2c….. to get on shuttle. I called multiple times and I was told just take a cab and get a receipt……. I shouldn’t have to take anything out of my own pocket after paying to stay with the shuttle included especially for a 6 minute ride…. I aware the phone guy. I arrived and he was working the front desk and when I checked out I really wanted to talk on someone but didn’t feel comfortable as all I wanted to do was sleep but sadly very embarrassed to be treated this way as a Hilton member

We were there for an overnight stay while flying back home from Italy. Staff was attentive and very friendly. We had a meal in the restaurant that was good tho a bit over priced. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Just what we needed for our 15 hour layover.

The property had a cool theme and a nice little restaurant. Bed was nice and firm. Staff were all friendly. HOWEVER on their website they claim their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. My partner and I waited an hour because we assumed there could be traffic. We called the property and were told the shuttle was on call - which is not what the website said. Also the rooms didnt have fridges or microwaves which I thought was strange and mildly inconvenient.

A hotel trying hard to be trendy and different and it succeeds in part. However once in my room it was pretty much like any good (but not great) hotel. Service was good at front desk and at the lounge. The rooms are clean and modern with a nice bathroom. For being so close to the airport it was super quiet. Favorite thing - a hotel that actually gives you plenty of coffee and sugar in the rooms! What I could do without - the pink (rose?) lighting was a little too Vegas. Also - I especially want to mention that when the airport shuttle was unexpectedly unavailable, the front desk arranged a taxi at their cost.

Beautiful modern hotel! Absolutely loved the room! Location was perfect for days I was attending concerts at Allstate Arena. My main issue with the hotel is there are no mini fridges in the rooms OR ice machines on any floor. You have to go to the market in the lobby to get bags of ice (free of charge) but they were always frozen to the bottom of the freezer and very difficult to remove which made it a hassle each time you needed to get some ice. Staff I talked to were all very friendly!

We were on the 4th floor, directly under the fitness room that’s open 24 hours. Hated being woken to weights being dropped, jump rope, etc. Guests deserve peace, more than 5am workouts. Management needs to open fitness room at 8am. Luckily, Angie at the front desk could move us. It was a major inconvenience to pack and move in the middle of a day with other things planned.

Our first encounter was a rude front desk rep but fortunately her shift was ending and the next rep was really nice. The sliding doors were not working to enter the establishment so we had to knock a few different times to be let in. Cleaning was average

Such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere with great style and decor. Very clean, awesome staff and amazing food options. A number of entertainment venues in the surrounding area, and literally 5 minutes away from O’Hare international airport. The Rose Hotel has many great things going for it!

I needed a place to stay near O'Hare for a one-night stopover on my way to somewhere else. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It runs an airport shuttle that makes regular trips from the hotel, but you have to call ahead if you want to get picked up at the airport. I stood in the cold for about half an hour before I called and found that out. My bad, but I didn't see that on the website. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a bloody mary in the restaurant that was great, along with a sandwich that was pretty awful. The next morning I ordered breakfast to my room that included a cup of coffee that was great, and a breakfast sandwich that was pretty awful. I didn't eat anything else there, so maybe it's just the sandwiches that fall short.

The staff was all extremely nice. We had breakfast there the next day, food was AWESOME and those staff members truly made our stay better. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. I had the breakfast burrito and it was probably the best I've ever had! They also had Starbucks coffee! The room was nice, and updated. But they could have used more pillows. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in our room. I would definitely stay there again! And would probably have dinner there since the food was so good!

To be honest we weren't there long but other than the cleaning we had a hard time. Late at night we had to walk a mile from terminal 5 with 4 suitcases to get to the shuttle pick up area. The driver was nice and the morning drop is was fine. We ordered room service and the menu was limited for things that were for the simpler eater. Just a simple cheese pizza or a grilled chicken burger would be nice. We paid 24 dollars for a waffle and 4 chicken wing pieces. We also paid 18 dollars for a Cobb salad that was soggy and tasted like the whole 1lb container of salt was dumped on it. When the food was delivered with an 18 percent tip already added on to the bill, the server said I could just add a tip when I asked if service was included already. Not honest. We could only eat about 1/3rd of the food by picking off the edible parts and then we both uncommonly had stomach aches soon after. We are works travelers and have a lot of experience with different foods and restaurants. The kitchen was not at all flexible or helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the airport and nicer inside than most hotels. Just plan about 2 hours to get there because of where your have to get to to get picked up. We are platinum members and this was disappointing to say the least.

Very lovely property. The restaurant hotel was the highlight of my stay. Brunch, dinner and cocktails were amazing. Also had a nice bibe with the music and live entertainment. If you need a hotel close to the airport this is THE best option. I truly enjoyed myself.
