The electronic key machine was not working and we had to have the front staff open our room each time we would go outside hotel. So, needless to say we felt trapped in our room.

The hotel was great other than a/c being out. The ones in the rooms worked it was just in the rest of the building. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about either. The staff was great and it was really clean. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I come here often for quick little get aways! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Rooms are always clean! We even used the pool this time and it was amazing, as well.

Got no sleep! Everyone was nice, and it was clean. But elevator sounded like a mix between a train whistle and old brakes. There was a random tapping that i can only assume was old pipes hitting the walls throughout the night. Cleaning crew was vacuuming the halls before 9am. Bathroom had no vent fan and no hand soap. If you want sleep, stay somewhere else.

Property is clean, staff was nice. Elevator makes a horrible sound but the staff made sure our rooms were not near them. The only downside is you can hear neighboring rooms whole conversations. We unfortunately stayed near a large church group that stayed up all hours of the night and were extremely loud.

This hotel was fine but it lacks some upkeep. One elevator was out of service the entire 3 days. As was the pool, some gym equipment. There was also garbage left in the stair case for the entire stay.

The room had an extremely strong perfume odor as if it was covering up a smell. The room felt musky and damp. In fairness, we did not notify the front desk or seek a remedy. We were tired and just went to sleep. We left early the next morning. The breakfast was great. The rest of the property appeared nice.

We enjoyed our stay and everything went well. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety, including fresh fruit. The only issue was the strong smell of the cleaning product which has been used, maybe to clean the carpet? I have a lot of allergies, as well as a sensitivity to fragrances and this made it hard for me to breathe. I mentioned it when we checked out and asked it to be passed on to management.

We do not smoke , our room smelt like smoke. Requested another room. It still smelt like smoke, but it wasn’t as bad as the first room. I would like to stay the breakfast was good. Price compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel was priced high.

Hotel kept very clean. Staff were very friendly. Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants. Stayed 5 nights in a suite and it was grest to have a little more space. Highly recommend this for extended stays.

Front desk person was very nice and helpful. The breakfast lady was very nice. Our room was quiet and dark. Our room had very little water pressure in the bathroom sink; the tub was a little better. The bed was very uncomfortable - sunk in on the side and a hump in the middle.

We enjoyed our stay but it was rocky at first because we had ordered a King suite that was advertised with a sleep sofa. We found that was false...our son was going to use the sofa so we could have a king bed, but the mattress was like two inches thick and he could feel every spring and support bar. The staff seemed to know about the problem but had no solution. We ended up moving to a room with two queen beds. It was comfortable but not what we really wanted. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good! Need to update the sleep sofa's if you are going to advertise them as sleeping!!

The staff was amazing. The room was awesome. The only issue I had was we couldn't get the smart TV in the room to connect to the internet. Nobody seemed to have an answer. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.

We always enjoy staying here. Never any issues. The only thing with this one, which I’m not even sure we can blame on you guys, is the alarm clock went off randomly playing Mariaci music at 6am. We did not set it so it must have been from a past guest.

Terrible service at this hotel! They couldn’t provide us with a soap just saying they ran out and not even bothering to try and do something about it. Asked for towels, didn’t get them until I asked 3 times Room smelled of smoke while being no smoking room.

The hotel and staff were EXCELLENT. The front desk clerk named Keylan truly went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was wonderful. I had a horrible experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Midlothian and shared my experience with Keylan. Although it was not his hotel but a sister Marriott hotel Keylan apologized for how I was treated and looked out for me on my stay. My room was clean, comfortable and cozy, quiet, and breakfast was included with my stay and included scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, boiled eggs, sausage patties, Canadian bacon, waffles, assorted cereal & yogurt, an oatmeal station, bread station with english muffins, raisin bread, bagels & cream cheese, blueberry muffins, assorted juices & milk, as well as a coffee & tea station. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Such a wonderful stay here.❤️

The desk agent when we checked in was exceptional at 10pm. We woke up and she was back and there were computer issues, rekeying issues and other problems out of her control. She had maybe had 8 hours in between shifts but was as calm, kind, helpful and accommodating even with the stress of nothing working. She was a 5star employee.

The hotel was clean and so was the room. It comfortably slept 4. What was interesting was on check-in there was no one at the desk. I went to the employee only door behind the front desk and no one was there. We waited a few minutes and I remembered there three people out front talking and one was smoking. I went out to them and asked if someone was working the desk. The young women said she was and what did I need. Now, they had to see us walkiin the door. Although, she was friendly, should have been at the front desk and not outside.
