The residential suite was amazing, we had a large living room, kitchen and gorgeous balcony with a pool and garden view. The hotel staff were very friendly and we met Fifi, the hotel cat. This area is under construction, specifically the road next to the hotel, so having a rental car made it easy to explore. This property was very quiet and felt safe, we had the pool all to ourselves. Great place to avoid crowds!

C'est un hôtel appartement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, spacieux et calme. Vélo disponible pour une petite balade, je vous conseille, car le centre n'est pas à côté, même si pas très loin, le vélo est le plus facile et le plus rapide.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment with the amenities one would expect. Lovely and large balcony. The pool area was great, but the sunbeds need cleaning. Decent small gym, but some machines were out of order. No room cleaning our entire stay, but I guess it could have been arranged had we asked. All in all a very nice and affordable stay.

The condo was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The hot water in the shower didn't last long, but it was fine. They offer bicycle rentals for 100 pesos per day and it's less than 30 minutes ride to the beaches, 10 to the grocery store, and 15 ish to downtown. There is a pool, a gym, and parking available. We felt very safe there and it is within easy walking distance to some cheap taco stands and nicer restaurants, though the kitchen was very handy and we cooked daily. The staff is friendly and warm. We loved our stay and would stay again.

We go to Tulum a couple of times a year specifically to stay at Panacea. We love the pool and the generally calm vibe as well as the fast growing neighborhood. Usually, it’s just the relaxing recharge we need, but unfortunately , this time, they were doing repairs and there was sawing and drilling going on which definitely made it less relaxing. Overall, still great, but I will be sure to ask if they are doing any work before our next trip.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à l'annonce. Le personnel est discret mais très aimable et soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nous avions réservé le penthouse romantique, nous avions donc une piscine privée sur notre balcon, de taille très raisonnable ! Les deux piscines communes au centre de l'hôtel sont elles aussi très appréciables, le cadre y est verdoyant et cosy. La salle de sport est très bien équipée pour se maintenir en forme en vacances. Le parking de l'hôtel compte quelques places mais nous avons toujours pu avoir de la place, il est très pratique et juste à côté de l'entrée

An absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is a hidden oasis in tulum. We truly enjoyed our stay, we loved our private pool and the entire hotel area. Breakfast was 10/10 with freshly made products daily, the staff was polite and welcoming. Would come back anytime to this true gem of a place.

Pancea hotel felt like a beautiful oasis on the outskirts of town. Our room was huge and accommodated our family of 5 nicely. We had some issues with communication with the hotel prior to our arrival and were dropped off at the door of the compound not knowing how to get in, so I wish we had a bit more explanation around that as we tried numerous times to contact them prior to our arrival. Also, I don’t think there was any cleaning service if the room during our stay. Maybe you had to ask for it? Again, just limited communication or instruction on how things ran there. There was talk and pictures of breakfast on their site but that was also a service not available during our stay. The staff were kind and helpful when we had questions or issues. And the pool and grounds were so beautiful and quiet. The location was a bit inconvenient for our family of 5 to get anywhere but that was an overall Tulum problem for us. For the price, we definitely felt the room and hotel grounds were a great value and would recommend this place for anyone going to Tulum.

Gorgeous condos that are very modern, spacious, and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing with lovely views of the pool/garden area. Secure passcode entry and a manned front desk, hosts are also very easy to contact via WhatsApp. There are plenty of nice food options nearby too - would definitely recommend Vereda Del Abasto for breakfast/lunch and Pepe’s Tacos in the evening! A minor improvement could be the cleaning of the pool area as there were lots of leaves and bugs in the pool at times, and the lounger cushions were quite damp and stained. This isn’t the fault of Panacea but it is important to keep the receipt when the 200USD hold deposit is returned at checkout (especially if you’re from the UK like us!) otherwise the bank can take a long time to return it. Also this area in general is probably best suited to people who drive/cycle as attractions like cenotes are quite far to walk in the heat and taxis are very expensive in the area (i.e. $20 for a short drive to the ADO station). Overall though we loved the condo and would definitely stay again for a relaxing trip!

Awesome bed. Spacious everything. Kitchen Good. TV was large and working. The bathroom would benefit with a few more towel bars and a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. well maintained property. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful oasis inside the courtyard of the hotel. The suites have lots of room inside and the staff was very friendly. This place was very relaxing and was super quite as it was set on the outskirts of downtown attraction. Breakfast was included in our stay. So that was a nice touch. Prices are reasonable. Overall I would love to come back as I feel I had the most peaceful stay and my room felt like a vacation home.

We go to Tulum a couple of times a year specifically to stay at Panacea. We love the pool and the generally calm vibe as well as the fast growing neighborhood. Usually, it’s just the relaxing recharge we need, but unfortunately , this time, they were doing repairs and there was sawing and drilling going on which definitely made it less relaxing. Overall, still great, but I will be sure to ask if they are doing any work before our next trip.

Pancea hotel felt like a beautiful oasis on the outskirts of town. Our room was huge and accommodated our family of 5 nicely. We had some issues with communication with the hotel prior to our arrival and were dropped off at the door of the compound not knowing how to get in, so I wish we had a bit more explanation around that as we tried numerous times to contact them prior to our arrival. Also, I don’t think there was any cleaning service if the room during our stay. Maybe you had to ask for it? Again, just limited communication or instruction on how things ran there. There was talk and pictures of breakfast on their site but that was also a service not available during our stay. The staff were kind and helpful when we had questions or issues. And the pool and grounds were so beautiful and quiet. The location was a bit inconvenient for our family of 5 to get anywhere but that was an overall Tulum problem for us. For the price, we definitely felt the room and hotel grounds were a great value and would recommend this place for anyone going to Tulum.

Awesome bed. Spacious everything. Kitchen Good. TV was large and working. The bathroom would benefit with a few more towel bars and a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. well maintained property. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I loved it. We had a romantic penthouse with private pool, full kitchen, comfy couch that I actually want for my house so bad and the property and foliage around is beautiful. And there’s a hotel cat to greet you upon check in!

Gorgeous condos that are very modern, spacious, and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing with lovely views of the pool/garden area. Secure passcode entry and a manned front desk, hosts are also very easy to contact via WhatsApp. There are plenty of nice food options nearby too - would definitely recommend Vereda Del Abasto for breakfast/lunch and Pepe’s Tacos in the evening! A minor improvement could be the cleaning of the pool area as there were lots of leaves and bugs in the pool at times, and the lounger cushions were quite damp and stained. This isn’t the fault of Panacea but it is important to keep the receipt when the 200USD hold deposit is returned at checkout (especially if you’re from the UK like us!) otherwise the bank can take a long time to return it. Also this area in general is probably best suited to people who drive/cycle as attractions like cenotes are quite far to walk in the heat and taxis are very expensive in the area (i.e. $20 for a short drive to the ADO station). Overall though we loved the condo and would definitely stay again for a relaxing trip!

Everything about this stay was amazing, the apartment, pool, and especially the staff. The staff was incredibly helpful at recommending restaurants, activities, transport, shopping etc. and helping out with any kind of information. I would love to stay here again.

The condo was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The hot water in the shower didn't last long, but it was fine. They offer bicycle rentals for 100 pesos per day and it's less than 30 minutes ride to the beaches, 10 to the grocery store, and 15 ish to downtown. There is a pool, a gym, and parking available. We felt very safe there and it is within easy walking distance to some cheap taco stands and nicer restaurants, though the kitchen was very handy and we cooked daily. The staff is friendly and warm. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à l'annonce. Le personnel est discret mais très aimable et soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nous avions réservé le penthouse romantique, nous avions donc une piscine privée sur notre balcon, de taille très raisonnable ! Les deux piscines communes au centre de l'hôtel sont elles aussi très appréciables, le cadre y est verdoyant et cosy. La salle de sport est très bien équipée pour se maintenir en forme en vacances. The residential suite was amazing, we had a large living room, kitchen and gorgeous balcony with a pool and garden view. The hotel staff were very friendly and we met Fifi, the hotel cat. This area is under construction, specifically the road next to the hotel, so having a rental car made it easy to explore. This property was very quiet and felt safe, we had the pool all to ourselves. Great place to avoid crowds!

Beautiful oasis inside the courtyard of the hotel. The suites have lots of room inside and the staff was very friendly. This place was very relaxing and was super quite as it was set on the outskirts of downtown attraction. Breakfast was included in our stay. So that was a nice touch. Prices are reasonable. Overall I would love to come back as I feel I had the most peaceful stay and my room felt like a vacation home.

An absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is a hidden oasis in tulum. We truly enjoyed our stay, we loved our private pool and the entire hotel area. Breakfast was 10/10 with freshly made products daily, the staff was polite and welcoming. Would come back anytime to this true gem of a place.

We had some issues with communication with the hotel prior to our arrival and were dropped off at the door of the compound not knowing how to get in, so I wish we had a bit more explanation around that as we tried numerous times to contact them prior to our arrival. Also, I don’t think there was any cleaning service if the room during our stay. Maybe you had to ask for it? Again, just limited communication or instruction on how things ran there. There was talk and pictures of breakfast on their site but that was also a service not available during our stay. The staff were kind and helpful when we had questions or issues. And the pool and grounds were so beautiful and quiet. The location was a bit inconvenient for our family of 5 to get anywhere but that was an overall Tulum problem for us. For the price, we definitely felt the room and hotel grounds were a great value and would recommend this place for anyone going to Tulum.

En general está muy bien, es un departamento con buenos espacios, las camas cómodas, se debe llevar todo para cocinar, no hay ni café de cortesía. El ser VIP de Expedia no te da ningún beneficio aquí, a todos le regalan las dos primeras aguas que están en el refri, pero la atención de todos fue buena. El desayuno todos los días es igual, pero está bueno. Nosotros teníamos coche y no hizo falta tomar taxis. Fuimos de trabajo, así que no pudimos disfrutar la alberca. Es un lugar que puedes quedarte una semana sin problema.

Gorgeous condos that are very modern, spacious, and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing with lovely views of the pool/garden area. Secure passcode entry and a manned front desk, hosts are also very easy to contact via WhatsApp. There are plenty of nice food options nearby too - would definitely recommend Vereda Del Abasto for breakfast/lunch and Pepe’s Tacos in the evening! A minor improvement could be the cleaning of the pool area as there were lots of leaves and bugs in the pool at times, and the lounger cushions were quite damp and stained. This isn’t the fault of Panacea but it is important to keep the receipt when the 200USD hold deposit is returned at checkout (especially if you’re from the UK like us!) otherwise the bank can take a long time to return it. Also this area in general is probably best suited to people who drive/cycle as attractions like cenotes are quite far to walk in the heat and taxis are very expensive in the area (i.e. $20 for a short drive to the ADO station). Overall though we loved the condo and would definitely stay again for a relaxing trip!

This was the best hotel/condo rental I have ever stayed at. It was nice and clean, secure and it had a stunning courtyard. The one thing that I would say that I found wrong is that the pool had way too much chlorine, it was hard to swim in. This can be an easy fix.

Superb value for money. Apartment was clean and in good working order. Plenty of parking. Solid wifi connection. Staff were communicative and helpful. Location is also great; allows you to stroll into La Veleta for drinks and meals. Thoroughly recommended!
