What a sweet time with family on our favorite beach! This condo was well appointed. Perks were full size washer and dryer for beach towels, working ice maker to fill up our cooler for the beach each day, and comfortable balcony furniture for both meal time and relaxing! Facility-wise, parking was easier than many other condos in this area, outdoor pool was clean and nice and the grills were in working order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RI809!

Great location, easy access to the beach, everything you need in the condo with plenty of room and a nice, spacious balcony! We will definitely stay here again!!

We loved this spot for its beautiful beach, assigned parking, and well-appointed living space. We were two couples in our 60s, and we appreciated the spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as the large balcony. Condo 811 was very nicely decorated and the owners added some very special touches to make sure we had a great start to our stay. Bedding and bathroom towels were good quality and plentiful. Communication was prompt and expectations/house rules (although quite lengthy) were clear. The unexpected early check-in was a real treat as our flight arrived to Pensacola at 10:30am. We had a wonderful time on our first trip to the Orange Beach area and will definitely come again!

We had so much fun! There was plenty of space for the whole family and loved being right on the beach. Very close to eating spots.

We loved the condo complex and really enjoyed being on the 12th floor with the windows from the living room overlooking the water. The pool was extra large and very nice and kept so clean. Our only problem was the lack of closet space on the smaller guest bedroom and definitely not able to use the master closet. Beautiful unit and our family enjoyed our stay!

I have a list of things that made this condo the best. 1. The best location for a condo. Right on the beach with a breath taking view to go with it. 2. All dining places within 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Paking garage spot was very convenient to the elevator. 4. Owners were easy to communicate with and in a timely matter. My mom and I come to Orange Beach every summer for our birthday; and this trip was awesome! We definitely will be coming here again! Thank you

The property was excellent. Nice having 2 1/2 bathrooms. The distance to the beach was the perfect distance/walk. Balcony was so perfect. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The ice maker at the wet bar was so appreciated!!. The only thing missing was a screen door on the living room sliding door. Beautiful place. Would definitely return!

This unit was awesome. It was very well kept and felt like home! Great location right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Very nice condo. Hosts were quick with communication. The condo had lots of nice touches: very comfortable deck furniture and a crock pot for cooking. The unit was clean and modern, would definitely stay here again

This is a fabulous condo. We have been to the beach many times and this is the nicest condo we have ever booked. Everything was just as described. Balcony is fantastic! This condo is in a great location and is extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice large oceanfront condo with excellent views and large balcony with comfortable chairs, loungers and table with seating for 6. Both bedrooms had comfortable King beds. Condo was clean and spotless. Close to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very clean and in a great location. This condo has everything you need and will not disappoint. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

This condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony listening to the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we liked the location on the beach and within the complex. Condo door short distance from elevator so quick access from beach and parking. Unobstructed view of beach and gulf from covered balcony with comfortable deck furniture.Overall cleanliness was good except for the floor. After vacuuming the floor a couple times, with the supplied vacuum, to remove the sand it was pretty good. Floor apparently hadn't been vacuumed or scrubbed prior to our arrival. Having an upright vacuum available is really a plus when you are staying for 5 or 6 weeks so you can clean regularly.If you use the clothes dryer you may have to pull it out from the rear wall. The first time we used it it took 2 1/2 hrs to dry a load of clothes. I slid the dryer out from the wall and found the vent hose collapsed so very little air would exhaust. If the dryer is away from the wall you can reposition the vent hose to allow good air flow. After that we had no problems with the dryer.The only thing that would probably prevent us from renting this unit again was the king bed in the master bedroom. The inner spring mattress does not provide good back support and the box springs leave something to be desired. We turned the mattress and one box spring end for end and that helped some. Obviously everyones preferences are different but for us the king bed should be replaced. If that was done we would likey consider renting again.

We really enjoyed the town - less wild than some of the big beach hot spots and almost no junky tourist traps. But it was an easy walk to good ol' Florabama! We ate at several fantastic waterfront restaurants. The condo itself was great. I loved the huge walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. I was very happy with the space/size, the furniture (especially lots of seating on the big balcony), and having THREE bathrooms - amazing! The only cons of the trip were tied to the property management company. They sent a digital guidebook with tons of info that seemed to be comprehensive. However, there was no parking info for our specific condo building (other than mentioning the parking pass will be on the kitchen counter). Figuring out where we could/should park was confusing. On the morning of our departure as we were busily packing, we were alarmed when someone tried to enter our unit. Thankfully, it was just the cleaning team, but they had been told by the property managers that our unit was already empty (I saw the text). And this was well before 10AM. But the most unforgiveable issue was that the bed sheets were 100% polyester - ugh. Polyester sheets are uncomfortable (especially if you get a sunburn) and SWEATY - no one wants that in a beach condo! Liquid Life really needs to reconsider this.

The property was fine however it does need some updating….recliners sounded like they were falling apart when we sat in them. Extra ice maker was broken, no blinds or window coverings in the LR. We did enjoy the stay…location is good too.

The condo was large and beautifully decorated. The large balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Just high enough to have a perfect view of the ocean and beach. Highly recommend this condo!

This listing was all it said and more! We were looking for a place on the beach with two king bed bedrooms and this condo delivered. Lots of yummy restaurants within 20-30 minutes. We rented chairs from Ike's on the beach. Best decision!! This beach area is a hidden gem!!!! Best d talked all that we did that.

Surprised to find an ice machine separate from the fridge. Huge walk in shower in the master. Loved the large balcony with table of 4, table of 2 and lounge chair. Nicest condo we have stayed in yet.

This property was very nice & as pictures portrayed.Loved location. Communication, however, was not good. We tried to get information regarding safe shelter when the weather turned bad with tornado watches & got a huge runaround - talked to someone in CA who knew nothing about this. After calling a couple of numbers, we were told to go to the office in our building to seek information - the problem being it was a weekend and the office was closed! We also had an issue with parking. When we returned from dinner one night, our parking space was taken. We questioned Security in the parking garage and were told to park anywhere (there were very few cars in the garage our entire two week stay) and that if our tag was in the window, it wouldn’t be a problem. The next day we were enjoying bingo at the Flora Bama and got an urgent text to call about our car. We were told we had an hour to get there and move our car to avoid further actions! We left our fun afternoon to rush back - moved the car - then went to the office to discuss. When we told the gal working what Security had told us, she said Liquid Life does not manage parking or security! Funny, that was nowhere in any of the information we received so how would we have known! We told her there were only 8 spaces taken in the garage yet they would give us an hour to return and ruin the fun we were having. Her response “well you ruined someone else’s day by parking in their spot! She needs a lesson in Customer Service!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean! Each time we needed to communicate, it was very easy and all things were taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was just as described. Huge balcony which was great for us because sometimes we just like to sit on the balcony for hours and listen to waves. The owners were very thorough with instructions for check in and check out - made it super easy. Will definitely be staying here next year!

We love this property and were impressed with this unit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals, it was a comfortable environment, and the balcony had a constant breeze. The owner was accommodating and very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

We love the unit! It was comfortable, clean, updated, and fully stocked. I had already told friends I found a great place to share. The drilling above the unit started at 9am and continued almost nonstop till 4pm. My hubby went to the office and the lady said they couldnt do anything about it. They also said they didn't know the workers were coming. I do not believe that at all. Construction companies always schedule work that takes a crew at least one day in advance. By 3pm I had enough. I went into the office and again the lady said the same thing. I lost my temper which I hate to do. We endured 6 hours of drilling. I even taped it andsent to the Liquid Life people. I then wrote the Liquid Life people and they sent their regrets and apologies. SAD! I absolutely loved the patio you have and would have come back. With the property manager you have there is no way I will come back. I have given one online review already and I made sure to praised the unit but said I would not return due to unresponsive property manager. If you ever change let me know. I am also preparing a review for google, vrbo and other sites. We would have left but our hotel room was not available at our next desination till the next day. We loved this condo and the location. Absolutely perfect. Beaches were quiet and clean and we enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony every day. Highly recommend.
