We would most likely return during our next trip. The staff was all very nice, the hotel was clean, and it was a great location for the things we wanted to do. There were two main things we didn’t care about the property. First, the elevators. Three over the weekend we waited for over 10 minutes for the elevator to get to us on the 14th floor. We weren’t the only ones. They were numerous other people that were staying there that were complaining about the same thing when we were talking to them. Secondly, the seating area for breakfast was way too small for a hotel of that size.

Very clean rooms. Helpful and efficient staff. Huge breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Small rooms but optimized the space well. Comfortable rooms. Fresh smell upon entry of room. Everything in working order at hotel. Very close to subway transit and short walking distance to Times Square. Discounted (by hotel) parking garage 1 block behind hotel. Parking staff organized. Con- very minimal street front allotted to unloading luggage out front of hotel. Hotel is directly beside NYPD station which boosts the feeling of safety for hotel guests.

My family of 2 adults & 2 teens found this to be an ideal NYC hotel! Great location, easy walking distance to so much, including Penn station if you want to take the subway. Breakfast was good, long breakfast hours, pretty nice gym, ac worked well. We had a executive 2 queen & it was nice to have the couch & extra space. Mini fridge & microwave

It was great. The staff was helpful. They have free breakfast every morning and there are a lot of options for people. We were close to transit and was able to go to the MET and the Mets Game along with Coney Island. There is a long wait for the elevators in the morning so I would be mindful of that when leaving to start your morning. Outside of that it was great.

Great location in NYC! It’s just 2 blocks from Macy’s & Penn Station. Lots of food options close by. The hotel had a great breakfast included with our stay - food was great! The staff were pleasant and professional. Room was a bit small for 4 people but we managed well once we figured all the places to place our things. There’s an on site bar and small convenience “store” for snacks and beverages, which was very convenient.

Stayed here three nights with a friend. Clean and modern but small room. Good external sound insulation but unfortunately we could hear quite a lot of noise from the hallway (our room was quite close to the elevators). Breakfast was complimentary and probably okay by American standards but plastic cutlery is a joke.

The staff was exceptional! The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very small yet, great w/extra space on the private patio. Recommend bringing night light for bathroom as there is no “hallway” the space saver door opens to “bed”.

Rooms are small but it's NYC but overall a great place. I'd stay here again. I would just bring carry-on luggage because three people l, two with medium luggage and one large made it really difficult to walk in the room.

As advertised, it was clean quiet and pretty centrally located. Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly. Things I didn’t like: one of the locked doors wouldn’t open for keycard access. And the room was really tiny which was fine for me and my 10 year old but still pretty small. The king sized bed took up most of the room. We could also hear every time someone in adjacent rooms shut their doors, which did wake us up a few times.

Good location, very clean, but rooms were VERY small with only one tiny freestanding armoire with two shelves to hold clothing. We were a family of 3 and hardly had any room to put our clothes away. We also like to reuse towels to conserve water but with only two tiny hooks in the bathroom, it was hard to hang up damp towels to dry. Breakfast was very sub-par and extremely crowded.

The free breakfast was nice (hot & cold choices & good coffee). Our room(2 queen beds), however, was small. The sliding door for the restroom didn’t have a lock on it, nor did it stay closed all the way so we had to push the trashcan over to keep it closed. It was so inconvenient. Rm#1006.

Excellent location and daily room service. The breakfast stood out among all the hotels we visited - classic American style, but with a wider variety, tasty, and uniquely included fresh salad. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room is small but that's expected. There were times in the morning that we had to wait for more than 15 mins for the elevator.

I attend a visit for women month at an American Legion in Harlem. I was extremely tired when I arrived to the hotel. I received the warmest smile and welcome from Jeffrey Wright. Mr. Wright customer service to the hotel was amazing. Thank you for your service. I will definitely return for another stay.

Hotel seemed terribly overbooked. Lobby was always a mob scene. Wait time for elevators exceeded 10 minutes on multiple occasions. Hallways were noisy constantly, with constantly slamming doors. We did nit receive maid service during stay and had to call front desk to get fresh towels and trash emptied.

Great location 2 blocks from Penn Station and 8 blocks from Times Square. The staff is lovely, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic! Jeffery Wright and the whole front desk staff made my three day, two night stay absolutely fantastic! Christian, Jessenia and Michael managed our early check in and check out with expert precision. The bar staff, food service and housekeeping made my stay that much more fantastic. I will stay here again!

I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located. The hotel is okay - its a good location, they have a basic breakfast every day, and the rooms, while small, have all the necessities. Housekeeping is efficient and do a good job. However, we did not have a good experience. We requested a room with two queen beds, which we booked less than 24 hours earlier. When we arrived, this room was unavailable. Instead, they offered us a room with a King bed and a sofa bed. That was inconvenient since we were travelling with our 8-year-old. They apologised and offered us 7000 Marriott Bonvoy points and three bottles of water as compensation, and offered to move us to the requested room after 24 hours. We took the offer given that there were no other options. The room was small, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. And no bedding was provided for the sofa bed. The next day, nobody checked in on us to ask us about the move. At one point, when I went to the lobby to refill some water bottles and then placed them in my bag, I was approached by hotel security and asked if I had paid for the bottles. After I explained that I just refilled them, he left (without an apology). Overall, I did not feel welcome at the hotel.

All in all this was a nice hotel and a central location, close to Penn station and Port Authority. Clean, comfortable beds, very quiet, good service, practical breakfast included. The elevators caused a bit of a wait sometimes during rush hours. Regarding the included breakfast, it is ok, but not very exiting. Most of the options seems mass produced and doesnt taste that good, especially the eggs. But if you grab a yoghurt and and a bagel, you are all good.

Room was perfect and very comfortable. But the bar was wayyyy too pricey and limited selection. Bartender told me it was 'Last Call', so I could only order 1 drink but when I walked by it 30 minutes later it was full again🤔
