Superb apartment, very spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were always there to help if you needed anything plus the cute little dog gave you a warm welcome every day. Good value compared to several other places I’ve stayed in Hanoi, only slight downside is it’s about 20 minute walk to the lake area, but a grab bike is easy to book and very inexpensive. Would definitely recommend these apartments especially at the front to get a balcony and view.

I would not recommend Camellia for business trips. Really terrible WiFi in the room and they don’t accept American Express. I encountered a cockroach the first night I arrived. I stepped on the cockroach the second day. Another cockroach appeared again a few days later… clogged drain in the bathtub during my stay. Other than that, great location and really nice people!
