Overall, our stay was great. We did have some maintenance issues which were resolved same day. The check in process was a little confusing due to being unable to find security initially to get parking passes. The parking situation is not ideal as there were a couple of evenings we had to park across the street, which is not ideal with small children and having to cross a busy street. The unit itself is very nice and clean and the view is great.

Do not stay here. The parking is terrible to start off ( you only get one space per condo not two like VRBO said on listing, so parking is $15 per day two blocks away BEHIND Walmart) The washing machine and dryer are tiny and left grease marks on our clothes and they did not work well. The dryer timer did not work so it ran until you turned it off. Who wants to do that on vacation! The condo was old and dirty. Dead roaches on the floor. Sofas were gross. Mold in the shower. Dryer sheets were stuck in all of the air conditioner vents. The toilet stopped up and guest services told us we had to contact our own plumber to the tune of $185 the Southern Vacation rentals said that we should have told them. Instructions for this whole rental were unclear. The codes emailed to us were all wrong and we could not get into the condo, pool or beach The swimming pool was dirty and cloudy and by no means a resort pool. What a joke. Didn’t even use the pool. Overall this has been the worst beach experience ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The condo, location and beach was just right. The parking on the other hand is terrible. There is not enough parking for the people that rent the properties. Monday thru Thursday night you can park at the Fairfield Inn, which is about 3 blocks from the hotel and you have to pay to park. Upon arriving the parking security told me if we got a parking spot we might want to uber everywhere we went. We had kids that ranged from 16-2, plus there was10 of us. Condo would be great but parking kills it.

The condo was just as the pictures. Very well decorated. Great furniture beds were very comfortable. The location is right across the street from grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. This condo also has a great pool that is designed for kids. I would recommend this to anyone.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. There was issues with the parking space provided. The space was not adequate because the car next to the space was not pulled over far enough for the driver to get out and because of the column. Security acted like they couldn’t do anything and I was not permitted to park in another spot. The next day when I called management they said security had to deal with it.

The furniture in the living room is filthy. The hotel lock on the front door needs to be replaced, it is very difficult to latch. The bedroom with the queen bed does not lock. The light above the stove is burned out. In general it was gross.

When we arrived, the place was beyond clean, it was immaculate. Had everything we needed for our stay, even had a large ice maker, which was super convenient. The view was amazing! Will definitely rent again.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

Overall condition and location was as expected. This is the fourth condo I’ve rented in this area and it is on par with the rest of them at this price point. Notes from the stay: Found black mold on master shower head Black mold in refrigerator water/ice dispenser Shower door missing (found in bathroom closet) Box fan in closet had black mold I cleaned the shower head and just didn’t use the ice/water dispenser. Cleaning was typical of the management companies- had the pleasure of seeing some of the hired cleaners and based on the condition of the humans personal and vehicular Cleanliness, no surprise that they do the best minimum cleaning in the units. That said- plenty of dishes, checkin was on time, wifi was strong, pools were good, security was friendly and access was easy. I don’t blame the owners but most of the management companies in this area do a poor job of maintaining the properties and get what they pay for from their employees.

Kitchen has everything you will need so that was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone and great view from the balcony. Parking could be a pain and the security guard will tell you all about it. There was a leak in the condo above ours that made it so we had fans blowing constantly to dry it and walked into that with a heads up. One really negative thing was the pull out couch! It is falling apart and had mold on the underside of it. It should be replaced and not counted as a place to sleep until then, and I did inform them about that.

Beach access was easy, property was well kept, management was attentive when we reached out with a question about one of the TV's. Kitchen was well equipped for the easy meals we prepared. Plenty of towels, beach towels and linens. The toilet paper and paper towel supply was ample for 6 adults for 4 nights. Across the street from anything you would need for your stay and a great beach location. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed this condo and location. It is beautifully decorated and had large bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Loved having the codes to the room and beach. Enjoyed having small ice in the ice machine. The dryer and dishwasher had some issues but the maintenance came up and gave us some tips.

This condo was amazing! We looked and looked for a condo that had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We didn’t expect to find one, then when we did, we certainly didn’t expect it to be so beautiful and roomy!! It was such a beautiful place and so serene and peaceful! We loved it and hope to come back again and stay in this very room!!

Plenty of options for kids and adults! Plenty of room! The extra set of bunkbeds were so nice to have! Also loved not having to worry about rails on the balcony for my smaller kids! We enjoyed our stay!

Extremely clean condo! It does need a couple of upgrades, but I will definitely stay again if it's around the same price and has the few upgrades completed! A latch needs to be installed on the front door for safety. After the 1st night, we had a suprise visit by pest control! The rug in the living room needs to be replaced! Some comfy chairs on the balcony would be awesome! The king-size bed is amazing, but the other 3 beds are absolutely horrible and extremely noisy. Also need curtains in the other 2 rooms so you are not blinded by the light in the morning on vacation, haha! Was extremely impressed on how clean the condo was, and the view was perfect! I've stayed at the Enclave several times, and this particular condo would have to be my favorite, minus the uncomfy beds.

Very clean. Sliding glass door from bedroom to balcony worked fine (previous reviews said it didn't, so it has been repaired). Master bath toilet light bulb was DOA but management promptly replaced first thing the next morning with no hassle. Plenty of space for all 5 of us to relax, would easily accommodate more.

We have been staying at the Enclave for the past 12 years except for the year of the pandemic. We love where the Enclave is located and the layout of the condos. This year was a beautiful week at the beach, the condo was clean and had most everything you needed. We had troubles from the beginning with the lock but the property manager was prompt in responding when we eventually were completely locked out. They replaced the battery and all was good!! Just a few hours with all of us on the wrong side of the door! The add on bunk beds are cute and had linens. The ottoman and sofa that fold out did not so you might want to check that out before waiting until bedtime like we did. Otherwise a lovely space for us all to make memories together once again!

The parking is terrible to start off ( you only get one space per condo not two like VRBO said on listing, so parking is $15 per day two blocks away BEHIND Walmart) The washing machine and dryer are tiny and left grease marks on our clothes and they did not work well. The dryer timer did not work so it ran until you turned it off. Who wants to do that on vacation! The condo was old and dirty. Dead roaches on the floor. Sofas were gross. Mold in the shower. Dryer sheets were stuck in all of the air conditioner vents. The toilet stopped up and guest services told us we had to contact our own plumber to the tune of $185 the Southern Vacation rentals said that we should have told them. Instructions for this whole rental were unclear. The codes emailed to us were all wrong and we could not get into the condo, pool or beach The swimming pool was dirty and cloudy and by no means a resort pool. What a joke. Didn’t even use the pool. Overall this has been the worst beach experience ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Checkin delayed due to busted pipe / cleaning. Got in over hour late. dishwasher wasn’t emptied so no idea if those were clean or dirty. Tvs in bedrooms didn’t change channels, living room did, master not sure didn’t turn on. ceiling fan & base boards super dirty. lamp in bedroom with two beds didn’t have outlet so only had light when plugged in on floor. location great. parking not so great. We come from 3 different parts of Alabama & one car has to park almost a mile away for an additional $25 a day. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. There was issues with the parking space provided. The space was not adequate because the car next to the space was not pulled over far enough for the driver to get out and because of the column. Security acted like they couldn’t do anything and I was not permitted to park in another spot. The next day when I called management they said security had to deal with it.

Clean, comfortable, great location. 3 adult couples had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some time away. Beach access was easy, property was well kept, management was attentive when we reached out with a question about one of the TV's. Kitchen was well equipped for the easy meals we prepared. Plenty of towels, beach towels and linens. The toilet paper and paper towel supply was ample for 6 adults for 4 nights. Across the street from anything you would need for your stay and a great beach location. Would stay again for sure!

Overall, our stay was great. We did have some maintenance issues which were resolved same day. The check in process was a little confusing due to being unable to find security initially to get parking passes. The parking situation is not ideal as there were a couple of evenings we had to park across the street, which is not ideal with small children and having to cross a busy street. The unit itself is very nice and clean and the view is great.

When we arrived, the place was beyond clean, it was immaculate. Had everything we needed for our stay, even had a large ice maker, which was super convenient. The view was amazing! Will definitely rent again.

Our stay was amazing!! Great location and great views!! Would definitely come back!! Drier was slow to dry clothes but everything else was really good! The condo had everything we needed and slept our large group of 11 perfectly!
