The hotel is very nice but is located on the fourth floor of a residential building. It is somewhat difficult to get to without using a lot of steps. The breakfast was very good and the staff if very friendly and helpful.

Website misleading as to how difficult it was to get to the floor, there was no Spa as advertised. Staff were not available from 9-8. Only had one breakfast as left at 7.40 and breakfast not ready (although advertised as served from 7-10.

It's a gem of a place in the hustle and bustle of Napoli's historic center. I would highly recommend it - I'm a female solo traveler so safety is a priority, as is cleanliness and just good service. Michaela and Andrea were top notch receptionists that really went out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable with recommendations for dinner etc. Janou was lovely and professional with making sure breakfast is well-prepared. Thank you!
