Nice, clean hotel, however, was told at front desk during check-in that the pet fee was $100.00 and non-refundable. There were no other available pet-friendly hotels in town on such short notice so I was forced to swallow the charge. There was NO mention of the amount of the pet deposit on the Orbitz listing page for this hotel, I looked extensively before finalizing the booking. I regularly pay $25-$30 non-refundable fees or much higher refundable deposits, but I have never experienced such an exorbitant and totally undisclosed amount before. When I complained to the gentleman checking me in, his only response was "well its still cheaper than what you would have had to pay to board your dog somewhere for the night." I feel this is a very deceitful and extortionist fee as the hotel must know that most customers will end up paying it instead of hassling with getting 3rd party booking refunds and hunting down alternative lodging options at the last minute. Bad business practice. Do better.

I had no idea until I arrived that I had to pay 100.00 non refundable fee for a 7 pound pom chi. Gentleman that checked me in was an awesome employee. Motel is lucky to have him. The room was wonderful up until I went to shower. The shower itself had long hair all on walls and tub itself. And it looked like maybe a lil mold growing or just possibly needed to be cleaned better or it’s from age. But better long hair that pubic hair!!

I loved the dog friendly environment. I also loved the fire pit area. Breakfast and coffee was exceptional. Only thing I would add is a cover over the fire pit area to protect from morning sun.

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk couldn’t have been friendlier. Our room was clean and totally equipped with all of our basic needs. The gym was super clean and perfect for a quick workout in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for the price!

The entire team that worked during our stay (both the day & night teams) were FANTASTIC. Above and beyond customer service and genuinely kind people. You have great people representing your fantastic hotel - treat and pay them accordingly- they deserve it!! My room was very clean and worth what I was charged. It was lovely. The entire hotel was clean! I loved the room I stayed in, had a lovely view of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, lots of seating and tons of hot and cold options. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay again! Worth the price for sure. Very close to dining and entertainment.

It was a great hotel and area. The location was ideal for walking to the many restaurants and stores around. The only issue we had with the hotel was our bed being downsized. We booked a king suite and got a queen. We asked and were told that the larger rooms, like the one we booked, only come with a queen bed. Yet the smaller rooms come with a king. This would have been nice to know.

Perfect hotel experience! Comfortable beds. Spotless room. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast every day. We stayed in a room with stove, fridge and microwave so we saved lots of money that we would have spent dining out. There's really only one thing more I could have asked. There is one ice machine only and it's on the ground floor. Not sure why many of the new hotels are doing this. Evidently it costs them a fortune to have ice machines on every floor like the customers expect. A minor inconvenience but I'm trying to be completely honest and objective with this review.

I have stayed there three times now and the other two times were wonderful, friendly staff, clean room, nice pool area, great!! This last time, the room air conditioner would not shut off, the room stayed 64 degrees, asked for them to look at it as well as refill empty shampoo and body wash bottles, as I did not bring any with me because they provided them on the last two stays. I aslo have a local address, and was not told at any time that their policy is to NOT book a reservation with a local address, I can understand this if it is posted or noted somewhere, but the front desk person, Stephanie, proceeded to catch me as I was going out the door the morning after the first night and tell me in a very condescending way that I would not be allowed to book there again and if I tried, the reservation would be cancelled. I asked her when this policy was put in place and why I was not told one of the other two stays. They do not know the situation as to why someone who may have a local address is booking a room, spousal abuse, damage to home, personal time needed after taking care of elderly family daily during the week and when there is another family member to assist, the customer may have just wanted a nice place to relax and reboot. Very disappointed in a facility I have highly recommended in the past.

I reserved a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. It clearly states it about the room. I mentioned it and I was given my key. After hauling everything up, we walked in....no sofa bed. I was traveling with my sons, 33, 29 and 20. We have never had an issue before. After all that he said they don't have rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed.I pulled up my reservation, the amenities and rooms with Sofa beds. He kinda back peddled and said it must already been given to someone else. There were many ways to rectify the situation..an upgrade, an adjoining room. I can't believe they didn't even try to help us. We were exhausted from traveling and now we had no room and was literally in the parking lot trying to find ANY room at this point. Thankfully, Comfort Inn always have sofa beds in there 2 queen beds. The staff was so friendly and it was very clean. The bonus...the room was much cheaper. I have traveled a lot and I still don't understand why Logan, who checked us in, at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs, Wouldn't even try helping us, even after I showed him my reservation.I rarely leave reviews but this interfered with our first experience in Hot Springs. Thankfully, after 45 minutes in the parking lot of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs and finally found a great deal.

After all that he said they don't have rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed.I pulled up my reservation, the amenities and rooms with Sofa beds. He kinda back peddled and said it must already been given to someone else. There were many ways to rectify the situation..an upgrade, an adjoining room. I can't believe they didn't even try to help us. We were exhausted from traveling and now we had no room and was literally in the parking lot trying to find ANY room at this point. Thankfully, Comfort Inn always have sofa beds in there 2 queen beds. The staff was so friendly and it was very clean. The bonus...the room was much cheaper. I have traveled a lot and I still don't understand why Logan, who checked us in, at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs, Wouldn't even try helping us, even after I showed him my reservation.I rarely leave reviews but this interfered with our first experience in Hot Springs. Thankfully, after 45 minutes in the parking lot of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs and finally found a great deal.

I got there after driving 8 hours, this was at 5 pm, when I arrived. Check in is at 3 my room was not ready yet. Then the lady said that I was going to have to wait. So I asked how long it would take and she said she had another room for me. The next morning I checked out and right before I pulled away I checked my account. The hotel over charge me $260. When I went in there was no one at the front desk the lady was outside on her cell phone. I had to wait for her to finish her personal call. Then she was not having it with giving me my receipt. Something about the lady the night before screwed everything up. Yes I may have used a few choices words. But this lady straight up yelled at me and banged her fists on the counter. I had to call the police just to get my receipt and I had to file a dispute with my bank. What a horrible unprofessional service. She also lied and said my dog popped in the hallway and refused to show me videos surveillance of it. I guess I won didn’t I because I got my receipt and my money back.

The staff was amazing. Check in was a breeze and the staff went out of their way to help us. The room and bed were comfortable, and I liked having the full refrigerator. We were carrying a cooler and the freezer made it easy to keep our cool packs frozen.

We stopped for the night on our way to Alabama. Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Quiet, easy parking and walkable to stores/restaurants. Wished we would have planned longer in Hot Springs. Nice area with lakes

We didn’t want to be directly downtown so this was perfect. So many convenient stores within a few hundred yards. Breakfast was always hot and plentiful(eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, apples, muffins) About 10 minutes from Oaklawn and 15 to downtown. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

It was lovely. The entire hotel was clean! I loved the room I stayed in, had a lovely view of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, lots of seating and tons of hot and cold options. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay again! Worth the price for sure. Very close to dining and entertainment.

It was an ok stay. The bed was hard and not so comfortable. Breakfast was horrible. But I was able to grab a hard boiled egg and some yogurt to tie me over until my lunch plans.

I liked that it was off the main road in town and was located further off the road. The breakfast was very good!! We also liked having the mini kitchen area as well. If we go back to Hot Springs, we will be staying here again.

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, much more modern than most hotels. Felt safe and secure. Was in an excellent location on top of a high hill that made it easy to see and locate. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had an excellent two night stay while visiting the National Park. We definitely would stay at this location again. Also, they have a real breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and more!
