Room was very nicely updated. Would have never known that the building is very old. The garages are not included for cars. They were for carriages and model T’s. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Feels safe. Parking good. Hot Springs National Park OK but not great. Very cool Mood lighting after dark if you want to hang out on the porch.

We loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it! Our room had an attached garage for our motorcycle and gave us more of a cottage feel than a hotel room. Only issue was that we couldn't turn off the porch light, and even with the dark shade down, light still came in around the edges. Everything else was great and we'd stay here again.

I drive from TX to TN often to see family, and I like to stop in Hot Springs as a resting stop halfway - I nearly always stay at the Best Court Inn!!! Rooms are cute, clean and spacious, the breakfast at the Best Cafe is phenomenal and the staff is super friendly.

I picked this hotel because of proximity to downtown. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was SPOTLESS. We stayed in a cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Its a very quiet hotel. Now parking is pretty tight for large trucks on the cottage side if the lot is full. We lucked out and went when it was slow. We would have just parked on the other side of property if we had needed to. There are big ceiling fans in living room and bedroom which we loved. Also there is ac and heat in both rooms. They are quiet so if you need noise to sleep make sure to bring something. No complaints from us! It was very cozy.

We enjoyed our breakfast at the cafe adjoining the Best Court. Everything was great, clean, nice people, good parking, bed and pillows were great! Will stay again, soon!

Overall the stay was good. Rooms were nice & comfortable. Great location in town. My only complaints were the floors were VERY dirty. Like our feet & socks were black after showering. My other one is, the units that back up to the bar need to have more window coverings. The light shinned in our room all hours of the night.

This is a very cute property. The a/c was set on 68 degrees when we arrived. Since it was 100 degrees outside I really appreciated the room being pre-cooled. The property was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. This location is very close to everything you want to be close to in town. I loved that there was no walking to the room. You park right outside. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property and we actually got the same room as last year. We were in town for a dance competition and the location of the property was very convenient for us to get to and from the convention center. Check in and out were a breeze with no issues. The room was spotless and smelled very fresh and clean. All linens were perfect and clean. Beds are very comfortable! Kitchen has everything that you need for a long or short stay. TVs are massive and wifi available so we could stream and we also brought our game system which ran smoothly. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out and do their own things but cozy enough that you are still together. We love the cabin vibe and quiet atmosphere. The cafe next door is very nice as well. We felt very safe overall but this day in time you have to be careful of your surroundings no matter where you are staying. This has become one of our favorite places in Hot Springs and we look forward to returning again next year if not sooner.

First time visiting Hot Springs, we were surprised by the general low quality of hotels near historic downtown, but the Best Court is amazing. Very cute on the outside, giant rooms, super clean, well set up, staff amazingly friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will be back if we are in Hot Springs. Thank you Matt for the great service.

A little far to walk to the historic district, but a short drive worked fine...didn't have trouble finding parking on the main drag in town. My only complaint was that the walls with the unit next door were paper thin...neighbors were just having casual & normal volume conversation, but we heard everything they were saying in our bedroom. Otherwise, a cool place to stay, and I would recommend.

Up front I have to say this property was beautiful to look at. It was nicely renovated with high end finishes. However, it was not comfortable. The bed was too hard, the bedding was rough and had an odd smell of cheap laundry soap. (Tide or Gain) Also, the ductless wall HVAC unit had an illuminated temperature reading that was so bright it was like a flashlight in the bedroom. Also, only blinds on the windows with no drapes, so if you're light sensitive and are used to black out drapes this is not the place for you. You'd need an eye mask. Also, it happened to be very cold the two nights we booked to stay here and there was no heat in the bathroom. I warmed it up with my blow-dryer. Also, the front door had windows and no blinds. We taped paper over them as anyone could see into the room. I was very disappointed as the reviews online made this place sound wonderful. It was not.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cottage and motel. It’s a very old motel but has been totally renovated. Our cottage was very clean and felt like a little boutique motel. Loved the nice touches of fancy coffee and bath products. Lots of towels in the bathrooms also. Loved having a separate bedroom for my son. Only complaint is that the lighting from the porch shines through the sides of the black out shade causing me wake up several times in the night. The pillows were a little too stuffed for my comfort, but over all a good night sleep. I would stay here again if passing through.

This was the absolute PERFECT place to stay for a visit to Hot Springs. It’s close to downtown, but not too close. The room was perfect, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We stayed in the cabin style room and loved it. We also loved how contactless everything was. Not a single complaint.

Perfectly located, this is a newly remodeled, well-run complex. Our room was spacious, attractive, and well supplied. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to a wide variety of restaurants and the "tourist" attractions including great hikes. A wonderful choice.

Our cottage was spacious and extremely clean and had everything we needed, in the full kitchen! The location is perfect for shopping, visiting Bath House Row and the national park! We will definitely book Best Court on our next visit to Hot Springs!

I was charged for “excessive” cleaning after I left. I left the bed comforter on the couch as my daughter slept in the room, and her dirty diaper (poop) outside so the rooms wouldn’t smell. I reached out to ask why and that’s what I was told. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and started staying in Jan of 2019 and even getting ready for my wedding there in June of 2019. I disappointed to have a extra charge they couldn’t even explain for a already pricey room. I’m sad they handled it like this and didn’t even offer to refund that part of it. Clean rooms, noisy, and bad customer service. So with all the options hot springs has to offer now I’ll be staying else where.

The property was very nice. The renovations are clean, modern and the garage is a bonus. Matthew at the front desk was very helpful, available and hospitable. I felt safe but the area heading to the bathhouses was a little sketchy, which is pretty typical for an older downtown.

No one was there at the office to check in. Sent us a text on where to go and how to get in. Code did not work and we were in the pouring rain. Extremely noisy. Couple fighting all night and we could hear everything!

Great place to stay. The property is immaculate and has a lovely garden area with a picnic table. Plenty of parking. The cute garages are a great place for sitting in the shade in the provided chairs or for letting young children play on a rainy day. Hopscotch anyone? We had a problem with the TV when we arrived and late in the evening the staff walked us through the steps needed to get the streaming service reset and were ready to come back to do it if that hadn’t worked. We enjoyed our time and will definitely stay here again.

The cottage we stayed in surpassed all our expectations. Matt and Debbie were excellent hosts and made sure all was great for our stay. We highly recommend Best Court in Hot Springs.

This place is the cutest place. I loved the peace and confort. Great location, not far from downtown, and historical sites. My bestfriend and I cane in so late, and I was so sleepy that I did not read the instructions correctly. Matthew thank God answered the phone at midnight to help me figure out that I was not at the correct cottage.

Really neat and unusual place, with small garages attached to units (apparently, these were built in the older units for Model T's! Now, good place for the MC or bicycles, or to hang out and read. Units have entries off the court where you park (plenty of space, and free). Unit was clean and looked pretty new (ours was in a section built to add to the older, original section. Area was quiet and close to downtown and the National Park and lots of restaurants. Only complaint was that rarely was anyone in the office. I was able to flag down a lady doing cleaning to get some blankets. If you need something or have questions, you typically have to call a number posted on the office door. Wasn't too big a deal, but a bit odd.

These are very nice little cottages with everything you need. The cottage was well appointed with a comfortable bed, pillows, bedding, towels and the like. It also had several nice touches such as a couple of bottles of water in the fridge, chairs to sit out on the porch, and an iron and ironing board. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again.

The cottages are quaint on the outside but completely brand new on the inside. A very good cafe by the same name is adjacent to the property. The only concern is the neighborhood looks a bit scary when driving in late at night.

Perfectly located, this is a newly remodeled, well-run complex. Our room was spacious, attractive, and well supplied. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to a wide variety of restaurants and the "tourist" attractions including great hikes. A wonderful choice.

Rooms and bathriom were clean and smelling fresh. Setup of room was based on Minimalist Conept (Japanese concept of no clutter setup). No big and bulky wooden furniture, carpet or lighting. Loved it. By the way hotels.com room detail does not mention but there is a medium size freeze in each room. The only thing we did not like is wait restaurant. They have tiniest possible restaurant compare to number of rooms. Wait time on Monday morning breakfast was 1 hour! So we decided to go out for breakfast. One day We were able to get table but Cafe Latte was cold and tasteless. So my suggestion skip that. There are almost 10 awesome places for breakfast in the Town.

We enjoyed how clean and well maintained these units were; as well as how convenient it was to get to the historic district. The Best Cafe was a bit too expensive and had limited options for people with certain food allergies (like most restaurants in Hot Springs, sadly). The room itself was great and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

I’m disappointed that rates have gone up so much. It used to be really affordable for us old folks. Probably can’t stay here too often anymore. We got to try out the cafe this time and really enjoyed it. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I drive from TX to TN often to see family, and I like to stop in Hot Springs as a resting stop halfway - I nearly always stay at the Best Court Inn!!! Rooms are cute, clean and spacious, the breakfast at the Best Cafe is phenomenal and the staff is super friendly.

Great location. Just off the main road downtown. Cozy and quaint little cottages perfect for a couple. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t have asked for better. The cafe on the property is top notch. The food was amazing. Highly recommended.

We always enjoy staying at Best Court. The rooms are clean and very comfy - very conveniently located also. We love breakfast at the Best Diner right in front of the motel also. Highly recommend this motel to anyone

Also, the person that checked us in he was very nice very knowledgeable very self-explanatory how to work the TV and so forth I love the room. I love the pine on the walls the ceilings it was very nice. It had everything you could use except maybe a washer and dryer but other than that it was exceptionally well stocked we will go again.
