Complimentary breakfast with a decent spread. The staff was nice, and parking, though an additional cost per night (I think $15), was covered and had easy access to the lobby and rooms from the garage elevator.

Great stay but parking garage gate did not work

Everything was great, the only thing was the restroom it had no ventilation fan so it almost felt like a sauna and the 15/per day parking other than that it was great

Our suite was clean and included some very helpful amenities for a family with three kids. I would definitely return. My only negative is that the hotel pool, which is indoors, was FREEZING. Not sure that can be changed, though.

Affordable & safe parking at $15, clean rooms, clean facilities. Breakfast included. Pretty good deal for Houston!

The room was large and everything we needed for our family, the breakfast was delicious. We loved the coffee bar, work out room and pool. Great place to stay!

Great Hotel close to the museums. Great food options near by, clean building, good staff. Great great breakfast options. Parking was $15/day very reasonable compared to others. The pool is located inside which kept us away just because the water is colder. But overall this place is great. Will absolutely stay again.

Super spacious and comfortable room. New. Great location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Good gym and laundry. A ton of features for a good price.

My family and I had an awesome stay at this hotel. Breakfast was amazing and our rooms were clean. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because my kids were excited about the pool and the water was cold. The pool was not enjoyable to swim in. Also the girl who checked us in was not informative or explained the parking situation. The gentlemen when we checked out was very informative and apalogized that it was not expalined to us.

We have stayed in this hotel in the past and never had a complaint. Service is great, rooms are spacious and we love the balcony! Only complaint is that this time our room had brownie/cake crumbs in the carpet and a roach in the shower.

Ant infestation in bathroom and bedroom. My husband and I got bit up and the hotel did not move us rooms.

We enjoyed our stay. Really appreciate the fact that there was a kitchen in the room. As well the room was big enough for us 4. The only problem was after my first night there I woke up itchy all over my arms but didn’t pay much attention until after the second night I woke up with very bad itchy bites. Maybe bed bug's !

I liked the size of the room. The balcony was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The drinks and snacks were nice. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. It’s virtually impossible to park anything in the parking garage besides a small car. The shampoo and shower gel in the shower was empty. The room wasn’t very clean. The hotel staff that checked us in was RUDE. Didn’t tell us much about the hotel including our room number. Yes we could look and the room number but that’s usually what friendly staff does..along with where the the pool is..or what times breakfast is served..biggest complaint is the parking. It’s very small parking spots and the garage itself is tight. SUVs and pickup trucks are going to have a hard time parking. And the beds are so hard I couldn’t wait to leave. Room size was nice and I enjoyed the balcony the most.

You can not put makeup on in these rooms as the lighting is bad. The concept of a hotel for families is a clever niche but people with kids wear makeup. I did not know the hotel’s concept when i booked but i would not have thought that a mirror that allowed you to wear makeup was too much to ask for. Thanks

TV is really old, doesn't have apps & cord was broken. Rooms are big, lots of amenities. Parking is paid parking so factor that in.

This is a convenient location! However, bring your own pillows! Also, shower pressure was terrible!

Room was spacious and balcony was great to have. We chose it because we like balconies. Convenient to the Galleria and highways.

The best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip that included other hotels. Service was friendly, especially Vernon at the front desk. I loved the garage parking because it kept our car safe and out of the sun. I enjoyed the laundry room in the gym because i could workout while waiting. The most enjoyable sofa bed out of all the hotels we stayed at. Definitely can see us staying here again if we are in town.

The room was what we expected, the staff however was not. When we arrived, just after checkin time, we had to wait 10min because the only person working the desk (and possibly on property) had taken a bathroom break. No complaints about bathroom breaks because when you gotta go, you gotta go. But, when she finally did appear, there was no rush to help, no “sorry for the delay”, she was very put out that we were there and had interrupted her afternoon. There is a parking garage on property and we were not told that only one of the room keys was programmed for the garage. So, when we split up to park and take the bags to the room, I ended up with the non-programmed key. I had to back out of the parking garage entrance and return to the desk, just to be told “well, I told you only 1 key would work.” The next morning, we arrived for breakfast 5 min after the scheduled breakfast time since we had an early morning. No food was out and desk staff was no where to be found. We finally rang the bell and woke up the lady (who was supposed to be working the desk) and was sleeping on a sofa in the lobby. We were told breakfast wouldn’t be ready for at least 30min and we could come back later. We left to get breakfast. I don’t usually leave reviews, but when the staff makes the visit uninviting, I feel management should know.

My entire stay was pleasant. From check in to check out. I loved the digital key. I could open my room door, building doors and enter/exit the parking garage all from my phone. My room was clean and stocked.

Good value for money, but the hosts team such on AM or PM or night shift are really the opposite of welcoming! They barely say hi when you say good morning or good afternoon etc.. They are not friendly at all! Luckily the breakfast lady and the housekeeping team are really nice compare to the host team.

My experience was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. The front desk attendant Fili was Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, disrespectful and argumentative. I'll be making a formal complaint with the general manager and corporate this week about my entire experience. I do know I will not be rebooking at this dump again.

Unfortunately hilton has became a disappointment after this stay . The water was not working majority of our stay this past weekend . Without doubt the staff didn't make anyone aware. Therefore you had to physically ask them when you realized the water didn't work . Once aware staff was very dismissive has no answers . Affected majority of myself and families trip unable to shower and clean ourselves correctly as the water would cut off mid shower multiple times . As well the rooms had maintence issues upon checkin that weren't addressed . Management isn't going to help you they were visually discriminating towards my family , and told us to check out instead of addressing concerns. While allowing others to switch rooms . Management physically checked our rooms knowing they already knew the issue was present . Unfortunately making us to come off as none truthful but we are honest . The manager also avoided speaking to us for 10-15 minutes . The hotel only helped one day with cost when we had the issue two days which was our entire trip . Manager was very aggressive , and dismissive worst experience I've had at a hilton .

We liked the location and size of room. However multiple times while leaving the garage we could smell marijuana. Not so great with toddlers .

It was ok. Breakfast is nice. Just felt the parking garage was a bit creepy. And there were people loitering nearby. Think it’s the wrong end of the galleria area.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a day of shopping at the Galleria. For our purposes, the location was excellent! The rooms were large and comfy, and the breakfast was good!

The rooms and property were very clean and new. The parking garage felt very unsafe and twice when walking to car in garage there were large groups smoking weed and blocking driveway. The area around hotel felt very unsafe as well.

We were very pleased with this hotel in Houston. It's very near the Galleria. We had a suite with a balcony...large room and very accommodating. The staff - specifically C.C. at the front desk was most accommodating. She helped put a Happy Birthday note in our room before arriving for my boyfriend's birthday weekend. This hotel has an attached garage that was well thought out and guests can park on same floor and enter the floor their rooms are on. Not having to go down and inside and back up. Also, we found the bed VERY comfortable. We rested and slept fantastically. One thing that might need to be discussed with housekeeping. Our room had 2 types and set ups for coffee/tea. We did not have the Do Not Disturb sign out....and the staff did bring in more coffee pods and packets. However did NOT refresh the creamers nor sweeteners at either coffee set ups. Ugh! Also, our room, 533, there was an adjoining room. Not associated with ours. The noise from room to room was quite active. We could hear their voices and activities.

It was a fine property, but the fact that people were smoking marijuana in the front of the Property without anyone caring was crazy to me. I also had a particular clerk that appeared to be annoyed when I went and asked for pool towels. I’m not a big complainer, I know yall will look at these and bring it to their attention. My job does things like this similarly.

Loved this hotel! Loved the location. I was able to early check in, indoor pool area was nice. Parking convenient, friendly staff. Parking was $15, breakfast was free but it was mainly frozen items heated up, wasn’t a buffer style like most. Bar was convenient but couldn’t charge to room. Loved the big room and everything it offered inside like cups plates paper towels fridge etc.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. We felt extremely safe and the building is very secure! I would stay here again anytime!
