What’s good: Beds were great, room had a nice view. Everything was very clean. Room had good lighting, plenty of outlets, and a good sized flat TV screen. Internet was easy to get onto, and speed was fine. Location of hotel is great. What’s bad: hotel has locked doors to the outside so it’s hard to get in if you haven’t already checked in and have your room card handy. Hotel only has two elevators, which proved to be quite a choke point and took patience and perseverance. Reception/front desk was staffed by only one person, meaning that any business done there required a lot of waiting. Overall, probably worth the money.

Good location in Pasadena. Qualify corresponds with the 3 stars rating hotel. Parking overpriced for the type. Pool was what we wanted to experience, but they had it closed on the short notice for the day we wanted to use it . Rooms were ok, clean and nice appeared but not soundproofed .

I was there for 9 nights for work. The breakfast was good, there were plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The only bummer was the cost of overnight parking, and the pool was a little disappointing - small and shallow.

The room had Blood all over the table and carpet, then they moved us to a room that was a downgrade for what i paid for , i told them i was so unhappy and front desk ladies acted like im being a hasle and for some reason made seem like it was my fault that i had to apologize for not accepting the downgrade room they offered and tried to insist that theyll move me next day, they shower gel in the bathroom smelled like ass, worst hotel , ive always stay woth Hilton and why tried Hyatt i dont know but guaranteed it wont happen again

A let down in so many ways. Staff friendliness, most of the staff seemed overworked and understaffed. Breakfast was cold and areas were not kept up. My room was cleaned after 5pm and she was still going. Room was cramped by way of design and furniture layout. The was a loud noise and vibrations from hvac. I prefer a hotel without so many pets. Hair everywhere. Some pet owners barely manage their pets.

My room was dirty when I got here I’ve stayed here four days. Not once did they clean my room give me additional toilet paper or replace the coffee I’ve called and went to the front desk literally every day to ask that my room be clean and it never was clean. Each time I asked, the hotel front acted as if they were appalled and would get right on it and they just ignored my request. The smell was horrible. The cleaning service literally ignored my four separate requests I won’t be back for the price I paid. I’d rather stay at a motel six I believe it’s Cleaner there.

This was a business conference that originally was booked for February, which I attend annually. Due to fires in Pasadena, it was moved to July. I was not given a refund, but only a credit and had to pay a large difference when rebooked in July. I have stayed at the Hyatt before and it is a nice accomodation, but their new air conditioning/air flow system is awful. It is only motion sensored only, so when you are sleeping, the fan turns off. It got extremely uncomfortable and warm and stuffy at nighttime. I called for maintenance to come and just turn on the fan, they cannot override the ecosystem that is motion sensored only. I asked for a desk fan or anything and they could not accomodate. I then ordered small fans from amazon. I will not stay here again. I paid entirely too much money to not sleep well.

The room was great! My only problem was that parking was a little confusing, and the thermostat went on a low-power mode when you weren't moving. This make sense when you're out of the room all day, but doesn't make sense at night.

Overall nice stay, breakfast was good. Only issue as I worked from room was getting bumped off of WiFi over and over one day. I believe it may have been secondary to a conference happening in the lobby. May need to consider upping sim bandwidth.

Decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day a weekend early and had a great stay at the Hyatt! Angelo at the front desk took care of us and was very knowledge, courteous, and friendly. The location was convenient—super walkable to nearby bars and restaurants. Plus, the hotel featured a nice bar, cool outdoor patio on the second floor, and complimentary hot breakfast.

We recently stayed at your hotel and, while our overall experience was pleasant, we encountered a few issues that we feel need to be addressed. Me and my sister flew in from Toronto and stayed at Hyatt Place Pasadena from 06-29-2024 to 07-04-2024. It was our pleasure to stay at this place. Firstly, when we came down for breakfast, one of the staff members informed us that we were "overflow people" and stated that we were not allowed to have breakfast there. This made us feel extremely unwelcome and unwanted. As we were the only people of color present, it felt as though we were being judged for our presence, which was a very uncomfortable experience. Additionally, during our entire 6-day stay, we requested house slippers and toothbrushes daily but never received them. Despite our repeated requests, these items were never provided. We hope that you will take these concerns seriously and take steps to ensure that future guests do not have similar experiences.

We were charged $40 for early check in and 10 minutes later up in the room the power went out. Nobody from the hotel staff came to check on anyone or offer any help. When i finally made it down to the desk they said it was being worked on and would be 15-20 minutes. What a waste of early check in didn’t even offer refund of the $40 fee. Finally went to get some food and power came on while i was gone for almost 2 hours because everything was out even a/c was out. I didn’t like how the situation was handled or lack there of. The front desk staff wasn’t even sympathetic about it just straight face this is what it is. This was one of my favorite places to stay in the past and everyone was inviting. I don’t know what happened in the 6 months since my last visit but I will never return to this hotel again. They have zero customer service skill and are all about the mighty dollar even if it cost good service. I will look at other hotels for my next stay in October.

Amazing stay. Great, free breakfast. Lovely spacious and new rooms. It’s easy to see that the hotel is fairly new - everything is nice, new and clean. Loved the rooms and especially the bed, which is very high quality. Only small minus, is that the parking is very expensive - $27 per night is high, but since that hotel is soo great, that’s just a minor thing.

BREAKFAST is awful. Everything was cold; eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, egg bites. Staff was superior. Always had smile and a genuine "HELLO". Hotel was always clean. The snacks for sale are very overpriced. $4.00 for a pop tart? Come on!

Hotel is located within 20 minutes walk of the Pasadena main shopping area so super convenient and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfy and bathrooms included lights on the mirror which was perfect for applying make up. Shower pressure was good, but if you want a bath the tub is only deep enough for a paddle. We had one issue one night where a guest in the room next door was very loud. After speaking to reception it was resolved immediately which was appreciated, however if you want any help on public transport just use google as the front desk wasn’t very knowledgable which is a shame. Breakfast was really inconsistent. If you are booking where you need to pay for it just avoid and go to a cafe. One day the eggs were nice the next they were inedible. If you like sweet breakfasts every other day you can have waffles, so a very small selection. For European guests a cold meat and cheese platter is also sought after but this wasn’t anywhere. If you have an airborne nut allergy you’ll also have an issue as there is an area of toppings that include pecans, walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds etc. My nut allergy isn’t airborne so I could just avoid them but this isn’t possible for everyone.

Nice place but way too expensive for what you’re getting. Room service does not come daily. If you want/need clean towels, baskets emptied, Kleenex, bath tissue, you have to find someone and ask for it. The rooms were quite noisy at night. The “restaurant” serves a total of maybe 4 items. 2 you’d consider sides and 2 you’d consider entrees. And the bar prices are ridiculously expensive. The breakfast in the morning is ok.
