I stayed here back in January and am still trying to recover. We were book for a week and only stayed 2 nights. This place had 5 different businesses and club that run until the morning. We had our 1 year old with us and it was impossible to sleep. I reached out to Expedia to help us and even after arriving back to the UK and sending them an email still no response. People smoke inside the property and you can smell it in your room. The room and hotel is dirty ,the images on the website they are not same. This place needs to shut down for a full refurbishment. Small flies keep touching you. I’m happy to upload my images.

this place needs a complete look at its management and operations. toilets atrocious, maintenance next to nil. no towels in both rooms i hired. had to call 3 times to get the flush done and twice for toilet paper!! go figure.

El peor hotel a elegir para una estancia, ni siquiera lo recomiendo para un día. Hay una pestilencia a cigarro en las habitaciones, que parece viajar por los ductos del aire acondicionado. Al hacer la limpieza, a veces no vaciaban los botes de basura. La caja de seguridad no servía (estaba incluso desmontada) y pedí un cambio de habitación, el cuál me fue negado. Me dijeron que enviarían a alguien a reparar el inconveniente, una hora después, llamé para dar seguimiento y no tenían idea de lo que habían prometido. Nunca enviaron a nadie, a pesar de insistir cada hora. El teléfono no se escuchaba bien (los cables tenían interferencia). Hay ruido toda la noche (para quien sea sensible a esto para dormir). La mayoría de los otros huéspedes, no parecen ser turistas; sino vivir ahí a largo plazo. Sólo permanecí porque hoteles.com no permitía la cancelación. Nada recomendable.

No one asked me for a drink as I arrived. And I was very tired and thirsty. Room was fine. Clean. But the bathroom was tiny. Couldn’t even open the door properly

I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room room, the room is extremely small, the bathroom is very old and smells with the strong cleaning chemicals. The staff are not very nice. However, the hotel is relatively near to the Metro station and the Mall.

Bad experience. Rude staff, no courtesy to listen to guest's concerns and fix them. Small bathrooms, fridge not working, safe in room not fit for purpose as it is small and not fixed, and can be taken away easily. 3 star at best, not 4 star
