There was a confusion while entering the property, another guest was entering the main door in the house and he kept the door open for us so we could walk in, we thought there was a lobby or someone right inside to do the check in process, we wait for several minutes and we didn’t see anyone, we didn’t have data so we couldn’t contact the host, my sister waited inside in a small living room, and I went outside to see if we were at the wrong area, to re enter the property I ringed the bell, that’s when the lady in charge realized we were there, she was SO RUDE and MEAN to my sister asking why she was there, we understand our mistake but she needs to learn manners, she apologized after all but we didn’t feel comfortable at all, I would never ever consider staying there again.

La atención excelente, todo muy cómodo y limpio muy recomendable

La casa está excelente, la atención buena. La ubicación que usa Expedia es malísima, la reservación decía que estaba a 500mts del monumento a la revolución y está a más de 15km, está lejísimos del centro histórico y es muy complicado el traslado en estas fechas.

La persona que nos recibió muuuuy despota, la habitación muy fria, la ropa de cama no muy limpia, las cobijas apestaban, el baño con fuga, se hizo un charco y nos sentimos como encarceladas, nada recomendable para el precio
