We had an amazing weekend at this Bed and Breakfast! It was the perfect getaway. My favorite part at this place was the free breakfast every morning. The 2nd floor has a beautiful balcony to eat on in the morning.

A traditional bed and breakfast quaint and cozy. We had a en-suite room, It would have been perfect with a TV in the room as we often watch in bed before sleeping, although you can sit in the common area on the large couch. We used the free beach chairs and towels to have a great day on the beach just yards away. And walked to the main part area of Ashbury Beach.

New look to this historic property Freshly painted and polished floors - clean and comfy. Easy check in- with key ready at window. Refridge with cold water and outdoor shower was available and welcome after a hot day at the beach -Lovely porches with comfortable seating and view to the ocean.

The nice thing about Ocean Park Inn is its proximity to the towns shops on Main Ave. as well as proximity to the modern parts of Asbury Park. It is 2 blocks to the beach and board walk; there are showers in the back of the house. We like to relax on the porches. The breakfast is simple and convenient. Coffee at 7:30am. (Breakfast starts 8:30) We toured the ‘Centennial House’ and the great ‘Auditorium’ which was especially interesting to my daughter who loves history.

A lovely little inn in the traditional style. Not fancy but well-maintained. Very close to the beach, so appreciated the beach towels and chairs available to use. Appreciated the ability to have access to a full kitchen.

I want to not say anything and keep this place to myself, but that would be an injustice to the owners. This is an amazing spot. The walk to the beach is only two blocks. The beaches are well kept and the boardwalk is an amazing attraction. The place is within walking distance to the best parts of Asbury Park. The room I got was a smaller one because I was traveling alone. I would suggest opting for a larger room with larger bed if you are traveling with family or significant other. If it's a large space and room amenities you want this isn't it. But you don't go to the Jersey shore to stay in your room. The room was cozy and a good place to crash every night. Complimentary beach chairs and towels were a big plus. The breakfast was a very nice touch and one of the reasons I chose this spot. I'll definitely be back.

Great stay. Super cute spot. Love the balconies and common areas. The communal energy is nice too. Management was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great and it was nice to enjoy with other guests. Location is great and walkable to all busy strips. Cute park across the street and waterway. Parking is great too.

Very quiet and clean room. The bed was quite comfortable. I did not observe any other guests during my stay so the shared bathroom was not of any concern. There is a full bath and half bath on each floor. The room had a sink. Dom made me some scrambled eggs for breakfast and the coffee was good and plentiful. I will stay here again.

The Ocean Park Inn is the absolute gem of Ocean Grove. Everything was perfect. I normally stay in Asbury Park but wanted a more relaxing vibe this time as I was down for a nursing home visit from Maine. The Bed and Breakfast is literally steps from everything in Asbury Park and the boardwalk and in the heart of Ocean Grove. Dominick is the perfect host with attention to every detail. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast during our 3 days was great and Dominick is a great cook, too. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away and all the restaurants and attractions of Asbury Park are a short walk away too. I highly recommend this Inn. My wife Lisa and I stayed at several B+Bs over the years and this is by far one of the best. We will definitely be back for future visits. Before arrival you will receive everything you need to know about your stay, too. My wife commented to me that Dominick really knows what he's doing and he offers the exact blend of friendliness and privacy for your trip. I agree with her 100%. We've added Ocean Park Inn to our favorite lists and we're sure you will too if you book a room. A perfect stay!

The room was spotless and fluffy white towels supplied for bathroom needs of which there were two available on the floor. Dominic went out of his way to make a special pot of decaf coffee for us to have with our fluffy spinach souffle for breakfast. Easy walking distance to the beach also.

The Ocean Park Inn was amazing for our one night in Asbury Park to see a show at the Stone Pony. It's within walking distance of Main Street with shopping and dining options, as well as within easy walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. We stayed in a double twin room and felt that it was spacious, clean, and convenient. The shared bathrooms were not a cause for stress at all (there was both a full bath with a walk-in shower and powder room on our floor). Our mattresses were also super comfortable, and all of the guests were very respectful of quiet hours. We would definitely stay here again and hope to visit Asbury Park in the future very soon!

This is a lovely house, liked the frittata for breakfast and lots of great dining and ocean views a short walk away. Also great that there is the lounge on the third floor for guests. Our specific room had 2 small beds with bathrooms down the hall, we were pretty chilly the first night and then found blankets and think the heat was on so more comfortable the 2nd.

I enjoyed my stay, loved the area, and great breakfast. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was my neighbors coming in late at night making lots of noise. I could hear their conversation and everything through the wall. Also I had a hard time carrying my suitcase up the stairs. Overall, good stay!

You can't beat the location! The Ocean Park Inn is located about 2 blocks from the beach and almost any other restaurant/bar/attraction you'd want to see is walkable. The general area is quiet and because everyone staying at the Inn needs to be 12 , it's a pleasantly quiet place inside as well. When not at the beach/boardwalk/town, we enjoyed reading on the porch and balcony. There are no TVs in the individual rooms which, for my partner and I, was a bonus. This is a great place to go if you want to unplug and relax and really, why else would you be vacationing in a little beach town?

No amenities other than good breakfast and coffee. Tiny room painted gray. No decor, no table, chairs, or end table. One small closet and one dresser. Uncomfortable mattress although owner provided a mattress topper on request. No decor in room. Like a dormitory. Common areas beautiful and lovely porch. 2 blocks from beach. Disappointed having stayed at other bed and breakfasts in Ocean Grove. Owner is pleasant.

Location is excellent and walkable which was really our goal for the night. It was a decent and clean room with an updated private bathroom, but the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything and everyone, especially the people using the shared kitchen and bathroom right outside our room until the wee hours of the morning. Did not expect our "private" room to be so close in proximity to the shared rooms. Also should have read the details more closely, as there was no TV in our room. Breakfast was ok but not great.

I had a super seamless experience staying here one night during the off season. The owner so kindly granted me early check in so I could get to a wedding on time, check in and check out happened within seconds, and the room was clean and quiet. There were plenty of street parking options in October. Great experience!

Dominick was wonderful to communicate with. He was friendly and prompt in his responses. We had a charity bike ride the morning we checked out and he had breakfast options ready a bit earlier than usual so we could have something before we left. He also looked up our ride and was chatting about it with us…such a gracious way to connect with guests! The property and room were spotless. It was in a GREAT location…short walk to the beach, across the pedestrian bridge to Asbury Park, short walk to the main restaurant/shopping area in Ocean Grove. Can’t wait to return!

Dominick and his family are absolutely the sweetest folk out there! Check in did not start until 4 pm but they were so accommodating and allowed my party to come in early use the facilities and get ready for the beach which was a less then a 5 min walk. You truly feel like your joining their home for your stay, filled with pictures of their family at the beach and throughout the years . I can’t say a single bad thing about this place!

The Ocean Park Inn is the absolute gem of Ocean Grove. Everything was perfect. I normally stay in Asbury Park but wanted a more relaxing vibe this time as I was down for a nursing home visit from Maine. The Bed and Breakfast is literally steps from everything in Asbury Park and the boardwalk and in the heart of Ocean Grove. Dominick is the perfect host with attention to every detail. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast during our 3 days was great and Dominick is a great cook, too. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away and all the restaurants and attractions of Asbury Park are a short walk away too. I highly recommend this Inn. My wife Lisa and I stayed at several B+Bs over the years and this is by far one of the best. We will definitely be back for future visits. Before arrival you will receive everything you need to know about your stay, too. Ocean Park Inn was very clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located to the concert hall. The Innkeeper Dominick was helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay in Ocean Grove. I highly recommend Ocean Park Inn and would stay there in the future.

I have stayed here previously. Its a great location..two blocks to the beach, four blocks into town, 10 min into Asbury Park. The owner is very friendly and professional. Its always very clean and a great bfast is served. I will be staying again.

It was a great little spot! The front porch is fabulous! 5 minute walk to downtown, a couple minutes to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to Asbury Park. Such a beautiful area!

You can't beat the location! The Ocean Park Inn is located about 2 blocks from the beach and almost any other restaurant/bar/attraction you'd want to see is walkable. The general area is quiet and because everyone staying at the Inn needs to be 12 , it's a pleasantly quiet place inside as well. When not at the beach/boardwalk/town, we enjoyed reading on the porch and balcony. There are no TVs in the individual rooms which, for my partner and I, was a bonus. This is a great place to go if you want to unplug and relax and really, why else would you be vacationing in a little beach town?

The Ocean Park Inn was amazing for our one night in Asbury Park to see a show at the Stone Pony. It's within walking distance of Main Street with shopping and dining options, as well as within easy walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. We stayed in a double twin room and felt that it was spacious, clean, and convenient. The shared bathrooms were not a cause for stress at all (there was both a full bath with a walk-in shower and powder room on our floor). Our mattresses were also super comfortable, and all of the guests were very respectful of quiet hours. We would definitely stay here again and hope to visit Asbury Park in the future very soon!

Shower is small, my daughter found a blond strand of hair in her fritata but she didn’t tell anyone or me about it, I found out about it later on. My breakfast was great. I was happy to see an extra bed in our room. I would definitely go back and stay there again👍

Very quiet and clean room. The bed was quite comfortable. I did not observe any other guests during my stay so the shared bathroom was not of any concern. There is a full bath and half bath on each floor. The room had a sink. Dom made me some scrambled eggs for breakfast and the coffee was good and plentiful. I will stay here again.

Last minute beach getaway with my husband. The Inn is in a historical, quiet and safe area. Our room was cozy with a small bathroom and clean. Breakfast is simple without a lot of options, but it was good enough for us. Overall it was a good stay!

It was a decent and clean room with an updated private bathroom, but the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything and everyone, especially the people using the shared kitchen and bathroom right outside our room until the wee hours of the morning. The entire building is clean, bright and upgraded. The morning frittatas were delicious. I had a lovely experience and enjoyed my stay much more than another B&B I stayed at in Ocean Grove over Labor Day weekend. Thank you, Dominic!
