Location is pretty safe and walkable, staff is very friendly and accommodating, very convenient 24hr room service. Amenities are Ok, not up to 5 star level. Small spa facility, pool chairs are limited outdoors. There’s a club upstairs and you can hear music on top floors every night so not ideal when you want to get a quite night in.

Decent hotel, but not 5* material. The pool was very disappointing, looked cheap and tacky. Had to spend extra money lounging else where. Not much great options in terms of hotel facilities. Visited headlines bar on level 31…. If you are not Indian there is no point going. Private events and over crowded by men, no a pleasant site for paying hotel members. About a 15 min walk to JBR beach, I would not recommend a taxi in these areas as it’s heavily congested, a 5 mins journey is almost 30 mins. Overall very mediocre, hotel staff are very nice.

Bra läge i marinan, nära till metron. Fint poolområde och superservice av poolkillen Taherul. Nackdelen med skyskraporna är att det blir skugga vid poolen rätt tidigt på dagen. Men Taherul kom och hjälpte oss flytta våra solbäddar så att vi hade sol så länge som möjligt utan att vi ens behövde be om det. Frukosten var jättebra med stor variation. Gillar att man får beställa sin egen omelett. Mycket fräscha frukter och nötter. Rummet stort och rymligt. Sängen ok.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a very good location, not far to walk to the beach and Marina walk. They also had a shuttle to the beach and Marina mall. It was a short walk to the metrostation. The room and bathroom was nice and the bed very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent with two buffés, One side there was the Arabic and Indian Buffé and on the other side international buffé. The acoustics was not so good, so a bit noisy between 9-10 when it was busiest. We also had the dinnerbuffé one evening, it was great. The pool area was good with the two pools. The only issue was the noise from the heavy traffic nearby. All the staff were very friendly and service minded. An affordable five star hotel, we would love to go back.

Cleaning staff did an exceptional job well done, the views were great, the pillows could be softer and the thing that did let down the suite was the lounge suite it is badly stained and really needs to be replaced to bring it up to a better standard. The courtesy bus needs to run on an hourly basis due to the amount of tourists wanting to use it

Let’s start, if you want to see place how bad management will affect on employees and how that reflects on your stay that the place to go. 1: spotty carpets not just in rooms but also corridors ( simple cleaning is not enough) 2: with all troubles I faced with my family ( over noise because of constructions, selling water flood because of AC blocked at 12am ) the only apologies i heard was with my checkout. Sample call with sorry was easy to be made but no body bothered to do it. 3: the only help I got was from hotel.com I called them and they managed to talk to receptionist to change my room ( all my request to front disc was refused even when I told them upgrade the room and I will pay for upgrade ) 4 : shortness of staff was so clear 5: to be fare the only smile face I noticed their was from cleaning service and the guy help me with my luggage. 6: thank you for the piece of cake they sent to my room as it was my wife birthday. 7: I used to tip a lot during my vacation as I have rule, as long people made me happy I will be back something in return. That did not happen in that place. In the end the people running that place need to change their ways. Thank you

Had a wonderful 6-night stay at Stella Di Mare, Dubai Marina. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and truly outstanding staff who made the experience special. Highly recommend!

The hotel is lovely, the staff- most were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok- depends what you normally eat. Spa was fantastic. Housekeeping needs improving as limited towels provided, they didn’t change sheets daily as stated, they do not provide enough toiletries or coffee,, just 1/2 daily so had to keep asking for more in a twin room. Beds comfortable. AC good. Issue with no hot water on last day. Room service in the day of the storm was lovely, but unfortunately served cold. Overall a very good hotel and would recommend. Great location.

Hotel carino vicino alla metro ed alla spiaggia. Non un hotel da 5 stelle, si mangia bene la colazione e la cena hanno molta scelta. La pulizia è scarsa soprattutto nelle camere (la mia, e poi ho visto la suite), i tappeti nelle camere e nei corridoi sono sporche e piene di macchie. Le porte degli armadi delle camere, del bagno e dell' ingresso sono piene di ditate e sporche. La tazza del wc sporca di urina dei clienti precedenti.

When we first arrive at the hotel (3am) we were quickly serviced. As we went upstairs to our “VIP” room it was nothing special. We wanted to shower after a long flight but there was no hot water as well as the shower drain not training and flooding our bathroom. They came and snaked the drain which had a chunk of hair. This took about 30min. We wanted to change rooms but the assured us it wouldn’t take much longer. The rugs in the room were disgusting. They were dirty and could use some cleaning. We kept our own slippers to walk in and to shower as well. Make sure to check everywhere for better prices before booking here. We paid double through Expedia and couldn’t get a refund to get a discount through another site. This location is far away from all the attractions and cost about 25-35 USD in Ubers. Would not recommend this location.

Perfect location with close proximity to Jumeirah beach and Dmcc metro station. Also shuttle busses offered. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of western options and other cuisines as well.The little outdoor terrace with palmtrees was fantastics for breakfasts with morning sunlight. Nice pool area, with direct sunlight in December from 10-14/15 o'clock. Didn't use spa or gym. Our room was ok the 28th floor, and the proximity of the sky bar could disturb people who can't sleep with some background noice, as the music ramped up in the evening. But this was not a problem for us. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice for a short stay however very bad traffic near the marina adds time onto every journey. Request a higher room as we were on floor 3 and the mosque was loud even through closed windows at 4am. Fridge in the room is TINY so consider this when visiting in peak summer like we did as no freezer to freeze water. Lifeguards were very friendly, however hotel staff especially in the restaurants favouritized the Russians so keep this in mind. Breakfast is really nice but dinner is bang average, one big benefit they supply you with a 2L bottle of water free of charge at dinner if half board and 2 small bottles to the room everyday.

The room we got the first night was terrible. Old and dingy. The view of an unfinished building. If you opened up the drapes, you could see people looking right at you through the dirty windows.Felt like a 3 star hotel. The staff was able to get us a different room the second night with much better views of the marina. The room was cleaner and seemed newer. They are very strict on not allowing cancelation. We booked this room an hour prior to showing up, saw the room, and requested refund right away, which they did not allow.

We booked this room an hour prior to showing up, saw the room, and requested refund right away, which they did not allow.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a very good location, not far to walk to the beach and Marina walk. They also had a shuttle to the beach and Marina mall. It was a short walk to the metrostation. The room and bathroom was nice and the bed very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent with two buffés, One side there was the Arabic and Indian Buffé and on the other side international buffé. The acoustics was not so good, so a bit noisy between 9-10 when it was busiest. We also had the dinnerbuffé one evening, it was great. The pool area was good with the two pools. The only issue was the noise from the heavy traffic nearby. All the staff were very friendly and service minded. An affordable five star hotel, we would love to go back.

Returning guest at Stella Di Mare. Disappointed at the Check In my room was not ready. Despite my numerous emails I had sent requesting early check in. Staff were making excuses and the fact was they wanted to charge me for early check in . Despite the fact that had a room available. I refuse to pay any early check in supplement. This is where Stella Di Mare failed me. They did not show any discretion or client relationship skills. Also despite me being a VIP Expedia member I was not offered ANY Benefits at all by the hotel. Reception staff very matter of fact and unhelpful overall but the rest of the staff around the hotel were great to be honest. Housekeepers we’re great especially Marion and Kashan well done!

We were in hotel for 2 nights, it was amazing experience in hotel Stella. Front office staff was so attentive & helpful. Got personal attention from Allen, he is so kind. Outside view was awesome. Food was delicious. Steward jonathan and naseer was so helpful. Elpie and bir was good in cleaning. Overall fantastic experience.

There is a reason this hotel is five stars and they show it in every single way! I was blown away by the service and attitude of all the people who work there. Would absolutely come again and would like to especially shout out Usman and Nitin! There were amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated!

Perfect location with close proximity to Jumeirah beach and Dmcc metro station. Also shuttle busses offered. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of western options and other cuisines as well.The little outdoor terrace with palmtrees was fantastics for breakfasts with morning sunlight. Nice pool area, with direct sunlight in December from 10-14/15 o'clock. Didn't use spa or gym. Our room was ok the 28th floor, and the proximity of the sky bar could disturb people who can't sleep with some background noice, as the music ramped up in the evening. But this was not a problem for us. Would recommend and stay again.

Great Hotel and really well located. We stayed for 5 nights. You are a short walk to the Metro station which makes it easy to get around: the Hotel is clean and tidy with a generous and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. The rooms are maybe a little dated, however, they are spotlessly cleanly with no issues. I would stay here again.
