I stayed at Stella for 16 days and it was a wonderful experience. Such a professional, kind and pro active staff! Ive been very well taken care of from start to end. Cleaners, towel guy, receptionists, breakfast staff, doorman, spa staff.. - everyone exceptional in their fields! Thank you for a great stay..

It was a very nice stay. The manager was kind to send a cake in the room, as it happened to be my birthday as well. Excellent location. Right next to Marina walk. Great deals for shisha till 3 AM. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a very good location, not far to walk to the beach and Marina walk. They also had a shuttle to the beach and Marina mall. It was a short walk to the metrostation. The room and bathroom was nice and the bed very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent with two buffés, One side there was the Arabic and Indian Buffé and on the other side international buffé. The acoustics was not so good, so a bit noisy between 9-10 when it was busiest. We also had the dinnerbuffé one evening, it was great. The pool area was good with the two pools. The only issue was the noise from the heavy traffic nearby. All the staff were very friendly and service minded. An affordable five star hotel, we would love to go back.

This hotel falls far short of a 5‑star standard. While the cleaning staff and porters were consistently polite and hardworking, the rest of the team could benefit from proper hospitality training. The service overall felt inattentive and unwelcoming. The rooms were another disappointment. The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the accommodations. Additionally, the quality of the food was underwhelming and certainly not what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be luxury. Overall, not an experience I would repeat nor recommend.
