We got there early from our cruise and the hotel staff was wonderful. They let us check in early and let us use their lobby until our rooms were ready. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel smelled wonderful. Can't say enough great things. Clean, Friendly, helpful... GREAT experience!

I booked this hotel for my red-eye flight specifically to use the convenience of the hotel shuttle. To tell me on the day of my booking that the shuttle isn’t working and then only offer a refund when I am already at the airport expecting to get a pick up. I am very upset.

The Overall stay was good BUT! The parking was a bit difficult at times because many took two stalls and simply because the stall spaces were too narrow and difficult for larger trucks to park, people took spaces which made it difficult to park and if you did get fortunate to find a decent spot to park, the vehicle next to you was so close that it was very difficult to exit your vehicle.

We pulled into the front entrance to find several males loitering 2 may have been guest but one had no shoes and appeared to be homeless. Check in was fairly quick. Parking was sketchy we parked on the back side of hotel. The room was clean for the most part. The bedding seemed to have a dampness to it with a strong bleach smell. The mattress was sunken at the top where you laye your head. Not sure if it needed replacing or just rearranging (Rm123) Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I also enjoyed the GYM!

Reading reviews of many hotels in the area, mostly bad, I was hesitant to book, but this hotel seemed to have the best reviews. The shuttle came promptly after I called the hotel, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional. I give him 5 stars, just wish I got his name. The rooms (we had two) were clean, well furnished and close to the elevator as we requested. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay near the airport.

This property was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled amazing when you walked in and that continued into the room which was spotless. My interactions with the front desk staff were pleasant and they were accommodating.

Very nice hotel . Me and my son came down from Texas for Mardi Gras . Hotel was in a nice area. Room was clean. Hotel staffed was friendly.

The tv was out the entire three days as well as terrible Wi-Fi capability rendering it impossible to do my work. Had to go to an alternate donut shop and work from there. Asked for some form of reimbursement and they said it is up to the third party you booked it with. (Expedia) also when I asked her for a printout of my receipt for the room she refused and said I had to get it from ( Expedia). I have never had a problem with any other hotel ever in getting that.

I stayed here for a night just before an early morning flight. The late check-in process was easy, and after informing the front desk that I would need the shuttle in the morning, I was told to be there approximately 10 minutes before the top of the hour. Entering my room, I noticed a slight odor that I fairly quickly went nose blind to, but it was initially off-putting. That aside the bed was comfortable, the digital thermostat was easy to use, and the channel selection was fine. Trying to go to sleep was not the easiest experience. There were a couple of late flights that passed overhead. Not the hotel's fault, just unfortunate positioning of the building. The next morning, the airport shuttle was actually early, and I was able to depart earlier than I had anticipated since I was the only passenger. The ride was quick, easy, and professional. Not sure if I'd stay here again due to the late noise, but otherwise a fine experience.

Front desk staff was extremely rude during check-in. Never smiled. Never thanked me for choosing the hotel. Actually told me I should’ve called the hotel before check in with my request when I asked for an extra pillow. No sheets in the room much less on the bed for the sofa bed even though I made it clear in my reservation that I would need to use it. (That pillow I requested was because there was none for the sofa bed in the room.) Tons of hair on bathroom floor that wasn’t ours, so the room clearly wasn’t vacuumed before our stay. Bed was u comfortable; I tossed and turned all night. Left before breakfast, so can’t review that. Front desk clerk at checkout was nicer ang said she’d report my complaints to the GM as that staff member has been complained about many times.

The housekeeping team were extremely helpful and worked around my schedule. The front desk, especially Tiffany, were all helpful and addressed concerns including getting a quiet room, late arrival and checkout. The location is new -- 2 years old and very convenient for travel and close to seafood restaurants, stores and the airport.

As always, our stay was great, did not disappointment. We will never stay anywhere else when in the Kenner area! The staff is warm and welcoming. The lobby is neat and clean, and our room felt very refreshing - the best sleep ever. The breakfast is always on point! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Despite the mixed reviews, this was a very nice hotel with great staff. The location was great, everything you'd need is within 5 -10 mins away. Shuttle to airport was on time and convenient. I'd definitely stay anytime I'm in NOLA.

The staff was so friendly and allowed us to do early check in which was a huge help because we both were so tired from the flight and night before. They do provide shuttle from airport to hotel but that’s it. We were able to walk to a Seafood restaurant not far from the hotel and also walked down to Target which was quite a walk but not bad. I just wish their shuttle would provide more service especially when restaurants and stores are more than 5 miles away

Location was very convenient for us. We were in town for a funeral. Family lives in Metairie. 5 minutes to their house and 5 minutes to airport. Very clean. Hot breakfast was very good. Parked right in front, so very easy walk to front door. Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay here again….

Knowing that parts of New Orleans can be sketchy and high crime, we intentionally selected a hotel near the airport, thinking that would guarantee a higher level of safety. Boy, were we wrong! Had we not already paid for the hotel, we would have gone somewhere else. The surrounding area made us feel a little unsettled, but we figured we would be in the hotel in our room after dark, so we came in while it was still daylight, and parked our car as far away from the entrance as possible. The rest of the hotel was fine. But hard to appreciate because of terrible location.

The area around the hotel is quiet and safe. Every night I came in around 1:00 a.m. and the only thing that was out where the lizards. The property was clean the breakfast was hot and fresh I really enjoyed my stay there. The bed was comfortable my air conditioner was cool and the shower was hot just like I like it and clean.

Nothing exciting or impressive. Room was mostly clean, but had a musty/mildew smell. Vanity area does not have a door for privacy. The tub & toilet are behind a door. Tub did not drain well. Breakfast was the usual hotel spread, but eggs looked like tiny pieces of egg chopped up-it was odd. Everything looked dried up and flaky. Noise wasn't terrible being so close to the airport. Don't expect to take a Lyft anywhere without it being outrageous.

Everything was great! The room was clean and rhe bathroom tissue was even tied into a bow. So cute. The breakfast was robust although coffee was out. The only bad thing I would say was their lack of products to purchase for snacks and drinks. There was barely anything to choose from
