The included continental breakfast was a great convenience, offering a variety of options to start the day. We stayed for 1 night for a quick getaway from SoCal. The check-in process was standard, just of note there is a parking fee if you are parking on the property. We had a one king bed bedroom suite and it was a shame that we only stayed a night. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Of note: one of the two room key cards must be inserted into a card slot in the unit in order to access the lights. Breakfast food quality was average, but hot. Hotel lobby was spacious and accommodated all of the guests even during a holiday weekend. I utilized their fitness center and it was clean and well-ventilated. The equipment was in working condition with disinfecting wipes provided. Overall, it was a solid comfortable stay at Home2 Suites, and I would recommend this property to friends & family. I look forward to returning as the need may arise.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for our family.. we used 2 rooms which accommodated all 10 of us. Easy access to rooms with an elevator.. I didn’t know about using the door key for turning on the lights, so learned something new.. breakfast was alright, it was very busy, but, that could be because of it being Saturday and a holiday weekend. Parking was limited, we had to park in an EV space with a gas vehicle .

The parking here is TERRIBLE. Added parking is needed for sure especially with events going on throughout the Bay Area. The front desk was super helpful allowing us to parking in a non-designated area, but imagine if they needed that spot for safety assistance. Other than that, staff is incredible.

Avoid at all cost if you want to stay at a hotel that values basic hygiene and cleaning standard. I stay at the single suite but when I about to get to sleep, I found the 'supposed to be clean' pillow as well as the bedsheet is full of strong body odor from someone else. I just checked in the hotel and not even stay on the bed for one second so it's apparently from someone stayed before. The hotel front desk refused to help me move to the new room while threatening me that I have to stay in the new room assigned otherwise they will have no place to stay at the night. At 1am? Really? Is that how you treat your customer when apparently your cleaning staff does not bother changing the sheet and pillow between customers? I have been staying in 3-4 star hotel for business trip but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The management should look into this and take action on the front desk who threatened me.

The establishment seemed pretty clean and well maintained when we arrived. They were very understanding about my dead/special needs daughter and her unique nature. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a kitchenette for storing snacks for my 4 kids. On the other hand I was very displeased when we went up to our room and started getting settled for the night. I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom that needed up crawling into the ceiling vent. I called the front desk and notified them that instant. They came the next day to clean but I asked them to wait until we headed out to our planned adventure. A couple hours later while heading out I encounter yet another cockroach, which I killed and left it on the toilet paper on the floor for them to see!! I walked to the front desk and let them know about the 2nd cockroach that I killed and to please clean the room while we were out. They said they would, so we went on our way. We came back late and started getting showered and ready for bed. I noticed that the room had not been touched but the tissue with the cockroach had been picked up and tossed in the trash can. Then I was trying to shower and the shower head was just dangling from the wall mount. I had to shake out all of our luggage before leaving because I did not want to take a cockroach home!! What made my stay a little more tolerable was the breakfast staff. The woman tending to everyone was such a sweetheart!

It could have been si much better. There was a plate of food left in our microwave from the previous guests. (Moldy) might I add. No one’s how long it’s been. There was still trash under the sink. It was not a very pleasant stay. I found ants in my bed. Other Home2Suites have been so much better! They have to up their game!!

The room we stayed in was not comfortable. The bed was too hard and not comfortable. The biggest concern was the black mold we discovered in the bathroom. It had been there for months. Black mood doesn’t form overnight. We discovered it the next morning. Had we known the day before we have asked for another room, or left the hotel. Management refused to compensate anything. Management never got back to us. People can get sick from black mold. They ended up having to close the room down apparently. There was no apology or anything.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the couch in the living room not so much. The seat cushions were collapsing so no support which made it very uncomfortable to sit on, so we had to sit at the kitchen table instead. Not something recommended for any length of time as the chairs were very hard plastic. The staff I interacted with were terrific. Breakfast was basic but adequate. All up, we enjoyed our stay and would come back if they can fix the couch situation.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, nice staff. I will not return for one reason - guest room windows cannot be opened and you cannot get fresh air in the room. The formaldehyde fumes from the new carpet and furniture are trapped inside.

Check in was slow do to only one person at the desk same for check out. Once we got to our room we noticed the bathroom light didn’t work the TV wasn’t as well and AC cover was also broken and I didn’t want to be liable for that.. so I had to call the front desk so maintenance can fix everything first one guy came and said we might have to move rooms then another guy who seems to know what he was doing fixed everything and finally we could relax. The beds were terrible way to hard and the pillows were too soft no support woke up sore the next day. Guess if you had to I stay somewhere for the night it’s okay but couldn’t do more then one.

The hotel felt clean and spacious. Our room was well laid out and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The beds were a bit hard but the room was very nice. We did not get housekeeping during our stay even though it was supposed to be every other night. Not an issue for us though. Breakfast was the expected foods but is not self serve. You will be served by an employee but it seemed to speed up the lines so you never waited and there was plenty of tables. All the staff was helpful and kind. I would stay there again for sure.

I usually stay at a different hotel when I stay in South City but decided to try a different place since it looked nice and was cheaper by a good penny. The process was very simple to check in and the front desk was friendly and helpful. When I entered the room it nice and spacious. I really like how these hotels have kitchen essentials like glasses and bowls which is so useful. The bed was dusty to the point my glasses were covered. I like that the room had electric blind control to block out outside light and the building next door. My only real issue came from the bathroom. First the shower isn't a typical showerhead but a hose handheld which I didn't not enjoy especially when it sprayed and fell with a simple turn of the water getting the walls, floors, and myself wet. When I first noticed the tub had no stopper I called the front desk twice and was told it was possible to handle that and would take 30 minutes for someone to come up after their lunch. When they arrived they didn't know why they had been called up which I thought was kind of odd. What I didn't enjoy was being asked if I looked everywhere for the stopper and then after they spoke to someone on the walkie I was told they didn't have stoppers for the tubs in a way that made it seem like I should have known that. I wonder if that's actually true.

The property was nice with pullout sofas, a kitchenette, microwave and Fridge. The room itself was clean. We were traveling as a family for a 3 night stay. We requested our trash be taken out and fresh towels 3 times!! Stopping at the front counter asking in person twice! Nope didn't happen. The worst part was we were also out of toilet paper!!! We went without toilet paper!! No one could seem to bring us any!! Finally at 9 pm. Katie assisted us with extra towels and toilet paper. The laundry facilities were handy but visible mold in the front load washer. WE NEVER HAD OUR ROOM SERVICED FOR A 3 NIGHT STAY! I requested to Theresa to have the manager call me, as she conveniently wasn't available. She never called. I was very disappointed at the property. Could have been a nice stay. Its ridiculous to make me have to use all the Kleenex because I couldn't get toilet paper. The fact that they seemed bothered by my complaints. Katie at night seemed to be the ONLY professional working. I hate to leave a poor review, but it really dampered my vacation...I expected better from a Hilton property.

Our stay was not good this time. We requested some things from front desk and none of if ever came to our room. We were assigned a room and someone else was also assigned to the same room which they came in while we were in the middle of dinner which was unpleasant. Our room card keys were deactivated and could not get access to our room and it was frustrating to keep going back down to the front desk to get what we needed or fixed. Was very unhappy with this stay experience

First time stay here: the hotel mgr (Charlissa) on 4/19/25 6pm check in was rude, unfriendly and needs more PR training. However, Lisa who processed our check in was very professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. On the positive side, the room was clean and spacious, lobby was clean. The kitchen staff were also helpful and hardworking. Breakfast was average. Improvements?: friendlier manager, sweeter apples not tart and cleaner restrooms in the lobby. Nothing like friendly and smiling face to be greeted after a long flight, not dismissive and smug look from Charlissa. Thank you!

We came as a Family and booked 2 rooms to be side by side. Receptionist stated one room was ready and the other was not but if we came back later it would be ready. When we came back 4 hrs later they told us they dont have our rooms side by side and it would be on different floors. Such an inconvenience. We even called before arriving and even arrived early to ask for the request with both times receiving confirmation of our accommodation.

It's in industrial area so only offices no shopping or food in walking distance which i knew when i booked it. But it very quite, clean and staff is great. Ladies cleaning the room very attentive and so is the ladies in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great Experience room Was clean and multicultural with kitchen essentials like plates cups and a good size fridge ! Room for is clean and spacious and price is reasonable! Breakfast menu was limited in selections. That’s the only thing I felt need improvements on.

We've stayed at this hotel many times. It's a staple for us to stay to drive into SF to save some money. It's a great size room we do the studio for my family of 5. The breakfast is always good and the property is always clean. Will definitely continue to stay there.

hope in future, five months late I will be coming back, eggs donuts,and home-made yogurt are provided more frequent. I find out his time quite often food is not replenished in time to meet the demand, such as banana, waffle, home-made yogurt.Guests are holding their dishes waiting. If rooms can be provided with one more simple chair, it will be perfect .
