Great location by the pool

This is a nice complex with good parking, nice pools and easy beach access. It its also safe secure and well maintained. On the negative side, the unit here is a little dated and not equipped with any extras. The furniture is old. The kitchen is not equipped for eating in or cooking. The internet was spotty or non existent for our stay though there may have been some issues in the complex in general. The TV is old, and does not have a lot of programming available for American visitors. There was no communication on how to access the internet (password)or access the TV channels. There was also no communication on how to get the key. The guard at the parking entrance gave us out wristbands but did not tell us that we needed to go around the building to another building to check in and get the key. I had a choice between multiple units and would have probably chosen a different one if I did it again.

Property was well maintained, gated community and resort had very good amenities. Definitely will stay again!

The pools and access to the beach were really good. The unit could have been cleaner.

Nice location and comfy beds. The pull out needs to be repaired as it dips in the middle pretty bad. Otherwise everything else was great. It had everything we needed for cooking, etc.. even shot glasses which was a first for a rental that I’ve seen. It was convenient having a restaurant and convenience store in the complex as well.

Our family had a wonderful time here! The place was clean and the property was nice with multiple pools, a room to work out in, and the beach right there.

We came for the sun, sand, and the ocean which was wonderful and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and we felt safe with the guarded entrance and the security guards. It was also nice that they came for the first 3 days to empty the trash and offer toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Having three different pools was a nice surprise as well. The food at the onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The property is private but the access to the beach is not. There are local vendors there all day but they are very respectful and not pushy. They really could use more Palapas and lounge chairs as there weren’t very many. There were a few things that were a bit disappointing. I really appreciate when the owners supply water so that we don’t have to purchase it upon arrival and in part why I chose this place. I didn’t realize the water supplied wasn’t a water cooler, just a water jug on a stand and it was a greenish color so we ended up needing to buy water. The bed in the master sunk down in the middle so I would roll into my husband if I didn’t sleep on the edge. Neither one of us slept well during our stay. We would often not have hot water for showers even when we hadn’t been inside all day to use any of it. My two daughters used the bunk beds and the top bunk had gum stuck on the railing and had some crumbs down in the cracks. The couch pillows needed a good washing too. Our overall experience was good; could be excellent with a few changes.

My husband, myself and 2 year old stood for 4 nights. The apartment was perfect it had all the essentials to cook and clean up after yourself. Gated security entrance and security near beach/pool. The view was gorgeous from the balcony! They even provided laundry detergent which was a big help to not take home so much dirty laundry. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was easy! 15 minute drive from the Malecón and 5/10 minutes from rodeo drive shopping. Walmart type store was also about 15 minutes away. Only complaint was couldn’t get the cable to work in the living room ended up just signing into my Netflix account. Tv in the bedroom didn’t have any cable at all (we were aware of this at check in) just I wish they had access to Netflix there as well but no luck. The pool and direct access to the beach was so perfect, definitely the highlight to the location. The restaurant on sight was also pretty good and reasonably priced. We cannot wait to come back!

we arrived Thursday, left Monday. Facility very clean, bed was sooooo comfortable. I don't usually sleep well, but I did in this condo. I loved the view, loved the ability to cook and enjoy our coffee. Coffee pot, not keurig pod, but not a biggie. I came equipped for both. Forgot coffee filters, but the paper towels provided were quite useful as a filter. Stay was wonderful!

The apt. has a good location, but the furniture is old. Bathrooms needs remodeling. Outlets not working good. Smell like old inside. One of the bed sheets with some stains.

They have no phones in the units so you cannot call the front office for help. So, many trips back to the office to ask for help and much time spent waiting for people to come and fix them. The guy at the desk eventually gave me a list of modem names and passwords for multiple condo units so when ours didn't work I could try others. That helped sometimes but not all the time. The drains in the shower and bathroom sink were slow to drain. We didn't like standing in backed up water during showers. I won't likely book again.

Location is great! We were provided the incorrect Wi-Fi info but after going back to the office got that straightened out. The shower heads could use replacements Overall great property

The staff here are top notch. Front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff does a fantastic job. Everything on the property was so clean and smelled so freah. The cantina crew served up great food and drink. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

AC was amazing this time of year Wifi not so much

Absolutely satisfied with this condo, cleanliness and location were the two things worth noting. The only thing that did not work properly was the wifi and the televison programs, both were slow and unable to load properly. Other than thay excellent stay!!!!

Our room offered stunning views of the ocean, and we were able to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing from our balcony – a perfect way to relax and unwind.One of the highlights of our stay was the easy access to the beach. We spent hours enjoying it.We also appreciated the dining options available at the hotel. Overall, our stay was unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and we can’t wait to return for another family vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly beach retreat!

It was an easy check-in and great communication with the owner. The princess was a great resort and the condo we stayed in was perfect.

The internet did not work in the room. I called the front desk day 1 and left a voicemail and no one ever called me back.

The condo was everything we needed and comfortable.The check in was easy and the agents pleasant.However the condo complex entry was unnecessarily difficult.We eventually gained entry but it was a hassle.The gate guard was rigid about small details that really didn’t matter one bit.He became friendly and accommodating after the details had been worked out.

Check in with Joseue was extremely easy. Communication was quick and timely. The condo was very clean, no issues at all with that. Beds and linens were comfortable. The wind was 30mph and the patio door whistled and rattled, but the temp inside was just fine. Plumbing was good. We tried washer and dryer, and the washer made a lot of noise, but worked. The dryer didn't work at all, even on the recommended settings. A dryer rack would have been helpful. The best was the view, the furniture on the balcony, and the proximity to the beach and pools. Very nice decor and bright interior. Very friendly staff and guests. Colin's Cantina was very great service and quality of food!

Condo was good. View was great. Beach was clean...and, at low tide, an excellent place to fly my big kite (5\'x3\'6") without annoying other guests. Add \'Excellent for Beach Kite Flying\' to Puerto Penasco\'s attractions. We miss everything.
