AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Midtown

The hotel is beautiful! Check in was incredibly easy, didn’t take more than 5 minutes. The staff were all really kind and helpful. The location is close to tons of restaurants and shops so definitely a walkable hotel. Parking was close in the garage next to the hotel and felt really safe. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Spanking brand new hotel so in great condition. This is a good location as off not on Peachtree and and easy walk to restaurants and bars. Be careful when arriving as the entrance to the parking deck says exit only but if 2 or 3 cars park in front of the hotel you can’t get in from the appropriate entrance. It’s easier to enter on 13th Street on the Moxy side. Yes this one of those co-branded hotels. The Moxy side is takes over the pool area and is a young crowd with loud music though you can’t hear it on the AC side. Room are nice and roomy though and views are so so unless you get on floor 9-10. Wish they had Nepresso but that would be a higher priced hotel. We were meeting friends for dinner at/near Colony Square which is a 3 minute walk and dedcided to do staycation. Would stay there again

My family stayed at the AC Hotel Midtown Atlanta for two nights over the weekend, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. I booked the room through Expedia and made special requests for a crib for my infant, a bathtub, and a microwave. The day before arrival, I called to confirm these requests, but was told the hotel hadn't received all the necessary information from Expedia. I was assured that the requests were noted and would be taken care of. However, upon check-in, there was neither a crib nor a bathtub, which was incredibly disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned the next day. When we asked about this, we were told we should have requested cleaning in advance, which seems unreasonable, especially for a 2-night stay. While parking was expensive at $38/night, the payment process was poorly managed. We were double charged for parking on both my husband's and my card. Despite emailing the provided address to resolve the issue, I’ve yet to receive a response. Overall, I cannot recommend AC Hotel Midtown Atlanta to others. The lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and mishandling of basic requests made our stay unpleasant.

Great hotel in a great location; convenient to dining options. Room was very clean and spacious. Only disappointment was the Rooftop and Lobby Bar. The Lobby Bar closed at 7:00 on a Saturday night... The Rooftop Bar was way too noisy with the music blasting. We were looking forward to having a drink until we got there and couldn't hold a conversation because music was so loud. The Lobby Bar would have been perfect....quiet and relaxing, but it was closed.

Beautiful facility and very nice staff. Just a few small things that could have been better. Not all of the tv channels could be accessed. I was going to use some of their complimentary body lotion but the bottle had already been used and was empty. I paid for parking with in and out privileges. When I left to go to breakfast this morning and came back there was no way to use my card to let them know I was entering the garage again. When I checked out and was trying to exit the garage it said I had left and not returned. Make it clear to your guests how they need to do this to avoid an issue when trying to leave.

Came for the weekend and truly enjoyed the hotel. Has a great rooftop bar, beautiful pool and a fun bar for late nights. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and modern.

Staff was pleasant but room wasn’t clean. Floors were so dirty my feet were black on the bottom. Found trash in corners. When I told the staff about it they gave me a bonus 5000 points on Marriot account. Thanks for that.

The room was very bad not clean stuff left from the previous renter and the staff was not professional. I asked for help they had no personality. Noise and lots of partying I would give a zero if I can ! I asked for my money back after I found someone clothes under the bed and hair in the bed.

Water pressure in the shower is terrible. That alone should knock it down to a 3 star. Can’t start the day off right

The only complaint I have is the sound of the air conditioner. It was so loud that it woke me up, few times. Other than that, excellent service. Thank you!

We ended up booking this hotel at the last minute after our previous hotel reservation was unknowingly cancelled. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. King bed was amazing and the pull out couch was clean and comfy. My only complaint would be that the tv in our room never worked but the young guy that was at the front desk when we checked out, signed me up for the Marriot member program and credited me some points for the inconvenience. It was such a refreshing experience after dealing with the situation at my initial hotel. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in ATL.

Great property, great staff, clean and great breakfast. The only thing was that the air condition unit in the room was very loud. So take your ear plugs with you!

The room decor was beautiful

There seemed to be an issue with the plumbing. Wherever we flushed the toilet, water would come up from between the cracks of the floor panels. We told the desk clerk and they said they would send someone up while we were gone, but when we got back the issue wasn’t fixed, nor did it look like someone even came to check the problem as the towels we put down over the problem area were still in the same place.

The lady for check in wasn’t that friendly, later at check out was much better, maybe she ha a bad day. Hotel was clean quiet. Breakfast was great. Many good restaurants around the hotel. Parking was easy . This is our second time at this hotel and pretty sure we’ll be back

Upon arrival, after 3 pm, our room was not ready. We were there to attend an event nearby, and it was important to my wife and daughters to have time to get dressed and ready for this event. Our room was ready after 4pm which made this stressful and rushed. After the event, I tried to have food ready for them and not only waited over an hour at the rooftop bar for our food, but was repeatedly updated that this or that food that I had ordered was out. Eventually, I ordered two flatbreads(that had not chicken because it was out), one order of sliders and an order of steak bites...once in our room, we had two flatbreads and sliders and no steak bites...so, needless to say not impressed with food service. The saving grace of this visit was the staff. Firstly, at the front desk, Cornelius was fantastic. He was friendly and caring and took good care of us. The food and beverage manager, who we did not bog down with our complaints about the bar, happened to be passing by when we had a parking issue and was a big help and super friendly and professional. The bartender was also nice and professional despite the food availability issues. The hotel is nice and clean, our room was good and location convenient. Just needed more urgency on the room being ready and the food service..

Courtney is absolutely amazing and accommodating. She went above and beyond to tell us travel advice good locations to eat and had such a great personality that even if there was something to complain about she would’ve overshadowed it. Parking was cheap and affordable compared to other hotels. No loud noise. Great food and bar services great night venue for us adults right around the corner. She is absolutely amazing. Thank you again if this reaches your ear and hope to stay again in the future.

Great location. Not far from food options and Atlantic station. This hotel is beautiful and looks new. The hotel smells so good when you enter. Check-in was a disaster! I arrived @ 3:45pm and didn’t a room till after 5pm. Housekeeping didn’t have the rooms clean. I requested be on the side with the view/music and there were no rooms ready. I was given a room for hearing impaired with a horrible view,but I asked to be moved. Housekeeping keep pushing the wait time! I expressed to the lady at the front of check-in is @3pm and it was a Saturday then the rooms should be cleaned and ready! There was hair on my bed cover and in the bathroom. My toilet was making this leaking noise the entire night🙄. And one side of the shower door didn’t close. I didn’t tell the front desk until check-out bc it took forever to get that room. When I told the guy(light skin with glass and hair) at the front desk he seemed uninterested. He also had a slick mouth. I don’t think that’s the job for him bc the day of check-in he walking around cursing to himself complaining about his job! The lady that checked me in Shawnta( dark skin with glasses), she was was very professional and did go out her way to try to accommodate us; Housekeeping dropped the ball. Oh! The rooftop and pool was a whole vibe. I would recommend this hotel and I will be returning. Housekeeping has to do better!

The AC Hotel by Marriott was very helpful when I needed to make a reservation late at night on short notice due to a cancelled flight. They even called for a ride the next morning to pick me up and take me back to the airport. Very thankful!

Liked this property a lot. It had a very nice pool. And was located near many midtown restaurants. I think the only thing to note is that the building faced a wall to a park, which was a little uninspiring to me. If it had, for instance, faced more restaurants, a cityscape, or even just had a good look into the park- I would have definitely found this hotel to be among the best. This said, the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast very good. The room cozy and very clean. Spotless in fact. I felt very safe and welcome. The ambience with the fire in the lobby made for a good touch. I recommend it and would stay again.

This was a solo trip to get away and recharge. Overall disappointed with the hotel from what I had expected. Half the bar food menu was unavailable, the room temp was all over the place, the lobby was frigid at all times, and the front desk couldn’t have cared less when I mentioned my disappointment with my stay. Zero apologies and all excuses.

The hotel lobby was airy and bright and smelled Devine! The rooms were really large and the rooftop bar was so much fun, great music, chill vibe and the food and cocktails were delicious!

I love AC properties. They are modern and easy-designed for travelers. Great breakfast if you want it. I paid much more for Westin and had to buy my morning coffee.
