Everything was great!!

There were a few things that I would suggest. Put the address on the house to help locate the home.

It was a great stay! Very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It's right next to the road sobit can get a bit noisy but we didnt mind. Things shut down early in Ruidoso so it wasn't a problem at all. We actually really enjoyed watching the motorcycles pass by since we were there for the rally.

We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the house was clean, and online photos were mostly accurate. We didn’t use much in the kitchen, but it is fully equipped. We enjoy spending time outdoors and the patio furniture was not as clean as the indoors. The grill area needed attention, but was not important to us. Although we adjusted, the biggest disappointment was that the house is located on a very busy roadway. Since it is situated slightly higher from the sidewalk, it is still safe for children. At first, we felt it was not so private, but ultimately never felt our space was invaded except for the noise of the traffic. And there was lots of loud cars and trucks! To be clear, the traffic was not heavy during the night. Overall, it was lovely and we would recommend the property. Just know going in about the location.

Ceiling fan in master never would work. Dirty socks under both beds left from previous guest. Never found the iron. We had a good time and had most everything we needed.
