Booked room through Hotels.com. We stayed in room 204 on second floor. Room was impossibly small with no windows or storage. Could not open a suitcase on the floor without blocking a door. Toilet area was cramped. Electrical outlets not covered with plates. Parking area behind hotel was sketchy and had to navigate around dead rats. Checkin procedure and providing a security deposit by e-transfer was a pain. Requirement was not advertised on Hotel.com site. Security deposit was returned 3 days after checkout despite promise to return in 23-48 hours. Would not stay here again. We have used Hotels.com once since this visit but not likely to use again.

Besides the not obvious inlcuding of needing to pay a deposit while I booked the hotel, and not telling me it has to be an e transfer while I am booking was a big inconvenience

i had a wonderful stay here. it is clean. the down side is since my room is infront of the road i can hear cars passing and even passers. but thats understandable. the only thing im concern is there is not inside lock for the door which is not accessable from outside. but so far my experience staying here is great. the admin is easy to reach out and responsive
