Everything about the St.Regis was PERFECT. My guest experience started before my travel began, customer service was amazing via email when I requested an early check and also let Them know I was coming in for my birthday. Upon arrival, Checking was a breeze they had my room ready and it didn't stop there they decorated my room for my birthday, and also the butler personally sang me happy birthday. It gets better one morning I was doing my hair and my US appliances didn’t fit the outlet the butler let me hold his personal converter to use. I left my room upon my return they had built me my own vanity. That's just the in-room experience. Both restaurants I tried on property and room service were top tier JG steak house has a special place in my heart for the molten chocolate cake it was to die for. Then the spa experience ,Chefs kiss. It was no stone left unturned. I cannot wait to return this was my longest trip away from home and the St.regis made my stay feel like I wasn't gone at all I can not thank the staff enough for their hospitality. I will see you guys soon

If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would! Beyond excellent experience! Not only is the hotel STUNNING, but the service is impressive! We stayed five nights and were pampered beyond belief! From the waiters to the pool staff, the front desk to the concierge, the butler to the valets, the housekeeping to the chef himself, all without exception showed a level of professionalism that we have seldom come across. They knew how to make us feel welcome and special! Bravo to all the personnel of St. Regis Cairo! When we come back to this exciting city, we will most definitely stay at your hotel again. THANK YOU!

Excellent service, amazing rooms, great amenities. A bit pricey for food but it is among the highest quality hotels you will find in Egypt. We have stayed at several hotels there and have seen the overall landscape of hospitality in Egypt (our native country) evolve over the last few decades. The St. Regis has 2- and 3-bedroom apartment suites with full kitchens and a panoramic Nile view, something you simply don't find anywhere in a hotel chain. When you consider the price for anything similar (or even 2 1-bedroom suites in another hotel), the St. Regis is an amazing deal for a great experience! This was our 2nd stay there in the last 2 years and we will be back!

Impeccable, exquisite, truly magical. Service and place is truly 5 star. Superb luxury hotel. They went above and beyond on service and caring ! Welcoming me with red rose petals writing out the words,” welcome” on my bed and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. And if that wasn’t amazing enough they had little pastries which I had tastes of! 1st sugar sweets I have had in 40 years and worth it to partake in such caring and abundance. The spa in the hotel is beyond words. A must to have a spa treatment of many choices. The steam room and jacuzzi are complimentary. The restaurants are excellent and the views of the Nile from the restaurants and gorgeous pool was mesmerizing! As was the interior hotel decor which is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are great with a great large tub and a separate shower area. This is my first review ever and I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. You will have a wonderful stay.

This hotel is so beautiful and luxurious. The decor, ambiance, and amenities are top-notch. There is a lovely lounge on the fifth floor where you can order drinks and view the Nile River and the impressive cityscape. The lounge had an excellent live piano player and other musicians for entertainment. If you walk past the lounge, there is an exquisite library with a children's book section, and more. There is an ATM and bank on the first floor, which is very convenient. The staff here was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone at this hotel, from the front desk, to the front door staff like Mazen, who gave us shopping tips, Amr Said and Ahmed Bakry, and the rest of the dining staff, the butler staff, and housekeeping who fulfilled any request I had in such a timely manner. I also highly recommend going to the Iridium Spa where you are greeted with fresh ginger tea or detox water. After your treatments, you can use the jacuzzi, steam room, ice room, and more. It was a unique and relaxing experience. If you want to stay at a luxury hotel, with a staff who truly cares about their guests and will go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one, then I recommend you stay here at the St. Regis Cairo.

Beautiful facility. Room service was excellent. Cleaning of my room by Reda, supervised by Moustafa was excellent. I do not comment generally on staff by name but these two gentlemen really worked to be certain that I was satisfied. All staff were very friendly and that makes a difference.

Even though I made the booking directly with them, my points were not counted towards my loyalty program. Something happened at the check-in reception but I don’t know what it is. I noticed a couple of switches were broken in the suite. Rooms are mostly too dark. There aren’t enough lighting sources. Housekeeping is too slow to respond to our requests.

The hotel location is great on the Egypt walk and on nile. It has great spacious room well furnitured and beautifully decorated. The staff is great, nice and helpful. The breakfast and different cusisine variteis are delicious. I highly recommend it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at St Regis. As requested, we arrived at the airport met by the driver from the hotel. Our flight was delayed but he was there waiting. The room furnishings is luxurious. We truly enjoyed our stay at St Regis. As requested, we arrived at the airport met by the driver from the hotel. Our flight was delayed but he was there waiting. The room furnishings is luxurious. Everything about the St.Regis was PERFECT. My guest experience started before my travel began, customer service was amazing via email when I requested an early check and also let Them know I was coming in for my birthday. Upon arrival, Checking was a breeze they had my room ready and it didn't stop there they decorated my room for my birthday, and also the butler personally sang me happy birthday. It gets better one morning I was doing my hair and my US appliances didn’t fit the outlet the butler let me hold his personal converter to use. I left my room upon my return they had built me my own vanity. That's just the in-room experience. Both restaurants I tried on property and room service were top tier JG steak house has a special place in my heart for the molten chocolate cake it was to die for. Then the spa experience ,Chefs kiss. It was no stone left unturned. I cannot wait to return this was my longest trip away from home and the St.regis made my stay feel like I wasn't gone at all I can not thank the staff enough for their hospitality. I will see you guys soon

I had an exceptional experience at the five-star hotel. Mazen, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even helped us deal with a dishonest taxi driver. We chose St Regis for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. Pricier than our normal hotel choice but well worth it if it fits your budget. We will not soon forget our experience at the St. Regis.

If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would! Beyond excellent experience! Not only is the hotel STUNNING, but the service is impressive! We stayed five nights and were pampered beyond belief! From the waiters to the pool staff, the front desk to the concierge, the butler to the valets, the housekeeping to the chef himself, all without exception showed a level of professionalism that we have seldom come across. They knew how to make us feel welcome and special! Bravo to all the personnel of St. Regis Cairo! When we come back to this exciting city, we will most definitely stay at your hotel again. THANK YOU!

This St Regis is absolutely AMAZING, and we’ve stayed in numerous 5 star resorts all over the globe. Their customer service is on a whole other level…. It was my fiancés 50th birthday and I had worked with their team ahead of time to have balloons in the room before our arrival. This was executed perfectly AND they included a personalized cake that I was not expecting. The Butler Service was such a nice luxury touch, they stocked our mini fridge with preferred items and offer complimentary pressing of two items per day. Available 24/7. The staff throughout the entire hotel were so friendly and attentive. The waiters at the restaurants were very good, we were especially fond of the staff at the Lobby Bar and La Zisa. Food was very good at all of the restaurants, and pricing I feel was fair considering the level of hotel you are in. I could go on and on, but I will not bore you. You won’t find a place better than this St Regis in Cairo, I recommend 100%.

Immaculate service by the staff. We arrived early from a morning flight via the U.S. and they not only had a room ready for us within an hour but gave us an upgrade to a higher floor. Excellent service, amazing rooms, great amenities. A bit pricey for food but it is among the highest quality hotels you will find in Egypt. We have stayed at several hotels there and have seen the overall landscape of hospitality in Egypt (our native country) evolve over the last few decades. The St. Regis has 2- and 3-bedroom apartment suites with full kitchens and a panoramic Nile view, something you simply don't find anywhere in a hotel chain. When you consider the price for anything similar (or even 2 1-bedroom suites in another hotel), the St. Regis is an amazing deal for a great experience! This was our 2nd stay there in the last 2 years and we will be back!

The hotel location is great on the Egypt walk and on nile. It has great spacious room well furnitured and beautifully decorated. The staff is great, nice and helpful. The breakfast and different cusisine variteis are delicious. I highly recommend it.

Welcoming me with red rose petals writing out the words,” welcome” on my bed and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. And if that wasn’t amazing enough they had little pastries which I had tastes of! 1st sugar sweets I have had in 40 years and worth it to partake in such caring and abundance. I have been to Cairo 11 or 12 times. Stayed in various hotels. The st regis is by far the best of Cairo. World class treatment from all the staff. The airport vip pick up, the attention to detail. I wanted for nothing, and felt the treatment was as good as it gets. For me it was worth the time in traffic to get to my meetings in new Cairo. Especially with the maybach car service. First time I felt so rested live in Egypt.
