It was a unique 6 room property - with a lovely outdoor space and a large common area with enough space and kitchen/dining furnishing to have breakfast or a light meal. The staff, Chiara and Nella were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

Perfect little 6 room hotel, right in old Naples, bars, restaurants, shops all closeby. Looks a bit gritty on the outside but no worry super modern and very clean, A/C. A plus, a nice rooftop terrace with patio furniture. Very happy with my stay.

The property is located in the city center with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The property is located on the 3rd floor and has a community kitchen and outside patio for all guests. There is a tiny lift (fit 2 people with backpacks) to almost get to the check in area. If you don't take the lift, it is 80 stairs/steps. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Napoli square Suites is a new looking apartment that has 6 rooms being used as BnB, with a common kitchen and roof top deck for everyone to use. As a shared space it's unique and clean. However, the only draw back is if the other guests are noisy and loud. My room was next to the kitchen so I could hear their loud voices and the noise from their dishes. But that's the fault of the other guests and not the property. Over all a clean and nice place to stay. Judy at the edge of the old city. Walking distance to many places. Had an elevator as is common for all places in the area. Tiny elevator for one and some luggage. Then a short flight of steps up. But the staff were very helpful.

The facilities in the hotel is very good, notably the microwave and the sparkling water machine in the kitchen are really helpful! The view from the room is quite nice, but the window can’t be closed very firmly so the noise on the street is easily heard. Overall it’s a very enjoyable stay.

Veldig hyggelig hotell med store, fine rom. Moderne innredning og stille beliggenhet. Fin takterrasse som man kunne benytte. Det tilbys ikke frokost, men man har tilgang til kjøleskap på eget rom samt i fellesområdet. Det er også tilgang til kjøkkenutstyr dersom man ønsker å lage mat selv. Svært hyggelig ansatte. Kort vei til ferjekaia dersom man skal videre til noen av øyene. Fint utgangspunkt for å gå rundt i det meste av byen.

The Napoli square suites are lovely modern rooms. The area outside the property is not, its Naples after all. However, despite being just a few blocks from a busy street, and around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants, the rooms are quiet at night. We would stay again for sure.

The room itself was in great conditions. You could tell it was newly remodeled however the area outside and where the actual place is , is not nice at all. The room was clean and smelled really good. However, the building is in horrible conditions outside which is not shown on the property pictures here and the evaluator is small and need a key to go up each time. Once you get to the “hotel” floor you forget of the surrounding of the building but that’s something I thought I would point out since it caught us by surprise. We also did check in “online”. Staff was fun friendly and understanding since our flight got delayed and weren’t able to get there on the scheduled appt time. Location was also great , very close to many key spots.

Apartment was very spacious, modern & clean with very good amenities. The shared kitchen & balcony are a welcome advantage as well. Staff were very professional & helpful providing information on things to do & places to eat. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the station & amongst the bustle of the old area & its attractions. The one big negative is the actual building that the suites are located in. From the outside look very dubious. However, once you overcome that negative everything is fine.

The room was ok and clean but very inconvenient to get to it. Had to use a key, very difficult to use, to get into a very small elevator to get to the hotel, another key to enter to the hotel, and another key to the room. I informed the receptionist what time we were going to be there, since I was told somebody was going to be there by appointment only, but instead of waiting for us, she sent me the information on how to get in and said somebody else was going to be there at 5:00 pm to greet us. Nobody was there to answer some questions. Finally the last day we were able to talk to somebody in person and it was ok, but by then we had a really bad impression of their customer service. Other than that, it was ok

Nella was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a very secure building. The location was great for coffee, food, and walking around! The only reason I would give it 4 stars and not 5, is the location (nothing to do with the accommodation) - while I felt safe during our stay, this is not the “nice” part of Napoli. It is away from the water/ views, but if you are okay with that, it is a great area to have a more authentic experience! You can walk to all of the sites, or take a taxi/ public transportation.

The Napoli square suites are lovely modern rooms. The area outside the property is not, its Naples after all. However, despite being just a few blocks from a busy street, and around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants, the rooms are quiet at night. We would stay again for sure.

It was a unique 6 room property - with a lovely outdoor space and a large common area with enough space and kitchen/dining furnishing to have breakfast or a light meal. The staff, Chiara and Nella were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

The property is located in the city center with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The property is located on the 3rd floor and has a community kitchen and outside patio for all guests. There is a tiny lift (fit 2 people with backpacks) to almost get to the check in area. If you don't take the lift, it is 80 stairs/steps. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Napoli square Suites is a new looking apartment that has 6 rooms being used as BnB, with a common kitchen and roof top deck for everyone to use. As a shared space it's unique and clean. However, the only draw back is if the other guests are noisy and loud. My room was next to the kitchen so I could hear their loud voices and the noise from their dishes. But that's the fault of the other guests and not the property. Over all a clean and nice place to stay. Judy at the edge of the old city. Walking distance to many places. Had an elevator as is common for all places in the area. Tiny elevator for one and some luggage. Then a short flight of steps up. But the staff were very helpful.

Det tilbys ikke frokost, men man har tilgang til kjøleskap på eget rom samt i fellesområdet. Det er også tilgang til kjøkkenutstyr dersom man ønsker å lage mat selv. Svært hyggelig ansatte. Kort vei til ferjekaia dersom man skal videre til noen av øyene. Fint utgangspunkt for å gå rundt i det meste av byen.

It's a very nice establishment. Rooms are nice and clean. The kitchen is organized and clean. The location is great. 5min to Metro Duomo. It's in the middle of tourist stuff. Nelle, the administrator was nvery nice and helpful. The only issue is had, it was that arrived late and the gate was locked. My whatsapp didn't work. I used someone else's phone to call Nelle.

Great location for metro and centro storico. The staff communicated well over WhatsApp which made things really easy. Lift was handy, but be careful on the steps, the marble makes them very slippery in some footwear.
