No vigilan el porton de stacionamiento con un autobus bloqueando mi slaida y sin abrirlo de aqui a que me hicieron caos y lo abren el camion no se quitaba (con huespedes del hotel) y el porton al abrirse y al cerrarse golpeo mi auto, se activo una alarma de incendio o algo y tosos a despertarse en la madrugada y el ruido fatal, el colchón super duro, el internet no servia tarde en hacer check out porque otra huesped también se estaba quejando del servicio no vuelvo a reservar ahi

Las habitaciones del hotel están pensadas sobretodo, en personas que trabajan con dispositivos electrónicos. Bastantes tomas de corriente, buena iluminación y mesas de trabajo. The location is excellent, the lobby and dinning room are kept very clean and staff is very friendly. However the room cleanliness needs some work. The first night we stayed the sheets where stained and dirty from the previous occupants. We had to request the next morning to have our sheets changed for the second night. This was disappointing!

El servicio del personal fue muy bueno, todos muy amables. La habitación en general y la cama muy cómodos, mucha selección de canales en la televisión. Los accesorios del baño (shampoo, jabones, crema) son de muy buena calidad. El desayuno muy rico y buena selección, además de que el personal, sobre todo el que creo que era el cheff, siempre fue atento y servicial. Lo único malo fue la limpieza del baño. Nuestra estancia fue de varios días y los dos primeros días no limpiaron la taza del baño ni barrieron ni trapearon el baño. Levanté la queja en recepción y al día siguiente la persona de limpieza ya lo realizó.

We arrived late at night and the check in was fast and easy. We booked a double bed room which as comfortable, clean and with a large size. The shower and bathroom impeccablle. Water pressure perfect. I would stay here again in the future.

Todo muy bien, solo 2 puntos a mejorar. El primero, en las habitaciones se escucha todo, pasaron hablando por un radio en la madrugada y nos despertaron, se escucha todo, me daba cuenta que los huéspedes no hacían mucho ruido pero se escuchaba todo en especial el ruido que venía del pasillo. El segundo es el desayuno, entiendo que es un desayuno sencillo, pero por ejemplo los frijoles refritos eran casi agua. Creo que pueden mejorar un poquito más la calidad. Todo el personal fue muy amable, desde recepción, mantenimiento, cocina. Si volvería porque es muy buena ubicación (no es una zona muy linda, pero tiene muy buenas vialidades para moverse rápido) y el servicio fue bueno por parte del personal.

The front desk staff were always friendly and courteous. Raquel, was always busy cleaning the breakfast area and refilling the food trays. She provided excellent service going above and beyond making sure everyone was well served, even though it's self-serve. Alex, was also very friendly offering to drive us to nearby points of interest. The room was clean and adequate, the only thing I missed was a mini fridge but that was the least of our needs.

At initial arrival of 11am we could not get to room until 3pm which is understandable but when time came the clerk tried to give us a room we did not request. But we waited & finally got the room we requested. In the room there was NO refrigerator, microwave or even ice bucket. We never got any room service & trash piled up. The breakfast wasn't great but at least something. The clerk did not arrange our tour package as requested. The hotel had the sofa seats tied off due to cleaning, although one could seat in eating area. No maps were available at the check in counter. This is his wife responding to this survey.

The staff were all excellent. They were very friendly and nice, especially Ricardo who was very polite and assisted us with our needs. The room are clean and well kept. They clean the room and changed our towels everyday. They even refilled our toiletries without being asked. All areas of hotel are very clean, the lounge, dining area and hallway. I liked that the hallway smells nice. They ensure all the floors are clean. They have a very good variety of foods for breakfast and good varieties for drinks. We liked that they have a free shuttle going to the Basilica. They also offer a free storage luggage in case your flight is on a later time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff always welcomed us with a smile were polite and helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Andy who went out of her way to help us how to get to and from destinations which was very difficulty as we couldn’t speak the language..She put us at ease. The kitchen staff very helpful and greeted us with a big smile and we enjoyed the breakfast. Special thanks to Rachel who was very courteous and helpful. The cleaners too always welcomed us with a smile and if we ever needed anything there was not a problem. Many thanks to the driver who drove us punctually to the Basilica every morning at 8am . The hotel is close to transport and made our life very easy. Definitely will recommend to our family and friends. Special thanks to all staff, security who went out of their way and made our stay very comfortable.Thanks God Bless.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I was disappointed by the confusion around the breakfast policy. At the start of my stay, a staff member said it was fine to bring breakfast to my room. A few days later, a kitchen worker told me I wasn’t allowed to—unless it was outside food I bought myself. I explained that breakfast was included in my booking, but he said it was complimentary. I spoke with the manager, who said I could only take coffee and bread to the room, not the full breakfast, due to concerns about insects. Oddly, outside food is allowed, which doesn’t make much sense. There were also no signs about this policy. This inconsistency was frustrating and could’ve been avoided with clearer communication. Aside from that, the hotel was clean and staff were polite. I hope they work on making their policies more clear for future guests.

Notifique en la mañana a la recepción y no tuve la atención esperada. Entienda que las políticas del hotel no son las mismas que el personal que labora, desde que hice check inn las recepcionistas muy desatentas viendo el celular. Hotel en promedio está bien. Propiedad ubicas en sector muy lejano. Todo . En las fotos de la página da una apariencia de que es una L a poblada, con bastante comercio pero al llegar se nota que es totalmente lo contrario. Pregutmos en el hotel si es seguro caminar en las afueras y la respuesta fue NO De la habitación: 1. Las cortinas blackout no bajaban hasta el final y entonces quedaba una gran entrada de luz que no permitió dormir bien. 2. Quise utilizar un tomacorriente y no servía. Al poner el cargador del teléfono celular, el mismo se safaba. Quedaba flojo y no le llegaba corriente al dispositivo celular. 3. Propiedad alejada de comercios, plazas comerciales, lugares para visitar y turismo en general.

The food was good, but the servers were a little rude. When I got to the food bar, there was no food in one of the containers, so I asked if they had more of something, and with an attitude she replied what you see is what we have. Another thing I disliked was that they did not clean my room per said; they only put on new towels but did not clean the floor

Not in line with price, similar properties in the price range have better value. The hallways in my floor were a little bit dirty. The same happened in my room, floor full of dust, I don't think it was swept properly (or at all) before my arrival. The sink watter stopper was out. Breakfast was bad. The eggs smelled of fish, but not even in a good way. As I finished my juice glass, it tasted like mold, I wonder if the glass container was cleaned properly before filling it with the juice.
