Great place to stay if you are attending the Alexander Stadium, just 15min taxi ride. Although pub looks like it might need a bit of TLC from the outside don’t be fooled as it’s perfectly fine inside, food was good and staff incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend.

I had a really lovely stay at The Bull. The rest of Birmingham felt really trashy and industrial to me, and walking through the front door of The Bull felt like entering a cozier, cleaner, charming world. The room was very clean, everyone was very nice, and I loved petting Ellie the pub cat with a pint of cider in the evenings.

Once again thank you. The room I had was warm, comfortable and well equipped. I had a concert to go to a Birmingham Town Hall which was great and it was a 20 minutes ite walk back to the Bull. I've stayed at the Bull twice now and will stay there again in the future when attending concerts or visiting the city. Kind Regards Dean

I had not been in the Bull for something like 25 years and it was great to see it had not lost any of its character. I care for my Mum Monday midday to Friday midday each in Solihull but stopped at the Bull on the Friday through to Saturday morning as I had concert to go to in the City. It was nice to retire to Bull afterward and early next morning I left to head home to the Staffordshire Moorlands. My room was clean comfortable and well equipped with great shower facilities. Great to relax in. I will be back at the Bull in two weeks time for a Friday night concert at the Town Hall. This time I will have a meal and a drink while there. Down the line me and my partner will stay over at the Bull whenever we are in the city for a concert or visiting to shop. My partner is interested in canal boat history and has ancestors in her family tree who worked the barges between Elsemere Port and the city during the industrial revolution so we intend to explore the canal network in the city. See you again soon. Dean Powell
