This was such a nice place for us to stay after flying in before heading to Breckenridge the next day. My ONLY complaint is the pool was so very small and kind of unmaintained and I was traveling with a kid so that’s always their favorite part! But we still had a lot of fun and the hotel is soo clean and nice.

Just the hot tub smells super strong of chlorine and it made my eyes water. We could only stay in the hot tub for at least 5 minutes for that reason.

Close proximity to red rocks and about 30-40 from Denver depending on traffic. Was a good base to visit the Rocky Mountain national park, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and Denver. Quiet at night and no issues parking. Staff were friendly and kind. Pool and gym were available and they’re nothing extravagant, but seemed well maintained. Common areas were nice and had free breakfast weekly. Nothing insane but had cereal, oatmeal, eggs, waffles, etc. Would return next time in Denver area.

Almost every thing was excellent. My only concerns were that there doesn’t seem to be any noise suppression, you can hear conversations above you, luggage rolling down the halls and that the hot tub was out of order :(

We were delighted with our choice to stay at this Fairfield. It was new, immaculate, decor was tasteful, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and beds/pillows very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here if you have a sensitivity to colognes or cleaning products that are strong. The smell was so overbearing my partner and I had headaches and had trouble breathing. It did not go away and remained the entirety of our stay. It made us sick and we had trouble breathing. I would not stay here again

Nice and clean overall once you’re in the hotel (exceptions were the shower curtain was dirty (not mold or anything just spots where it literally had dirt on it) and a used/dirty towel hung as if clean - not ideal but not major). Very comfortable bed. Excellent workout room, one of the nicest and cleanest although it has floor to ceiling glass and is directly in front of the elevator bank, so it’s not for anyone shy in their workouts. Breakfast was good although cleanup did start before 9:30. Was told decaf coffee was brewing, but it never came out. Not the end of the world, had tea instead when hot water was eventually refilled. It was nice that someone asked table by table if we’d had enough before taking the food away. Outside the hotel is a plain parking lot, not much curb appeal, but the moment you’re inside it’s quite nice and welcoming. Coming in from the back though where we had to park in the evening, there were several smokers at the back entrance including tobacco and cannabis that we had to walk through. Seems smoking shouldn’t be allowed so close to the entrance. Front desk was nice enough. Laundry (two washers/two dryers) was a deciding factor for us to stay there and in a secure/card key needed room. The decor overall was nice, clean, and welcoming. Little things aside, we would recommend and stay again at the rate we paid.

Front desk staff very friendly. Lobby and breakfast area clean. Housekeeping only provided every second day so for a weekend stay we did not receive any housekeeping. There were pieces of nacho chips from a previous guest under the desk. However bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was spacious.

The property was very clean and in a safe place. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues that we had on our 2-night stay. There was no hot water in our room which is a big issue for me. I wish I had mentioned it day one but we were running out to an event and on a time crunch, and I didn’t think about it again until the next day when I was showering again. Hopefully this is a room issue, and not an overall issue. The other issue was related to noise. The first night was fine, but the second night it appears that there was a team staying on that floor, and it was extremely loud until about 2am. I called the front desk twice at about 11:30pm and 12am, and that still didn’t help. I think I was overall disappointed in the fact that nothing was done about the noise. My husband is a light sleeper and it was a big issue for him so he didn’t get much sleep. While the property was in a safe neighborhood and clean, I don’t know that this will be my first option again based on the two issues we had.

The pillows were all so high that it really hurt my neck to use them. I asked the front desk if they had any pillows that were lower and they didn’t. Some people have bad necks and large pillows are painful. There should be a selection.

Picked this location for our stay in the Denver area for proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater. The hotel was near restaurants and shopping and provided an ease of access to major travel routes in the area. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and size of our room. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again anytime we are in the area.

There’s a hospital next door and the noise of helicopters is normal and loud. The beds and pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. The rooms are not sound insulated so both indoor and outdoor sounds are easy to hear within the room.

It was good except the extra sleeper sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult, so only consider this bed for a child. The foam mattress doesn't support the weight of a 200# adult. It also took a day to get the sheets for the sleeper sofa from the front desk. The sheets & pillows for the sleeper sofa are not kept in the room. Otherwise it's a nice hotel room.

The property was very clean, but the tub was not draining, so a couple inches of water built up during the shower and the tub is extremely slippery with no anti-slip of any kind. Also, the fire alarm had an led light that was very bright and would light up the room, so its blinking made it difficult to get to sleep.

We really appreciated Steven, who works all day, at the front desk when you come in. Steven’s kindness and thoughtfulness was outstanding, even awesome. Thank you Steven for making are stay amazing!!! We will be staying with you each time we come for a concert at red rocks. This is due to what an amazingly job and atmosphere Steven has made. I have been staying at this property several times a year since 2021. It WAS my preferred hotel until this past weekend. I was very disappointed. For the first time EVER at check-in, I was offered a "complimentary" bottled water. I declined since I already had my own but was told by the front desk person I could come back later to get one. When I came back that night, I was basically and gently "scolded" by the man on duty and told that "this time only, they are only given on check-in". Considering the many times I have stayed there and never even offered before, AND the fact that every stay is 150-200$, I felt this was demeaning and insulting. I canceled my upcoming reservation and will now stay at the newer property several miles away.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the neighborhood around the area is not. When my wife and I entered the parking area, we were concered about the surrounding area in gerenal. As it turns out, our concerns were valid because our vehicle was broken into that night and things were stolen from inside a locked console. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we got home 2 hours later. Once I notified the staff, they were sympathetic and helpful. I was told a manager would be calling back at some point if they see anything on the security footage. Its unfortunate that a decently priced clean hotel is in the area that it is. We won't be staying at this particular hotel again.

Great location for so many reasons. Walkable to the hospital and so many restaurants. Very close to many stadiums where we saw a concert. The staff was so pleasant and caring. Clean and safe. Great hot breakfast daily.

A well-priced, clean and nicely maintained gem with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The area is built up and not scenic, but it is only a 12 minute drive to the town of Golden which is what was needed on this trip. I would stay here again.

There were a lot of guests when we stayed so the pool area was packed and the pool is very small. There were also a lot of guests in the morning for breakfast so we had to wait about 30 minutes for the eggs and bacon to be replenished and the same guests that had already eaten lined back up for more so then we had to wait again. I’ve stayed at other Fairfield hotels that were great so maybe it was just a bad time for us but I don’t think I would stay at this location again.

This was a nice (new-ish) hotel, conveniently located between Denver and Golden, where we would be visiting. I chose the property for value, including the complimentary breakfast and the fact it has a gym. Unfortunately, the breakfast was often out of staple items (e.g. bananas, yogurt, granola, black tea.) Also, staff had to be reminded to restock items. The gym has 3 treadmills (no bikes), but only one or two treadmills worked - depending on the day. I would consider staying again, but would check first on status of equipment. Also, it is located in an area I would call a large “business park.” Very stark area. You need a car. Manager was very interested in our experience, and plans to address issues.
