Modern rooms and lobby. Perfect spot for Power & Light district and easy parking lots. Fabulous bars and nightspots in walking and safe area. Breakfast looked good but went quick with the volleyball families in town. Starbucks is in the lobby with yummy coffees and breakfast too. A total bonus! Staff was the best, from check in to helping me with a lost jacket. Tyler was awesome and I witnessed he and his team were great with every guest.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever booked. Blood stains on ALL the pillows, sheets, comforter. Everything. The “manager” works a few hours a day maybe and is the least helpful person in all of Kansas City. They still charged me for all 4 nights even though I checked out early. Nickel and diming people because I’m sure they’ll go under eventually. There were 2 nice and helpful front desk reps. They both deserve a better place to work. Housekeeping is a JOKE but not the funny kind. The owners of this property would be ashamed unless they’re the slumlord type. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE and Definitely NOT CLEAN.
