Great unique place to stay. Loved the feel of the townhouse. Loved having breakfast at the pub next door as well! I was concerned about the noise at night as I’m a light sleeper and our room was facing the main road, but with earplugs in, I was totally fine. Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Frederick Street. The location was excellent, the room was lovely, clean and tidy, and the staff were absolutely brilliant, particularly when checking in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made a real difference. There were just a few little areas that could do with some attention and freshening up, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The continental breakfast was fairly basic, and a little more choice would have been nice. Overall, a really pleasant stay in a great location, with lovely staff. We'd happily stay again and would certainly recommend it.

Would definitely visit again, probably one of the top places in Birmingham… book the junior suite, it’s elite.

Curtains not fixed properly so let’s in a lot of light from street lamp right outside. Front door not very secure, did not feel that safe as a result.
