Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New Orleans Metairie

Nice area, large parking lot, all parking same side as entrance ($7 fee). Felt safe just me & my daughter. You could walk to Outback. Whole Foods very close and Lakeside Mall. Room, bedding, and towels smelled fresh. Nice updated bathroom. Just be careful opening sliding glass door with little ones, fingers can get stuck between panels upon fully opening. Room was near elevator but mostly quiet throughout the night. Breakfast options were great. Gym was nice, will bring gym clothes next time! Will visit again

No one told me I’d be charged $7/day for parking. I’m not sure why I was. It’s not downtown. Breakfast was dissapointing. Room was ok. Bed linens were clean thankfully but bed had bad sag and very uncomfortable. I tried to sleep on the hump in the middle. Hall carpets throughout were never vacuumed the almost 3 full days of our stay. Noisy place at night.

This is my second stay was there back in December really love it is great when I return I will stay there for sure

Breakfast was okay. But they didn’t have much options. We had no issues finding a parking spot on property. It felt safe parking near the hotel.
