Clean room, comfy bed, free airport shuttle, breakfast buffet options were great (and free!), friendly staff, 24 hr coffee/tea (free!) available, and the free pool table in the lobby was fun. Convenient and price friendly for a quick layover. We walked 1 mile to Panda Express - many food/coffee/dessert/breakfast options within walking distance.

I moved to this hotel after a disastrous night at a competitor and was really blown away. This isn't the Four Seasons but everything is just perfect. I actually wished I could move in! The rooms are incredibly clean, they stock all of the important things you want and the free 24/7 coffee and tea NOT from a room coffee maker is a dream! Perfect pool. Perfect patio to relax on, free airport shuttle - this place checks every single box.

This hotel is excellent for us. 15 minutes from the airport, great staff, room super comfortable and with everything we needed. Super cool and modern lobby. Very good breakfast. Gym and board games/billiard on the lobby. Super nice. This is our second time here and we plan to keep on coming.

Shuttle from airport free -but doesn't run on weekends or after 11pm- And the ladies at the desk are so sweet and accommodating. The place felt pretty new, nice pool, clean room, breakfast and beer/snack vending in lobby.

This hotel is a good price for what it offers - nice swimming pool, great breakfast and sitting areas, including cubbies to get some work done on laptop that I used twice. Pool table was a fun way to get out of the room with the kids without leaving the hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful, and relaxed. Location is extremely convenient and the wifi included with the rate worked well. The workout gym has a good variety of equipment, used it twice. A couple restaurants also in walking distance. Whole family said it was good and met their needs and expectations.

Our room was dirty. The bed was disgusting. The phone did not work. I went downstairs and spoke with the gentleman up front and he did not seem to care one bit. Ispoke with him again at check out, and he told me theres was nothing he could do and I could tey to call and speak with someone else about rhe situation.

I was quite surprised that there was not a coffee maker in the room. Perhaps this is a new feature. Disappointing as I wake up quite early and had to get properly dressed to get a cup of coffee (although it was available 24/7). That is a comfort I enjoy in most hotels. Also, there was a loud clicking noise all night. Not sure what it was from but I thought someone was continuously trying to get into the room. I could also hear guests walking up and down the halls late at night so the sound proofing wasn't brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. But due to these other circumstances, I won't be staying here again. One final note, I had to cancel one of my nights (which I did about 3 weeks prior to my stay), but I had to pay a cancellation fee. Hence, I won't be using Hotels.com again either. Super disappointing!!

Cool new concept, but VERY small rooms with little to no sitting areas. Do not try to entertain in the room. No microwave in the room. However pool tables and tvs and microwave are in the lobby. Very clean and very accommodating.

We were thankful to come across this property and plan to stay here again in the future. The amenities were to our liking and the staff was friendly and helpful. We wish our AC unit operated better, but other than that, the room was very comfortable. Plus, we liked the breakfast and the variety of drinks and snacks available at the check-in counter.

Nice and clean room featuring a 30 sqft bathroom. I didn’t hear the rooms around through the walls but I heard hallway noises a lot while in the room. My room was located 4 floors above the entrance of the building and the rain made some heaving noise pouring on the metal sidings. Breakfast was ok.

The property itself is great. Clean and modern. Daryl Thompson, the supervisor was good and ubderstood our frustration Now the bad. We showed up short of 2 AM, after a long and tiring day if travel and getting stuck at the car rental to get a car. When we get there, the font door was locked, and nobody in reception.we rang the bell and called for 30+ minutes. Eventually another guest came in and let me in. But with no one at reception, we could not check in. I walked around the whole first floor and could not see anyone. Another couple came to teyvto check in and they Eventually left. My wife and I waited in frustration fir about 1.5 hrs until the guy Eventually show up. His justification: I'm sorry, I wa doing rounds (its a very small hotel). In reality, he was probably sleeping inban empty room or left the property. Needless to say, ive never had such a poor experience at a hotel.Hard to think this can happen at a Hilton hotel.

My favorite this about this property is the night Manager Moriah. She is always so helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. She always says hello when I come in, as I visit Dallas monthly. Moriah makes my stay at Tru Hotel feel truly personal. Thank you Moriah for always brightening my weekend!

Very friendly staff. Shuttle driver was great. We went to wrong terminal and he was nice enough to around DFW airport again even though he was late for his daughter's birthday. Somebody thank that guy!

Nice room with most things needed. Great eco soap, shampoo etc. Very comfortable. Only con was website stated breakfast starting at 6am and now weekends it is 7am. Had to catch shuttle for airport before we could get breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful food and front desk. Friendly and very pleasant! The bed was a little hard (3 people from our group). Otherwise, it was a great stay! The best part was the games, pool table and pool. Kids had a blast! Thank you!

The worst breakfast I have ever had on any hotel!!! The pancakes were like plastic, they won’t stay not even a minute. I couldn’t cut a bagel because of how hard it was. Choose this hotel to save time with the breakfast included. Big mistake !
