The shuttle service is terrible. Even though I made a reservation for a shuttle to the airport an hour before checking out, after my checkout they told me the driver did not come to work and I had to get an uber to the airport, paid out of my pocket and almost lost my flight.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this very very affordable, yet swanky and conveniently located hotel. The rooms were huge, the pool was beautiful and they have a great lobby bar.

Staff was very friendly. Gym was great! The only caveat is you are in an area where it is a mile walk to a 7-11. So you need a car if you want to do anything outside the hotel.

Called before reserving confirming our vehicle could be left on site while we traveled. Was told we could keep our vehicle parked in property for a week at no cost. Went ahead and booked. Arrived and was then told there was a daily parking rate that wasn’t explained over the phone. Not worth keeping on site since the shuttle would only come every hour to pick up and drop off.

Tv and Bluetooth speaker didn’t work, wasn’t aware there wasn’t housekeeping until after we checked in, bed was hard, pillows way too soft and covers were awkward. Worst of all the doors kept slamming all night, tons of noise, and we were woken up at 5:30am to a loud knock on our door. Worrying if someone is breaking into your room all night is not a relaxing experience. Won’t stay here again.

We stayed at the Aloft Dallas DFW Airport both before and after our trip to Italy as a sort of staging point because of its convenient location and the availability of long-term parking on the property. Excellent choice. The hotel is modern/minimalist, but very comfortable and quiet, and only a short ride from the airport. It was a great place to arrive after a long (15+ hour) trip from Milan including a very early morning flight. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was also a great benefit. The one thing to beware of is that there's not really any nearby place to eat. The hotel has a convenience bar with various things, but not real meals, and the nearest restaurants are at least a mile away as far as I could tell. This didn't really matter to us this time, but it's something to keep in mind for your planning. In every other way I would not hesitate to recommend the Aloft Dallas DFW. It provided a great start and comfortable finish to our trip.

The bed was very comfortable! What we weren’t crazy about is there is not a door to the shower area for privacy. It’s an open area. The shower has no shelves for you to put your toiletries so you have to put them on the floor. Not a fan of the minimalist feel.

No microwave or iron/iron board available. The steamer was dirty, realized after staining my shirt. The clothes hanging pole was too high for shorter people to reach. Lights were weirdly place and bright with no separation between areas. Shower didn't have any shelving for other shower products/needs. Toilet flushing was excessively loud. Room was stylish and contemporary though. The hotel seemed more of a stop-over for a younger crowd that partied too hard at its own bar/lobby area (i.e. the reception area looked like a makeshift DJ area).

Came here after cheaping out and trying to stay at a Motel 6 near Globe Life. That place was terrible, so we decided to move here at the last minute. Spacious and comfortable bed. I liked that they had an airport shuttle, which was very useful the next morning. Only complaint is we booked two queens and they put us in a King. We made it work, but it wasn't ideal. Bed was super comfortable though.

I was exhausted when I arrived. When I asked to see the menu, the staff was unconcerned and not sure if they were serving or not. The girl at the desk was sitting there eating (extremely unprofessional) but couldn't be bothered to make me a salad. The ice maker on floor 3 was broken so it involved running down to 2nd floor to get ice. Saulo got ice for me a couple of times since I have limited use of my left leg. He brought me fresh towels and was very polite. I hope he got the tip I left in the room for him.

After a 2 hour delayed flight, I arrived at 3AM to stand in the lobby for 45 minutes because the system was down. Staff had to walk me to my room and open it because the system could not sync keys to rooms. I was told that my room card would be slid under the door…it was not. I was not able to leave the room without being locked out. I also booked a king room and was give a double bed room. When checking out I explained how dissatisfied I was and the receptionists were not the least apologetic.

Called ahead to ask if early check in was available (day of about 2 hours prior). Was informed for a fee it was available. Booked the hotel, planning on checking in early so I could change before a meeting. Get there to find out, they did not have any rooms available for early check in. Never would have stayed here if I understood that.

Easy check-in, comfortable and nice rooms. The bartender was a little rude and was in a booth playing on his phone and was not helpful when it came to ordering something to eat. Stated to the fact that the food was “terrible and if he was starving to death he wouldn’t even eat there”. He turned three couples away and told them to not eat the food there.

This hotel was wonderful. The pictures do it just. Staff were extremely friendly! Only downfall was no restaurant. They did however have a bar that served bar foods. I would definitely stay again. It’s very close to the airport for those of you that are catching a flight the next morning like we did.
