The property is very quiet, impeccably clean and modern. The rooms are new and have all new furnishings, as well as beautifully designed bathroom, glass door shower with sitting bench. Absolutely beautiful. They also served a delicious, fresh continental breakfast, conveniently located in the lobby area. This hotel also has a pool and a stare of the art gym facility.

Great place, service and price. The hotel offers free transportation to the airport and nearby areas (5 miles), which is very convenient. It’s very clean and renovated. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast included has several different options unlike other hotels. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice hotel. It had a walkin shower. Big nice bed and big TV. There is an indoor pool with an exercise room. Good breakfast with cold and hot cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon and waffles. Hope to stay there again!!!

The staff were amazing. They have courtesy van service that dropped and picked you from the airport whenever you need it. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice without unnecessary grandeur

The property is very clean, convenient and the staff is very friendly. Specially Azalea at the breakfast facility, she was very kind and helpful to everybody. There is a fair selection of choices for the breakfast which is constantly refilled and replenish. Rooms are very quiet and beds very comfortable, nice TV sets and WiFi is fast (even the basic connectivity). The gym is good conditions as well the small indoor pool. Self-parking is complimentary as well.

Only issue i faced during my stay was i had to every day step to front desk for towels in fitness room. And every day they promised the cleaning staff will add towels in Fitness room. But besides last day which was on Friday when i was to check every day i had to ask for towels. I did not expect this from Marriott owned chain. I had stayed in Westin last year and it was way better.

Best hotel stay in a long while! The shared spaces of this property were updated and well kept. The 2nd floor hall was the same, and my room was fantastic! King Standard, so I was surprised to have a nice couch/living area. Cleanest hotel room (seemingly-I’m not one to black light a room) that I can remember. Stylish and well-appointed. Linens felt good, and bath shower products were lovely. Decent coffee in room and at breakfast. I did overhear a conversation at breakfast, of one friend discovering the other had an upgraded bathroom, as did I (modern, walk-in glass shower), so apparently you could end up with a shower curtained situation. Staff was the most pleasant and accommodating that I have dealt with in years. Front desk staff to shuttle driver JJ (24hrs and a 5 mile radius, btw!), to breakfast staff-everyone was professional and kind. Outside of building was well-lit and had cameras. Breakfast was what you’d expect for ‘free’. Marriott could probably change out the signage, because they showcase much nicer offerings than the reality, but it’s a fine start to the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Fairfield Inn and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I was impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the lobby, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was clean with attention to detail that truly stood out. The linens were fresh, the bathroom gleamed, and every corner of the room had been carefully maintained. What really made my stay memorable, though, was the outstanding customer service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the friendly front desk team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist. If you’re looking for a place where cleanliness is a priority and the customer service is second to none, I can’t recommend Fairfield Inn (Grapevine) highly enough. Terrible experience in all! A/C wasn’t working No internet or WiFi & TVs were also out for the night. None of this was brought to my attention upon check in so once I made it to my room and discovered all that was wrong I headed back down to request a refund which I imagined seeing how this was all hotel’s fault I would be accommodated but Not at all just no help whatsoever all I got offered was a “sorry” just plain horrible, All of this is completely unacceptable especially when the rates are so high I would expect to get what I pay for. What a waste of money! I ended up just having to leave and stay in the Aloft hotel next door! So glad I made the change ALOFT gets 5star.

Second afternoon of the stay the in room internet would not work. Called the front desk. Staff said the maintenance man was gone for the day and I would have to wait until sometime the following morning. I explained that I would be checking out the following morning. After approximately 20 minutes later the front desk called the room and said I could try reaching behind the TV and unplugging and plugging back in the electronics. This really felt like Motel 6. No offense to Motel 6.

Even though me and my wife stay one night the evening was not good right around 4qm there were people in the hall were arguing. and the wall are not insulated well enough. I could here people talking from the walls. The staff was good but just got to check the halls from time to time. I told my wife that will thing about staying there at the Faifield Inn if this is still happening maybe we just have to find another Hotel to stay. Sorry for the disappointment on our visit.

Very clean and convenient for everything we needed to get to. We visited for a Cowboys game, and toured The Star in Frisco the next day. This was practically right in between, and very close to grapevine mills and bass pro, which my son loved. Short drive from DFW. We felt safe, breakfast was free, and the showers were amazing. We would definitely choose this property again. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly. My son and i styed while traveling and there was a lot to do close by for one night stay. Legoland and the escape room were in the mall and was just a few minute drive. Plenty of dining options close by as well.

My stay was quiet, clean & safe. Only thing I would change is the hot breakfast menu and in particular, the home potatoes. They are gritty, watery, slightly crunchy (not cooked long enough) and lack flavor. Add some bell peppers and onions to the recipe to spice it up. It would be a major hit. Otherwise, the breakfast is good. Would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

It is a regular motel for a night stay when you are in town or for a conference if you live in the area but it is not worth driving back home (our case). The hotel was clean, the shower is spacious (we do not have any ADA needs, so I can't speak for those). Check in staff didn't seem to be too jazzed about their job, I guess. Not rude. Just not super welcoming either. Check out staff was friendlier. But other than that, everything went smoothly. I specially enjoyed the fact that they had alternatives for people with dietary restrictions in their breakfast buffet. Including oat milk and an egg & kale frittata. Small detail, but significant for people with food intolerances.
