The shower door was broken and it didn’t close properly, so the floor was wet all the time. One one staff member was friendly, the rest didn't know what hospitality means.

The room is very dark, even they have the lights on. Also, the hair dryer is not working even i reported, they just don't care, NO customer service at all. Very disappointing. A bad decision

Wellll, I didn't know it from the pics or description on Expedia (I figured the "Adults Only" just meant no kids), but believe me when I tell you, it's 100% a s*x hotel. With that being said, it was very clean, and I decided to stay anyway. Easily worth the money, and besides, you get some extra noises at night to fall asleep to 😂
