The staff is the best part of this hotel! Every single person we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning bar on the 38th floor. The buffet breakfast is delicious and extensive. The rooms are large and have amazing bath tubs. Would definitely return to this centrally located hotel and recommend it to everyone.

We recently stayed for a week at Sofitel reforma México City.. the hotel is luxurious, glamorous and beautiful ! The staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming! Julián Morales guest experience manager was friendly, attentive to detail, helpful and welcoming! The food was excellent, the swimming pool was as vibe! Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip there!
