The hotel overall was very nice. The decor is weird in my opinion. Aloft style odd contemporary. To me it's a little off-putting, but to each their own in terms of decorating. The lobby is nice. Things are definitely over-priced, but I guess that's what you get in a large downtown metropolitan hotel. Astronomical prices, like the $75 (taxes included) valet fee for 24 hrs parking. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom too. The shower had a door that made a very loud noise when the door was slid open and closed. I am not a fan of having to go down the hall to get my own water, but I get the Canadians' love of sustainability. I would say that the hotel was very nice. Extremely well located for us since we walked to dinner and the Rogers Centre for Ed Sheeran. But it is overly expensive, but I guess that's what we all have to live with now.

Wonderful hotel: clean, up-to-date, comfortable bed. Wonderful staff all around: the front desk staff, the lounge and restaurant staff, and (especially) the valets. Truly exceptional restaurant. The hotel was a touch pricier than some of its neighbors, but it was very worthwhile.
