The entire experience of Revery was outstanding! Staff at check-in wonderful. The lobby bar and sitting area fantastic! Spencer, Marvin , Karhtic along with several others during my stay are exemplary employees! I've not staying anywhere where I can have a more inviting conversation

Parking was across the hotel in a garage.

Great stay- walkable location, restaurants, grocery & dollar store. Downside- Valet parking $75 underground using an elevator.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, the only comment will be the valet parking gets very crowded as you are fighting with everyone else that are leaving at checkout time to retrieve your car.

The hotel was walking about 10 min walking distance to the Roger Center where we watch the Blue Jay vs Tiger baseball game. Also next to the Roger Center was the CN tower, Ripley's Aquarium ( awesome aquarium too see) The hotel was clean and upgraded. Only downside is the parking is valet and is $60 but if you park across the street from the hotel there is a public parking enclosed only $36 a day.

The room was very clean, staff very welcoming, didn’t eat at their restaurant or have breakfast though. Parking was very easy to do which was right across the street. Would highly recommend this hotel and would book again when back in Toronto!

Everything was great but the valet was slow. Took me 30 minutes to get my vehicle

The hotel is very nice! The scent is very overwhelming in the lobby however. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was great! Big downfall was the valet parking. $75 and waited over an hour for my car to arrive, they would not let me get it myself. The manager did refund the valet charge. I would suggest parking in the self serve car park down the street.

The staff is very nice. The hotel has a good vibe, elegant and friendly. The room was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The gym was really good.

There was a strong odor (possibly cologne) in the lobby area

This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything and near major street car lines if you need to go further. Clean, well decorated room. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend

This place is definitely on the lower end of the downtown Toronto pricing spectrum but the reviews were good so we gave it a try. Bad idea. Should’ve paid an extra $100 to go somewhere else. Check-in was very difficult. The valet parking garage only appeared to have one person working during the 3 p.m. check-in hour. We waited in the left turn lane in front of the hotel for more than 25 minutes waiting for enough room to open up inside the garage (which fits about three cars in the entryway). This garage has a car elevator in it, so with one person working it took an extremely long time to clear the few cars that were inside to open up room for a few more to enter, including mine. Once we got inside, 30 minutes after our check-in time, we were informed our room wasn’t ready and were told we could have a seat or drop our luggage head out into downtown and they’d call when it was ready. We got the call at 4:56 pm, which was 1 hour 56 minutes after check-in time. We chose the latter. Upon returning to the hotel to check in, we paid our $150 room deposit and headed up to our room, which was clearly NEVER CLEANED despite the two-hour check-in delay. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, and in the tub and on the toilet. Also, the towel hanging in the bathtub was wet from a previous guest. Absolutely disgusting. On top of all of the above, there was a random hat just sitting in front of the window (curtains were open when we got in) so it’s clear nobody cleaned

The room was not clean. Our socks were covered in dust every day.

Clean modern hotel.

Clean room. Great location

Gave us a room on 3rd floor and said were fully booked. Exhaust and ventilation is terrible throughout the building. Lots of dust bunnies were encountered hence we asked for a switch of rooms. The attendant at first said nothing is available but then changed her mind and gave us another room when we said more rooms were available to book online

Very courteous staff, room was spotless and spacious!! Outstanding location!! Walkable to Rogers Centre.

Room was spotless. Bed was so comfortable. Great amenities. Great proximity for walking to the stadium, shopping, public transit. Would definitely stay here again.

My first visit to Toronto and I really enjoyed my stay at Revery. The hotel was modern and the room was clean, spacious and had some great features such as a large TV, a nice shower, and a one-touch button to notify staff if I wanted the room to be refreshed. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to CN Tower, the financial district, Old Town, various restaurants and bars etc. as well as Union train station. I would definitely recommend the hotel to people visiting Toronto.

Had very little hot water.

Large rooms, clean, quiet, confortable bed and pillows, big tv, amazing shower, nespresso machine and capsules in room.

Hotel is fine and clean. Good location. Lights in room on fancy push buttons. Complete nightmare.

The hotel was beautiful and would absolutely stay again. My only issue was that there were 4 of us in the room and the bathroom door didn't close/lock. It was a sliding barn door and made the stay a bit uncomfortable for using the facilities and shower. Not enough towels in the room either.

Then we were checked into another room. We were assured repeatedly at the front desk that the room was feather free ( my wife is allergic). When my wife got very stuffed up and wheezy we checked the bedding to find pillows and comforter were 100% Down. We called at 9 pm to have the bedding changed. Housekeeping were very prompt, efficient and apologetic. The room is high tech. It takes a manual to operate the lights ( no manual). Some of the room controls are on the tv. Our remote wasn’t working ( dead batteries). We couldn’t get a kettle. Our only option was to call for hot water from the restaurant. They did not come with a carafe but a small cup. For a high tech ultra modern hotel, it was deplorable.

Before I check in I have confirmed many times with the hotel regarding with my early arrival. They all said they will have arranged for me when I am arrived. But when I am arriving they told me there is no room for me I have to wait until 3pm. My flight arrives at 7am therefore I have to stay at my rental car with my husband and my kid. I wasn’t expecting that happening since I already let the hotel know. However, after we check in they assign a room that was close to street. Which I can hear all the noice in my room while I am in bed. I didn’t request for room change because I know they won’t listen and even though they will get you a new room there might be another issue. It was not a very happy present stay at the hotel. However I won’t pick this hotel ever again. Highly not recommend to stay at this hotel if you have young kids.

The property was very clean and staff friendly. Unfortunate our room’s AC unit/fan banged super loud. We were only there for 1 day but was definitely hard to sleep with the banging.

The room was really nice, loved the modern feel and light controls. Would absolutely stay here again. We were worried about the street noise when we arrived but on the 15th floor we barely heard anyrhing from below.

Very cool retro yet modern style to the place, comfortable rooms with the latest tech (built in type C chargers, room control panel for lights and curtains located by bed headboard made going to bed convenient, motion sensor lights in bathroom etc). Great location - right downtown, close to lots of shopping and cafes/restaurants, main attractions in TO (CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, walking distance to China Town, Kensington Market, etc.) There are cheaper options in the area but this was a very nice stay and would stay here again.

Cristina at the front desk was absolutely amazing one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at this hotel location over 70 times.

One of the nicest hotels I stayed at in downtown Toronto. Very thoughtful design. Arrived early and they let me check in. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Was surprised that the front office staff was not very friendly nor helpful. We felt that they looked dismissive and aloof.

Newish hotel in such a great location, clean, easy check-in, attentive professional and polite staff, accommodating to requests. Got a great deal too. Couldn’t ask for more.

10/10 experience. The hotel is beutiful and feels very new. The staff was very acomidating, late checkout and they allowed us to leave our car in their parking for a couple hours after checkout to enjoy the city. Would highly recommend

We stayed 2 nights with a handicapped senior and the staff was very helpful in allowing us to check in early. Hotel was close to Rogers Stadium and Aquarium. We would stay again

The lack of clarity on deposits and charges was very disappointing. Being told to read the small print on the internet booking form is a shabby and frankly disingenuous way out. Staff had differing information and were uncertain of things. The customer definitely does not come first here.

Wonderful hotel. Safe and walkable area with various dining options relatively close dining options.

The location was fantastic. Walkable to Rogers Centre and a number of great restaurants and other sites. We enjoyed the hotel and neighborhood immensely.

Came for a weekend jays series. Easy walk from Union Station and super close to Rodgers Centre. Hotel was clean, modern and staff was super friendly. Staying here again next time in Toronto.

The rooms were nice and clean. The signage is very poor. There was parking behind the Hotel, but I was not told about that. The lounge was embarrassing, the worst draft beer I ever tasted, no support or training for staff. Limited product knowledge for the staff and no inventory for drinks.

Great stay at the Revery. Slightly disappointed that our room was missed by room service one day, and the restaurant was not open at the time advertised on the website. Still a fantastic spot to stay and special thanks to Dustin for the impeccable check-in.

Great hotel, service and food!

Disappointed in restaurant hours and food

My room was beautifully decorated with a rich coloured velour couch and an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The cafe on the first floor has oat milk lattes and gluten and dairy free muffins. Overall a 5 star rating plus a competitive price for travellers who want a classy hotel but balk at Toronto prices.

Lovely new hotel - very clean and modern rooms, and the breakfast was enjoyable!

Great hotel. Spacious rooms. Just empty minibar and no service after 11PM

The Revery was fantastic. Very chic and the suite was plush. Super comfortable….great bathroom, nice coffee set up, and the staff was helpful and polite. The cafe has fresh baked croissants in the morning and you can’t beat that!

The rooms were so gorgeous. I love the dining options available and the food at the restaurant was amazing.
