Beautiful hotel, fantastic attentive staff. Spoilt only by the excessively loud music round the adult only wet bar. Appear to be catering more for the day visitors than the guests paying to stay at the hotel. Further spoilt on Saturday night by extremely loud music from the beach club until 2am. Appreciate the vibe the hotel is trying to create, but would expect events like this to be communicated to the guests so they’re forewarned! That aside, a fantastic hotel.

The W Palm was an amazing hotel situated on the West Coast of the Palm Jumeriah. Views, dining, restuarants and hospitality was as expected from a luxurious resort set on The Palm, W Dubai - The Palm offers private beach access, several sparkling pools, plenty of live entertainment and several top restuarants. Highly recommended.

Not a five star hotel by any means. The beach/pool amenities are old and outdated. It will take 25-45 minutes to get any drinks or foods. Beach service especially, is beyond slow and they were out of like half the food options. The food is very average and they give you wooden utensils. The rooms are fine nothing special. They are also building a massive complex next door so all you heard at the beach was construction noises all day long. I’d look elsewhere if you want a true five star hotel experience.

The Palm W is a really nice hotel, from food to staff to facilities. We had a great time at the hotel, my only issue is the foul smell once you step out of the elevator on the 1st floor, I have no clue if its damp, mold or just because its artificial land. It really bothered me considering it was such a nice hotel overall. To the W, please fix this its something we cant miss when we come in.

It was a busy time if the year so i guess the hotel was under pressure and hence a few mistakes on billing etc. The House keeping did not do a great job pf cleaning the room or leaving sufficient towels for 4 guests. We had to ask every day. Room needs a really good clean

Awful checkin process very slow. Over an hour after arrival called to see where luggage was and they couldn’t find it. In total took 1hour 40mins to receive luggage because they had to find it. Shower also flooded bathroom, on arrival so had to call to get it fixed. However, the pool and beach was amazing. Amazing roof top views of the palm from SoBe. And very good sized room and balcony with good air conditioning. But checkin process was very stressful and I’d expect significantly better from a 5 star hotel and not for our luggage to go missing.

We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for being so kind, helpful and attentive. The hotel smells amazing, very clean and tech savvy. Everything is literally at the touch of a button. We stayed in the spectacular room with the view of the pool and the Atlantis hotel in the distance. The room was a good size for two adults, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was probably one of the best I’ve experienced! All the staff provided exceptional service, especially Moses (door ambassador) he had great customer service and a friendly smiling face whenever he saw us! As the music can get quite loud from the pool/rooftop at certain times I am glad they have a quiet prayer room located on the ground floor. The pool is lovely and sun beds are comfortable, I understand it can get quite busy so there can be delays with free beds/loungers and beverages however I believe if the pool bar staff could be honest about waiting times that would appreciated. I was told my drink would be a few minutes but it was 20 minutes in 37 degrees heat so if I had known I would have gone to get some AC and returned. Also, if the used towels could be removed off the beds/loungers no longer in use more efficiently that would also help. As I said, I understand it does get busy. All pool staff/lifeguard were all lovely to speak to. Overall, my husband and I were very happy to stay here and would definitely return. Thank you W! X

Hotel is outdated. Rooms are outdated. Rooms are also too dark even with the lights on. Curtains ripped. Stains on pillows, stains on patio couches. Unable to accommodate with Nut allergy. Random excuses. Limited food options. Buffet breakfast or Bar Al a cart. Bar breakfast was excellent, but wish there was a restaurant with outside seating for breakfast. Drinks at a pool/wet deck were also diluted and weak. Staff was nice, welcoming, friendly. No complaints about staff.

So the room did not have a refrigerator, it had a "chiller" not did not keep anything cold, it made it slightly below room temperature. This resort is not worth the price, have a much better time and value elsewhere on the palm. Also the check in process took over 30 mins just to check-in. The only saving grace for this resort is how friendly the staff are, they worked hard and were happy to assist you.

We booked this hotel for a weeks stay and thought it would be great stay for a peaceful week on the Palm, how wrong we were…..we booked the Marvelous Jacuzzi Suite, when we arrived we were told that this was the only Marvelous suite available. Upon entering our room we were really impressed with the size of it and it was a lovely suite….however we were not made aware prior to our arrival that our balcony would be facing a building site of a new hotel which just banged & clattered all day & night and also we were overlooking a beach club that had music booming all day 9am-9pm, we are not by any means party poopers but at no point in our weeks stay were we able to relax inside or outside our suite due to the noise and the dust outside on the balcony was beyond a joke, our jacuzzi was filled with it and the floors were awful to walk on with the dust & grit from the building site. The only part that we enjoyed was breakfast as it was really enjoyable and all the staff are very attentive and there is a good selection of food & beverages to choose from. I would not recommend this hotel, have stayed in several hotels on the Palm and this one really disappointed me I’m afraid.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The biggest highlight is the staff — they are truly exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly, warm, and professional. The service level is outstanding. Mr. Serhan and Ms. Emi at the reception were amazing; they upgraded us to a beautiful room and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Mr. Mavi provided fantastic restaurant recommendations every day, and Ms. Fatima in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and sweet. The only downside is that there are limited evening activities. Expected a seamless check in since they emailed us multiple times requesting our flight information and arrival times. Booked a marvelous suite room and confirmed a 2pm arrival. Arrived at check in at 2:15 they told us the previous guest checked out at noon and they needed 30 minutes to finish cleaning and gave us the keys to a regular room until ours was finished. No problem, and a nice gesture. An hour later, no call, so we call down to reception who tell us they will check and call back but should be less than 30 minutes. 2 hours later, call again with same answer. We are both jetlagged and tired and have reservations to a show and dinner downtown. Finally go downstairs and talk to someone new thankfully. She comes upstairs 10 minutes later with our suite keys and we rush upstairs to shower and change frantically to get ready for our show. Complete waste of paying for a suite since the 4 hour's of the day we wanted to spend enjoying it we couldn't. Which we wouldnt of minded as much if the receptionist didnt keep lying to us. Just tell us from the beginning it wont be ready for 4 hours not itll be 30 minutes over and over. As a guy its not a big deal for me. But my wife thought we would be changing rooms quickly sowas hesitant to unpack all her bags to find her dress and makeup and shoes and accessories only to repack everything. Turns out we could of. Besides that the suite ( and temporary room) were nice. Most of the staff were friendly. Clean and very nice pool areas

Property was nice but out of the way from many amenities. Service wasn’t bad but need to work on delivering what they promise. Had a lot of trouble with transport from hotel to Dubai attractions. Need a better system and have more taxis on hand for guest especially because it’s a five star hotel. Very disappointed as it took time away from our busy schedule and we weren’t able to see all the attractions we where hoping to. Would like it if your customer relations team could reach out to me regarding the above comments.

Oh my we have enjoyed a fantastic 5 nights at W Dubai - The Palm. Really welcoming from the start. Food fantastic, DJ for the adult pool great. Plenty of beds to lounge. Also a wonderful group of family pools and the beach is a super view and area to watch the sun go down. We were part working, but our downtime was great fun. Lovely staff team throughout and plenty of taxis available to take you off to see the sights. No issues with traffic and we will definitely return soon. I forgot to mention that we had a lovely view day and night of the local area.

今回half boardで1泊しましたが、ゆっくり滞在するならhalf board以上にすることをお勧めします。周囲にはレストランを含め店舗が一切なく、水を買いに行くにもタクシーで10分以上かかります。その代わりビュッフェの質、メニューの種類共に最高です。ドバイにはたくさん高級ホテルがありますが、その中でもかなり上位に入ると思います。ホテルのコンセプトが独特なので好き嫌いははっきりと分かれますが、こういうノリが好きな人は（事前にスナックや飲み物をしっかり買い込んでおけば）最高の時間を過ごせると思います

I did like the hotel but I found out that all Inclusive is not Inclusive. its limited menu and pretty much all inclusive in the buffet. which also small choices of food. also when you ask something, you have to ask few people because you can't get the right answer from one person. stayed at Jw Marriott the week before and finish my trip 3 days at the W palm. what a difference in food, customer service and rooms. big difference, they need to copy JW on everything, even the staff.

Never came back again.Ther day before we were to leave my wife had a bad case of food poising from one of the restaurants in the hotel. My wife was very sick, and I needed to call the doctor as she was very unwell (shacking, dehydrated, body aching then diarrhea and vomiting over 20 times with a temperature in excess of 38* to 39*). The doctor came and put her on IV drip (4 different drips), plus medication. To make it worse my wife was bed ridden, we were all stressed, and I advised the reception that night that we would need to hold the room. They said it’s fine (no one has booked the room to date) and available to finalise in the morning. To my dismay they then advised us we had to relocate to another smaller room the following day, whilst my wife was still in pain, lying in bed with still symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. Whilst being sick my wife had to pack her bags with us and relocate to another floor which was way further from the lifts which aggravated my wife to walk further. I believe before you give this room away it should be fully sterilised by health requirements which shocked me that it was leased to another party in a couple hours, we vacate the room. We are very disappointed with the hotel and the way we have been treated, saying you probably got it from eating out of the hotel, but this was not the case as we didn’t leave the hotel for 2 days prior. My daughter then got an eye infection and temperature over 39*, doctor believes it was from the pool

Great stay. the pool and beach was fun and the food was really good. We at the buffets and at the restaurants. Was kid friendly but also felt hip for young parents. Akira the Japanese restaurant was so nice to us and accommodated our two little kids while allow us parents to have a fine dining experience.

Excellent service, the staff were brilliant and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing! Evening buffet dinner at Liv was superb. Can’t wait to come back

The W Dubai is absolutely beautiful! We loved our stay and had the chance to dine in four of the restaurants - all incredible. More than anything the service was top! We loved the Wet Deck!

Can not fault anything hotel Was clean and breakfast was out of this world , service great Location if tour planning on walking is a little out Also limited for restaurants inside As they were a bit average

Not a five star hotel by any means. The beach/pool amenities are old and outdated. It will take 25-45 minutes to get any drinks or foods. Beach service especially, is beyond slow and they were out of like half the food options. The food is very average and they give you wooden utensils. The rooms are fine nothing special. They are also building a massive complex next door so all you heard at the beach was construction noises all day long. I’d look elsewhere if you want a true five star hotel experience.
