Very clean hotel! Was great to have a market and restaurants within walking distance. Did not like that you have to pay to park. We did do valet parking which was $30 a day or you can park yourself and i believe that was around $20 a day

This is a newer hotel that is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. But it is in downtown Towson so parking is in an adjacent garage ($10 for overnight self park). There is also a very small area to pull up and unload so that is a little incovenient if you have a lot of stuff. Whole Foods just steps away and a wine store across the street. The gym is great! Very spacious and clean with tons of equipment.

I really thought our room was nice but the parking situation was very frustrating. It was hard to ascertain where to pull on initial arrival. The self park was too far away in my view & actually very expensive for self-park.

The property was very nice. I liked the room and the breakfast. I didn't like that they didn't have free parking, and that the closet parking was a parking garage up the street from the hotel. It was lovely that the hotel was nearby a wonderful grocery store and other eateries.

Ok…..let me start out by saying that this was a great place to stay. No issues when comes to safety in area as the police are out on foot. In terms of parking, it’s a quick walk maybe 3 minutes away. Upon arrival, you need to pull in and unload in front of the doors. There is no requirement for valet. I will be staying at location anytime we visit Baltimore as there are so many shops you can walk too along places to grab a bite. Indoor pool and outdoor fireplace at night. Breakfast includes sandwiches that were amazing.

Had a sign on the pool it was closed for maintenance. Later on we saw people swimming in it. I had a suit and was planning to swim. Mixed messages about it from staff. May at front desk was helpful. Other two at front desk seemed confused as to the parking situation. Bed was too firm.

Great stay. Extremely clean. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Water pressure was great. Bed was very comfortable. And breakfast/coffee were decent. We will definitely stay again! Front desk employees were the rudest I have ever encountered. The common areas were not kept clean. They allowed parties in the room adjacent to lobby which is for all guests’ use. Often out of coffee and condiments /paper goods. Area unkempt and dirty.

Computer was down, delaying check in. No apology. Sink drain didn’t work and was emitting a sharp sewage odor. Reported to front desk and was told there would be an immediate response. Upon returning 5 hours later, the drain had been worked on but still didn’t work and the odor was pronounced. Reported again on check out. No apology or other response. We asked to at least have parking reduced from $20. Was told the best they could do was $15. Fine. Bill was for $20 anyway.

Our stay was definitely a 2.5/5. The property was clean, the room was nice, the amenities were good, and the staff was nice and friendly. However, the walls are extremely thin, the room next to us was very loud and disruptive during our stay. The beds were not that comfortable, and the pillows are HORRIBLE to sleep on. Overall, was not very satisfied and will not be staying here again.

Rooms were large and had a sitting area and kitchenette, which was equipped with a mugs, plates, dishwasher and small fridge. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was basic with basic shower head. No shower hose or multiple settings on shower. Parking is close for a fee. Hotel is near food/coffee shops as well as supermarket. I felt safe walking to and fro at night.

Second trip to this property. Staff friendly on both occasions Breakfast selection good and rooms clean and sizeable. Although the beds are hard!! Shout out to the bell staff who are always pleasant and fast!! We walked to dinner from hotel two nights in a row. So nice to have that ability

We were in town for a college tour. Room was spacious and comfortable for me, my husband, and daughter. Rooms layouts are very nicely designed. There is an actual door to the bedroom and separate entrances to the shared bathroom was very nice. Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The distance to the parking garage was less than desirable. I was in Rm. 211 and the “view” from the room was of overflowing dumpsters of garbage. The tops of the dumpsters were open and literally had bags of garbage hanging out of and around the dumpsters!

Hotels.com made a mistake when I changed the dates of my stay on the app with the virtual agent but the front desk at Home2 were great and took care of everything so my stay was not ruined. I was very happy with the excellent customer service!

Hotel was nice but noise carried a lot. Our room was right next to the elevators so we asked for a more quiet room when we arrived but staff quickly replied that they were sold out and unable to relocate us (even tho the website showed rooms available to book). Doors slamming, kids playing in rooms and in hallway, stomping above us until after 2am. I had to put clothes on to go upstairs to see who was making all the noise to ask them to be quiet. We barely slept and requested a late check out but were quickly denied due ro being "sold out"- again the website showed over 15 rooms available. I called hotels.com to try to arrange the 1 hour late check out and it was then granted. Def wouldnt stay here again.

I checked in early and easily through the app. When we arrived, Jon immediately helped us with our bags and answered all our questions. The parking was a block away. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, plenty of space and clean.

Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in after 3:00pm. Hotel said they were inspecting the room and it took them an hour and 15 minutes to do that . Fire alarm was pulled and or set off by someone smoking in their room.

Great location, near restaurants. Truly recommended to families and college students who want to visit Towson University. I stayed for other reason, but I used to live here many years ago and have seen a great progress around the area.

It was a basic towel, but it was so clean. The breakfast is really really good and the shower. Oh my gosh, I love the shower. The water from the shower was wonderful. It made me not wanna go home.

The staff at the included breakfast were awesome! They kept everything stocked well and worked very hard. There was a great selection of food and they kept it well stocked! Our room was spacious and quiet. The gym was clean and the pool appeared clean and well kept.
