Hotel was a little hard to find but was extremely quiet being near the 2 train stations. Breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from. Brandon Gabriel in the breakfast room was a great help answering questions.

The staff was very friendly ! Breakfast was excellent, so much choice. The facilities are top class, lovely decor. The room are clean and very quiet. I’ll stay there again !

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We booked this hotel twice during our trip once at the beginning and once at the end and reserved two rooms each time for a total of four people. We paid for rooms that accommodate two guests each. At the beginning of our trip, we received exactly the room type we booked, so I know what we paid for. The rooms had either two twin beds or one larger bed and were clearly intended for two guests. On our second stay, however, we were given two small single-occupancy rooms with a small bed and only one towel in each room. These were clearly rooms intended for one person, not two. Even the Hotels.com booking confirmation does not list these small queen-bed/single rooms as an option for a two-person reservation, making it clear that this was not the room category we booked. As a result, one person had to sleep on the floor on my wife’s birthday because the room simply could not accommodate two adults. Very disappointing. We paid for two-person rooms but were assigned single rooms instead. I expect a hotel to provide the room type that was booked, especially when we’ve already stayed in the exact same hotel earlier in the trip and know what the proper accommodations should have been.

Seriously great venue, friendly and helpful staff for the entire duration. Clean and tidy hotel and great room layout! Was a little nervous about being right outside the train station however we didn’t hear a single train despite them coming in and out of the station throughout our stay! Great location All in all amazing venue which we will definitely reuse in the future

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I’d happily stay again. It’s great value for money and ideal for a one night stay, especially if you have an early train. The surrounding area feels a little rough, but the hotel itself is gated, so I felt very safe staying here on my own. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer trip. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom isn’t fully separate from the bedroom, so it doesn’t feel particularly comfortable if you’re spending much time in the room. Overall, it’s a great, affordable option for a quick overnight stay, and I’d definitely book again for that purpose.
