Neapolitan Breakfast

I would give it a 7 STAR if possible. I must say, I travel a lot, specially to Italia and this is one of the better places I have stayed in Napoli. STAFF: Mattia went several times out of his way to make accommodations extra special (meeting us at the last min when we forgot to let him know about our arrival, bringing breakfast to room on one morning and providing vouchers for the other mornings; providing us with great restaurant and tour info for Napoli). The housekeepers were fantastic as well and very helpful. On our first day, we were fortunate enough to witness the Pope parade past our hotel. Mattia helped us with the exact timing of it so we were right there in front as the Pope passed in front of us on his popemobile. A bucket list item.... LOCATION: Very central, 2 min walk to the Metro and many shopping and eating places. The staff was wonderful. You have to try the Gelato shop next to the hotel, FANTASTICO... When not if, I go back to Napoli, definitely staying here...

Matthias greeted us at the street, assisted us with luggage, made our check-in very convenient, and gave us the proper information in the Neighbourhood

Great and clean room!

Property was very difficult to find but once found it was a good experience. Very clean room and the staff was very nice .

Nice stay at this centrally located hotel. Easy access to the metro and walking to all areas especially Centro Storico. So many great restaurants nearby, and Mattia from the hotel gave lots of touring and restaurant information. Inside the hotel had been freshly painted just before we arrived. The rooms were large and clean.
