Hilton Garden Inn North Conway

Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is surprisingly good, everything is very delicious. They even have fresh juice for kids in those cute spill proof cups. Pool is warm and shallow, great for little kids to have a splash when it's too hot outside. All in all, great experience and will stay here again in the future.

Great clean new hotel. Only complaint is the laundry, the prices arent listed and I spent a small fortune doing laundry during a camping trip, should've just gone to a laundromat.

Clean room. Staff friendly. Parking good. We only ate breakfast there on Friday morning. The eggs were sitting in some kind of liquid. The potatoes were not crisp. Not impressed.

The hot tub was not there, the fireplace is outside and was not lit, which was one of the main things we were looking forward to. The pool was extremely small. We booked a suite and paid way too much for what we got. Bathrooms were clean. This suite was clean, but considering how much we paid we expected a lot more.

The hotel appeared to be new. Check in was quick and efficient. The pool was clean. As we settled in for the night and pulled down the beds, we discovered blood stains on a pillowcase. I called the front desk and they immediately replaced the pillow. It left me with an uneasy feeling that the rest of the linens were likely dirty as well. As we lay down for bed, the family noticed a noise coming from possibly an HVAC unit. It was not the floor unit in the room. The noise was uneven, low - it reminded me of when you only open one window in the car and you get the weird noise/suction feeling. It made it very difficult to sleep. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room. With the strange noise, blood stained pillowcase, and the potential dirty bedsheets I felt it was needed. The front desk staff claimed there were no rooms available to switch us, however, the website still had rooms available. I was supposed to be contacted by the general manager the next day to discuss the concerns of our stay. It is a week later and I still haven’t heard anything – I did stop at the front desk to follow up, and call the general manager myself. It seems like they still need to do some work to get this hotel in shape for guests. Blood stains on the linens are a huge red flag. It would be a wise choice to use one of them many other hotels in North Conway at this point.

Beautiful new property. Could tell they needed staff, maybe short staffed. A plate of food sat in the hallway 4th floor- for 2-3 days? Rooms were pretty clean, but needed a good vacuum, and the vents on the AC were filthy! Hotel may need a more thorough cleaning.

Hilton Garden Inn in North Conway NH is a new hotel.We found it to be modern,clean and welcoming.Our room was large and well appointed with a desk chair and large chair to read or just relax. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and large counter with sink.All in all an A plus hotel and stay.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I found long hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat cover, and there was a visible dirty stain on the side of the toilet. This gave the impression that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay.

The property appears to be brand-new, the desk clerk who checked me in was very polite, friendly, and professional, and the room was very nice. The internet, however, was slow.

The hotel was beautiful, the hotel had only been open for a week. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing I would change is the PILLOWS! My husband and I did not sleep the entire night. Worst pillows we have ever slept on. The pillows were very flat, We probably should have called the service desk to see if they had a different kind. Just a head up.

There is so much to like about this hotel that you might wonder why it gets an average rating? Sound proofing, or a general lack thereof... This place is too new and carries the Hilton name which I expect to convey a quiet that this hotel simply doesn't have. It is really too bad because the design is very nice in most every way. The noise from both adjoining rooms and the hallway was just too much. Otherwise, a great concept.

We had reserved a king bed, but when we arrived we were told they didn’t have any so we were given two full size.

On what was suppose to be a romantic weekend getaway we found out when we got to the hotel we found out in the rudest way possible that the king room we booked was unavailable and we were moved to a double queen room. There was no apology or remorse whatsoever. We were forced to sleep in a bed far too small for both of us or sleep in separate beds. I could not cancel because there would have been a cancellation fee, also it was almost 6 at night in a small ski town and was starting to snow. When we got to our room we looked on their website and it showed king rooms were still available. This was suppose to be a little romantic getaway for me and my girlfriend to relax and enjoy ourselves. Instead we were met with an extremely rude hotel worker that couldn’t even apologize for our inconvenience. Me and my girlfriend rarely get away and now we won’t ever look to stay in this establishment again. As someone who works with the public there were much better ways to handle the situation. I also was charged more that the hotels.com receipt shows. Something must be done to rectify this situation because this shouldn’t happen to people who can only get away once or twice a year

Staff were not very informative. They didn't know anything about the hotel they were working in. Also when booking the one bedroom suite the photos are very deceiving as it looked there was a separate bedroom with a door however there was not. Amenities were not great and the pool sucked

Very good. People next to me on the second night of stay were noisy.

We asked for Mountain View so it would be quieter and were told we were all set. When we arrived we were told we had street view and listened to cars all night.

This hotel does not disappoint. It's in a good location, convenient to numerous destinations in the North Conway area. The staff there were excellent and very happy to help with a couple of things I asked for. My room was quiet, very clean and comfortable, with a lovely mountain view. The hotel offers a buffet type breakfast and the quality of the food served was good and cooked items were fresh. The only negative here was that I had to pay for breakfast, it's not included in the nightly room rate. However, it was only $10 extra, so cheaper and easier than leaving the hotel and finding a real restaurant to get breakfast at. There is plenty of parking available at the rear of the hotel. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

We liked the location of this hotel. We did not like that we had to wait a half hour after our check in time for our room. Also was told the restaurant wasn’t open because the cook “wasn’t there.” And because of that, there was also no room service.

Honestly worst experience. I booked two rooms. One was available at the 3pm checkin the other was not available until 5pm. They couldn’t explain why this was the case. When they finally had a room available it was someone else’s room and they couldn’t even confirm if that person had checked out. It was dirty and we were asked to wait in the room until another was made available. Took 20 more minutes to get a room. They gave a free breakfast voucher that was assigned to a different room and name. Just all around terrible experience. Will cancel plans to stay here in March with family for a week. That’s 4 rooms for a week this hotel lost worth of business for march 2026.

They had trouble finding my reservation booked through Hotels.com. Eventually it was found tho the check in was delayed.

We arrived for checkin at 3:15 and our room wasn’t ready yet (check in is at 3:00). However, we would definitely stay at the property again. It was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do!

Standard hotel for a stop over. A few food and drink options closeby and mini golf.

My wife and I were hiking the Mt. Eisenhower and did not want to drive home after. They had 7 vacancies left, this is a new Hotel for North Conway NH . We loved the convenience to downtown and everything else. Very friendly staff, extremely clean hotel and to rooms, I think price was a little steep, but for one night it was ok for our situation. We will stay here again, just wish price was $100.00 lower.

Breakfast was good except the egg substitute 'omlets'. check in was 1 hour late no WIFII since HH account was not linked to Expedia reservation. I went to the front desk and had it added, still no wifii. has to get a special code.

The hotel was in excellent condition as it has only been open for seven weeks. Unlike most area hotels, the Hilton did not offer a breakfast buffet with our reservations. We did have breakfast on our first of two mornings, which cost us fifteen dollars per person, not including tax and tipping for being served juice and coffee with our breakfast. That would have been okay, although the heated food options at 9:00 in the morning were overcooked and all seemed to have been sitting for an extended amount of time.
