The hotel was clean & nice. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was clean. Staff members we encountered with were very nice & professional. Complimentary breakfast was impressive. Rooftop garden had excellent view of Manhattan. It was breathtaking. Subway station was close & convenient. Only one issue is location. I would not want to walk around after sundown.

The hotel itself is great and the staff was fantastic! There is supposed to be a bar there but it isn’t open?? The location seems like it’s in a redevelopment area that was started pre covid that never continued.. a few of our uber/lyft drivers told us to not go anywhere on foot especially at night.

We had a great experience at this Marriott. Parking can be a challenge, but we were fortunate to find a spot close by. The staff was incredibly attentive and quick to assist with any issues.. I especially want to thank the kitchen staff for their hard work and warm hospitality. Their delicious food and thoughtful service made each morning a joy and added a personal touch to our stay. Extra perks like the laundry room, a pool table for unwinding, and a rooftop with fantastic views made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel!

We had a nice stay here. First night upon check in was an issue that almost made us cancel our stay completely. On Expedia it shows valet is until midnight, and when we showed up the associate at the front desk said it’s only until 10 and we’d have to go find street parking at 11pm. She eventually said we could park on the curb but after a long flight that was a headache. But the hotel is clean, good breakfast, close to everything.

This was a clean property and the breakfast was really nice with lots of options. The parking around the hotel was really bad, so we had to select valet parking (expensive for a SUV) and the valet was not conversant in English. There was road construction going on around the property, which meant getting to it and leaving from it was painful.

Staff was great. Especially the young lady that checked us in. The rooftop deck is going to be awesome. 5 minute walk to the subway. 10 minutes to Central Park. Fantastic view. Clean, nice rooms.

People and service was exceptional. Note that parking expensive and valet closes at 10 pm. One night I came back just after 10 pm, they allowed me to park in front of the hotel and still charged me the $50. The hotel is great and breakfast was exceptional. However, the neighborhood was not good.

The hall ways were dirty, not vacuumed. The room i had seemed moist, damp and the floor was wet from the AC unit leaking. I slipped and I fell down. The bed was dirty my first night arriving. Had hair strands on the bed on arrival.

The bathroom floor was dirty; it didn't look like it had been cleaned. We were only there for the night,so not a big concern, but...there was a woman running in and out of her room from 2-3:00 in the morning. Talking loudly, slamming the door. She didn't sound drunk, so maybe going outside for drugs or something else shady. When you're just trying to catch some sleep, it's very annoying. Other than that, the hotel was fine for an overnight. We didn't eat or drink there, so we can't comment on that.

Checked to hotel, bed linen had blood stains all over it, I contacted reception, I was advised that they were all booked for the night and can’t change room, they sent someone who handed me sheets expecting me to make the bed, sheets, changed blood stains all the way into the mattress, m and my guest couldn’t stay the night there and we left, a date night that was ruined because of this hotel.

Nice room with kitchen, decent full breakfast daily, only negative is 10min walk from F train stop through the projects. Uber about 6.00. stay here and plan to Uber back and forth. Also no hand soap so bring your own.

Amenities were good but the area where the hotel is located I didn’t feel safe walking my daughter to the subway. Also during my stay the windows apparently were thin so my sleep wasn’t as restful since I was bothered by the garbage trucks collecting their route early in the morning that day.

The hotel itself was great, but the area was terrible in the early morning. The nearby construction was so incredibly loud at 730am. It sounded like thors hammer on metal plates for 3 straight hours. Don’t stay in this area for the next few months while they do whatever crazy construction is going on. But also the walls are paper thin and we heard everyones conversations and banging around at all hours.

What made this property a big plus was the staff. It started with Crystal, the assistant GM. I flew in on a redeye and was distraught because of a death in my family. Crystal made me feel cared for and ensured my entire experience was top-notch. I have spent two decades in the healthcare industry and know the value of customer care. Kevin was awesome he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable I was coming in town for a lung transplant consult and our accommodations fell through for Monday so I had to get the hotel stay we came in town at 730 I called the front desk at 5am explaining the situation and Kevin made sure we had a room ready for us we will forever be thank for what he did and as a result u have life time customers from myself and my parents when I told them what happened so plz plz give Kevin something special

Absolutely loved this place. Arrived at 8.30am with three kids in tow after a red eye cross country flight and not only did staff member Christina check us in straight away instead of the usual 3pm, she offered us breakfast as well. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Breakfast was the best I’ve seen in 3 trips to NYC. Room was spacious and quiet. The suburb is not the greatest but the location is one stop on the subway into Manhattan so not a big deal at all. We never felt unsafe.

Stayed at the TownePlace Suites on F-S-S for a mini-family reunion and couldn’t have been cared for better than these folks took care of us. The staff is delightful and cheery, very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful…. Really like the mini-waffle maker (looking for the one for home now lol). Other than the excellent staff and accommodations, the really important thing to me is the shower and it was fantastic!! It is near a lovely river front park just a short stroll away with a fantastic view of the Queensborough Bridge. Near the subway….that we took into manhattan and out to Coney Island!! We played cards on the rooftop with a great view of the bridge and lovely breeze on a hot day. Thank you all for making my stay and mini-family reunion a relaxed and enjoyable event!!!

Location is not ideal. I travel to NY a few times a year and normally stay in midtown East, Murray Hills, or Gramercy. This time I tried LIC. The hotel itself was clean and well run but the area is surrounded by abandoned buildings and warehouses. There is construction activities and lots of noise

Very nice stay. The hotel is in a good spot, but far from the central station. That means you should be ready to rely on App transportation or subway if you want to visit around. The view from my room was great. The hotel faces the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, but they are recently building in between the hotel and the bridge. That might make the stay a bit noisy and with a limited view from the rooms located on low floors. The hotel is nice and very clean, and offers an amazing view from the last floor. Breakfast in my opinion poor. Staff very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quite poor and industrial. The subway stop is for the F train and is 10min away by walk.

The hotel itself was fine. I was there on business for 3 nights. If you plan on taking Ubers everywhere you’re good, but if you plan on taking the train this may not be the best location. There wasn’t anywhere walkable to eat and the walk to the train was super sketchy. There is no way I would walk around that area at night. Even during the day being alone on the street made me uncomfortable. It is an industrial area mostly so there is a lot of street traffic all night but all of NY streets are loud so that isn’t a big deal. It’s more the housing nearby that made it sketchy. I won’t stay here again solely due to the location.

The rooms are cozy and very clean! The breakfast is awesome and the staff is very kind. If you’re ok taking an uber or train into Manhattan I would definitely stay here over any other hotel. If you rent a car, valet is $45 per night. There is very limited self parking in the area. There is also construction in the morning but it didn’t really bother me. Still a very relaxing place to stay minutes from Manhattan. :)

We had a great experience here. Christina was fantastic on the front desk and Andrea was an amazing host in the bar - thank you to both! It was situated well for us, away from the busy area of Manhattan but a short 5 minute walk away from Queensbridge subway station which we used every day. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed, easy, straightforward and satisfying. Thanks for a great stay!

Great breakfasts every morning with lots of variety. Room was big and clean. All of the staff were so nice. The rooftop patio view is incredible! The hotel is just a couple blocks from a subway station and Ubers were always nearby. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area!!

Sadly the food isn't that vegan friendly in the mornings. Also the enviornment/neighborhood didn't feel safe due to the people (Even though nothing bad really happened)... The staff were awesome and patiant (Especially for my special requests to bring me new oatmeal with just hot water). The Reception staff were awesome. I wish there was someway to have hot drincable water even in the middle of the night at the lobby...

This hotel was wonderful. We travelled with our 3 year old and stayed in a suite. It came complete with a kitchenette, two beautifully comfortable beds and a good bathroom with a shower. The view was amazing of the Empire State Building and peaceful nights were had! The hotel staff were insanely helpful and breakfast was full of choices and variety. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so much!

Noisy, sketchy area, and bad service! Every single night the neighborhood transformed into a shady party area with extensive police presence. Loud music and trash scattered everywhere on the streets… The hotel itself was fine but they need to work on their service. We had no toiltet paper, no new towels and the bed was not made. They did state that the room service would be done every other day but they didn‘t show up. We had to ask for every little service at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was quite scarce considering that everything seemed to be out all the time. We even saw the maintenance man dunk his hands in the trash, not wash them or change gloves and then went to refill the coffee… seriously??? Subway station in walking distance. If you want to get dinner, you‘re going to have to get through the sketchy neighborhood first.
