We were visiting family in Georgetown and Round Rock. This is one of our favorite hotels in this area. This is a new facility and in very nice condition. Rooms were very nice and large. We did have some issues with temperature in room and either too hot or too cold. The thermostat would not allow change and we ended up turning it off. Otherwise all amenities in the room and lobby were satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very nice and inviting. They said that it is a “new hotel” and it was fairly nice and clean. There were issues with some paint in our room…it was missing or already worn away, did not affect the stay. Breakfast was the typical continental hotel breakfast. Waffles were great as always. The only real negative was there was no water pressure in our sink and the shower water pressure would come and go solar to when a well pump is having issues. The ice machines were turned off due to a boil water notice, I assume from the recent flooding in the area which is out of their control.

Only complaints were the pool was dirty the day we used it and popcorn was outdated so it was not good. But otherwise brand new. Clean. Quiet. Nice staff!

The room was beyond nice! It exceeded my expectations! The staff at the front desk was nice, friendly, and engaging. My check in was smooth. Room was super big and it was just me so plenty of space. Very clean bathroom and kitchen area. Fridge and Microwave were like brand new. Iron was clean and modern. Nice separate living room area with divided curtain if traveling as a family or with others to create privacy. TV swivels so you can see from bedroom or living room area. The couch pulls out into a bed if needed. Nice outdoor fire pit stays lit all the time. Traveling for work conference solo as a female and I felt safe day and late night. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 and will stay again or with thus brand at Hilton.

We were very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. My only complaint was that we were there for 5days and 4 nights and our room/towels cleaned and exchanged once. We even spoke to an employee about how often we could expect our room to be cleaned and towels exchanged and she told us daily.That didn't happen.

Arrived with stain on the bed. Could not replace because of staffing. Had to change sheets myself. Then noticed bathroom was not cleaned either. Very poor attention to detail for a brand new facility. Staff was friendly but unable to accommodate due to staffing levels and apparently no housekeeping at check in.

The room was very nice and this would be a great place to stay for a week or long weekend. Everyone was super friendly. A baseball team was staying there too and we never heard them except in the lobby. Once in the room we heard no outside noise except for one motorcycle in the street. I love a quiet room! Only complaint is the pillows but I rarely like hotel pillows. I forgot to bring my pillow with me.

Made reservations and had a confirmation number 4-5 weeks early, just to find out the hotel was over booked and no rooms available. Necessary ot call around to find a hotel room for the night at a lot higher price. . On a holiday weekend.

Started off no so good. Our check-in time was supposed to be 3:00 pm. We got there a little after 3:00 pm and our room wasn’t ready. Had not even been cleaned yet. It was right at an hour later before we could get into our room. Pretty disappointing. But things went great after that.

Nice, relatively new place. Clean, comfortable room with lots of amenities. Good location. Only negative was the breakfast was disappointing - "hot" food was warm at best, no variation in offerings, lack of low calorie yogurt. But we would stay here again.
